This is really nice Burger King. The staff is always courteous and efficient. Sometimes I have special orders, they always get them right. The restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean. They regularly have good specials.

Every time I have gone to this Burger King I have been a walk-in for take out. As usual in these types of restaurants, my order was put off until all the drive-ups were taken care of. I give a low Rating for Service because of that. So if you are a drive-up youll be taken care of quickly. It has always been clean, and neat. My food; mostly Whoppers, and Onion Rings; were hot, and tasted very good, although the Onion Rings (large size) were slight in number for the price. I've been in this Burger King in all seasons, and have always been very comfortable a la the Temperature. It; as All these types of restaurants need; could use a more friendly looking interior; not so orangey, and brown. Also no metal bars for collating customer line-ups. Overall, no difference from their fellow restaurants. 💙❤️🇺🇸🌈🙂

Ya'll, this BK has no restrooms! My family & I were traveling from Massachusetts to Oklahoma & stopped through here to get dinner. Sadly, to say there were no working restroom. Food was good as for a fast food restaurant. Lobby was clean. Therefore, they received those stars. As for service, that is 1 due to no working restroom.

The past 5 times there, being waited on was slow. They rather talk to each other than take orders. I was there from a minute to three minutes before they took my order and no one was in front of me. Also it's hit or miss on warm or hot items. They need to check their microwave or put the items in longer. The employees are polite, however the managers need to crack the whip on response times. I'm a regular and only eat Burger King for fast food. I'll still go there because over all I do take out so I go home and reheat my items.

Rude younger drive thru employees. Manager Mike was right next to them as they were being rude. Food was good though.

Staff took care of drive through and food delivery services while at least 10 individuals and families waited 20 minutes for abilities to order and 10 more minutes to get food. Staff could not run register. Staff ...three different ones all told different stories on what was included in the 5 dollar special.

This is now the 4th time I've ordered food and not received it due to them being closed .. if the store isn't open stop accepting orders 😒.. No one wants to wait 4 business days to get a refund for something they ordered today 😤

The other day, I ordered 2 burgers. No pickles got extra pickles. Today I ordered two junior whoppers and got patties on buns plane if I start getting my food, the right way, the stars will go up! BTW check your food, they do not care if it inconveniences you

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissan'wich meal and asked for no cheese. And you better believe they put cheese on it and took the egg off. This isn't the first time they have done this.

This BK used to be the best fast food restaurant on Main St. Way better than McDonald's or Wendy's. But over the past few months has really gone downhill. The food isn't even edible anymore. The burgers never taste fresh and always have a not melted cold piece of cheese substitute on top. Absolutely disgusting soggy over salted fries. And the card machine breaks down often and you have to wait. I don't feel.safe feeding this food to my kids anymore as none of it tastes fresh or seems like it was prepared with care.

Okay, so I'm gonna give you the most honest review I can. This place is HORRIBLE. I've gone in a bunch of times over the past few years and this store used to be great, but recently it has taken an incredible downward turn. The new manager Lilly is condescending, rude, and it seems like she hates it there. If you choose to visit this establishment, please tread carefully, I'm sure you'll get the same negative attitude that we've received. I will not be visiting this store as long as that general manager is employed. You're better off going to McDonalds. Plan on getting sick if you order anything from them. This place is vile. DON'T GO HERE.
