La Tertulia Cacahoatán Reviews
The atmosphere and service are great, and the food is delicious (especially the appetizers): -French fries -Stinga (a little spicy) -Pork ribs -Cucumber -Jicama These appetizers are recommended for all ages. There are other options like: *Chicharrón tacos *Carne asada *Pig's feet *Menudo *Oaxaca cheese *Ceviche *Shrimp soup And many more. The place really has a wide variety of appetizers and beers. I recently visited, and while I was there, there were about nine birthday celebrations. The celebrations included: -Singing "Las Mañanitas" (a traditional Mexican birthday song) -A round of shots -The waiters blowing noisemakers. It's a family-friendly place; adults bring their children, both young and old, to socialize.

Nightclub in Tapachula, Chiapas, where you can enjoy alcoholic drinks with delicious snacks, a variety of music, and a male showman.
Good atmosphere, affordable prices and very efficient staff... it doesn't hurt to spend, well then.
One of my favorite places in town. Music and drinks are top notch. It can get really warm, tho.
The food is fine. The service is average. It's always piping hot. They do very little to adjust the spice level. I've had better reviews in the past, but the service is worse this time.
I bought a bottle, they were out of snacks, they told me they had sausage, cheese, and pork rinds left, and that with the bottle purchase they would give me a "special" snack—literally cheese with pork rinds. For a $780 peso bottle, I asked for cucumber and jicama, which they gave me on a small plate, and they charged me for them separately ($20 for cucumber, $20 for jicama). Very bad service! I won't be back!
The service was good, the place is nice, and the staff was friendly. The only two snacks we liked were the cocido (a traditional Colombian stew) and the chicharrón (pork rind) tacos. I might also order the jicama and quesillo (Oaxaca cheese) again, since even the tortilla chips were dripping with grease and soggy, and the peanuts were also soggy. They have a children's area, just a few swings for kids, and they're in the sun with no shade. The carne asada (grilled meat) was like chewing gum, the cochinita (Yucatan-style pulled pork) tacos were very dry, and the fried ribs were rock hard, like dog food. Also, I commented on Facebook that they only had two good snacks, and the manager told me I shouldn't badmouth the place. I was still there with my friends, eating. Our bill came to over 1,500 pesos. Several acquaintances warned me to be careful with the bill because they often do it wrong, but I didn't even check, although they definitely include the tip.
