A+ upgraded team today, that actually understands customer service thankfully! I’ve had a few really really bad experiences with basic customer service and orders not correct but today they had not one but two new faces Josh and a young lady who’s name tag I couldn’t see but they were both impressive! Super service oriented, excellent communication skills and overall clearly cared about what they do. Glad this location made some changes! Much needed and noticed!
They did not have sliced avocado, so they put it on the side for me. Because it was mashed. The tuna fish sub and salad were okay.

I don't like the new menu. I always enjoyed subway because I could get the veggies I wanted and the meats. Now their just like every other standard sandwich place. They choose my veggies depends on the meat I order.

This Subway is so bad. The bread is hard and the veggies are skimpy. The staff seems to change weekly. The price has increased and quality of the food has decreased. In the past I’ve had good service a very well made sandwich full of meat and veggies but no more!
Subway quality still isn’t that great. Chicken is dry and over seasoned as if they are trying to hard to remarket the product and we were not impressed.

This Subway is so bad. The bread is hard and the veggies are skimpy. The staff seems to change weekly. The price has increased and quality of the food has decreased. In the past I’ve had good service a very well made sandwich full of meat and veggies but no more!
This store keeps giving us PLAIN chicken with a light squirt of sweet onion sauce for a “sweet onion chicken teriyaki” sandwich. Last I checked the meat is supposed to be TOSSED in the sauce already. Not to mention when I order online I ask for EXTRA sweet onion sauce and the lightest laziest squirt is applied. My other complaint is twice I’ve ordered meatball sandwiches at 8pm and they’ve said they don’t have any…well…then make some? The lack of service has rubbed me the wrong way.
I ordered online on the app and they: 1. Gave me the wrong meat 2. Toasted the whole sandwich when I specifically said in the instructions to only heat the chicken and cheese in the microwave. 3. Gave me a sandwich that literally looks like it’s been stepped on. I have worked at a different subway for over 2 years in the past and I have NEVER seen a sandwich to come out looking like this, picture attached. Very disappointed.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich off. The mobile app picked it up on my way out to a job, went to take a bite of my sandwich. My eggs are frozen and the bacon is uncooked, and they won't answer to the phone. Don't waste your money here
Churro was gross, rubbery & chewy, she also said they couldn’t serve the Egg Patty past 11 am which I know isn’t true since I haven gotten that several other times at other Subways any time of night or day – didn’t have high hopes for this one, but they definitely didn’t even live up to the subway name - disappointed
UPDATE TODAY! Still the worst sandwiches ever made! Always get your order wrong. My husband went up to get me a Turkey Cali Club which EVERYONE knows has avocado in it. He comes home and guess what? No fricking avocado and I know I paid for it in the sandwich as expressive as avocados are. You think the employees would no how to make the sandwiches correctly, but EVERY TIME I have either ordered online or went to store to order, they are always made WRONG!!! Come on management - hire some competent employees because the ones you have had there over the past two years SUCK!!! From two years ago review: Worst Subway ever—probably in all of North Texas!!! Not one time has my order ever been prepared right-both ordering online and in-person. I’ve given them multiple opportunities over the last 3 years. So disappointed and this will likely be the last time I ever purchase a Subway sandwich from this particular location.
This place is constantly getting my online orders wrong. Very sloppily made as well. The restaurant calls regularly to tell me they’re out of things. The lady that called me today (Ashley) talked so fast and unclear and when asked to repeat herself she became extremely rude and unprofessional. This was the last time I ordered from this location. I’m not even picking up my order because now I’m worried that my food will be tampered with since I became aggravated with the woman’s attitude. I’ll drive a little out of my way for better quality. The staff in Caddo don’t wanna work and can’t handle the job.. 🤦♀️
Sad little place, employees are always on their phone. Inattentive if someone is up front. I had to ask one of them to switch out her gloves after handling cash and then coming over to put the produce on my sandwich. If you don’t want to work there don’t, they’re all miserable.
Poor hospitality. I am temporarily disabled and driving for the first time in 60 days to get my son to a baseball game while my husband is out of town and asked them if I could please just get a Coke from the drive-through Window. The sweet young man said yes, but the elder lady came back said no it has to be a drive-through pick up order. She could have done it she just didn’t want to.
