We stopped by for a drink and ended up to have dinner there. The owner Luca is a character. He recommended some good wine with very reasonable price. He is also the chef who cooked the home made pasta for us. Food was good but it's the people here who made us remember this place in a positive way. Our waitress didn't speak English but she was very kind and friendly. Helped us to move the table inside when noticing the lake front became cold to continue our dinner. It was a Monday night and the restaurant was filled with locals who were drinking and chatting the night away. We had a lovely time. Thanks Luca and our waitress who I sadly don't know her name.

We went there at 21.10 after a 7 hours walk every thing was closed i went in and askd if they open and have something to eat they made us a super meal and aswell they gave us a super good redwine.. went there the next day and ate the same the chef i think the owner who had cookd the last meal for us wasnt cooking at the second day food was okay but not as top as the day before sunset bistro is compared to the soulkitchen the real soulkitchen food and drinks super good service is nice could be a little more friendly. Best Restaurant in calde and we wennt to all of them.

The best place at the lake for a glass of wine, an aperitivo or dinner. Great food, amazing wine selection and very good service. Quite packed in summer. Hence a hidden gem in winter times to join the locals.

Thumbs up for this little hidden away gem known by the locals to be a relaxing , sunset view point , where you can be taken take care of your gourmandise appetite for seasonal specialities and regional excelllences by the awesome chefs and sommeliers , Not to mention the kindness of the owner :if you re lucky enough he ll provide for you a table with a view on the nautical lido. The list of wines , beers and spirits has such an impressive selection you ll be just finding what you re looking for. Excellent quality of traditional ingredients found in most daily menu options.

Bellissimo posto direttamente sul lago. Mangiato bene a prezzi onesti. Staff cordiale. Non ho dato 5 stelle perchè il servizio è stato molto lento.

Un posticino delizioso, per posizione, tipologia di allestimento tavolini, per atmosfera: semplicità che lascia godere il relax del luogo, senza cedere alla tentazione di darsi arie pretenziose. Si può migliorare l'offerta dell'aperitivo

Bar proprio sul porto del lumgo lago di caldé. Prezzi onesti per nulla maggiorati a causa della bella posizione. Vista magnifica soprattutto al tramonto. Posti sia all interno che all esterno.

Sunset bistrot is a great place on Lago Magorie to grab lunch or dinner. They have a great menu of the day, wines and Appitizer. They also have a dock for your boat (it is packed) and an absolutely amazing view of the sunset over the lake.

Vista semplicemente mozzafiata! Tavoli sul lungo lago dove si può godere tra i paesaggi più belli che si possano desiderare. Ormai aggiungere la dicitura Bistrot e Vineria è di moda, sebbene durante un aperitivo per dodici persone sono arrivate delle misere patatine ed tarallini. Onesta una birra IPA a €4,00 Già provato questo locale il tagliere da €22,00 e veramente sproporzionato.

Esperienza interessante, discreta carta dei vini.. prezzi alti per essere categorizzato come bistro. Esclusivo in zona calde.. possibilità di mangiare fronte lago.

Don’t stop by if all you need is a quick refreshing drink in the Italian summer heat. From my experience (I’ve worked in the gastronomy myself), the staff lacked overview over who arrived when and where and ordered what, as well as efficiency regarding when to take in or bring out what. Had to wait for a simple cold drink (coke with ice) for almost 20 minutes! No-Go. We were in the mood for spontaneous food orders, but that service killed it.

The sunset was definitely worth it but the service was a bit chaotic. Our order was forgotten twice and it took forever to get served. Maybe the waiter was just new, but would definitely return for the views.

Non tornerò. Servizio veramente PESSIMO. Cibo normale ma a prezzi molto esagerati. 15€ una piccola insalata è veramente imbarazzante. Una gestione che peggiora ogni anno.

Certo che un sorriso da parte dei titolari non guasterebbe. 5 euro il coperto! 2 euro un caffè! 3 euro una bottiglietta d'acqua. Almeno sorridere e salutare

Vedete quella ciotolina bianca nella foto? Bene, In quella ciotolina c’erano delle zucchine sott’olio e SCHEGGE DI VETRO. Quando al primo boccone mi sono ritrovata a sputare due pezzettini di vetro è stata subito chiamata la cameriera, che molto cortesemente si è scusata, mi ha chiesto se stavo bene ed è andata a segnalare l’accaduto in cucina. Tornando dopo pochi minuti ci ha spiegato che un barattolo di sott’olii quella mattina si era rotto ed eventualmente quei vetri provenivano da quel barattolo. Ci ha portato in sostituzione delle zucchine dei pomodorini. Siamo andati a pagare il conto, che è stato battuto a 33 euro (di cui 20€ di tagliere) senza nessuna parola, dopo aver saldato quanto dovuto, ho fatto notare che a mio avviso non ne valeva la pena per salvare delle zucchine il rischio che poteva farsi male un cliente (ed un dente rotto o una causa erano dolori maggiori anche se c’è l’assicurazione). Il proprietario ci ha spiegato che nell’aprire il barattolo si era scheggiato il vetro (risultato sempre sempre che c’erano dei vetri nella mia piatto uscito dalla loro cucina) ma che lui prontamente aveva “rimediato” nei nostri confronti coi pomodorini… ! Credo che questa spiegazione valga la mia stella (se avessi potuto avrei dato meno) forse piuttosto che i pomodori dopo un rischio del genere almeno avrei OFFERTO la consumazione. Io visto come decidono di gestire le cose in cucina, non ci tornerei né la consiglierei. Per chi rischia, in bocca al lupo.

Arrivati per fare aperitivo alle 17.15, alle 18 ancora non era venuto nessuno a prendere la comanda. Solo 3 tavoli seduti oltre a noi, il personale ha fatto di tutto tranne che venire a prendere la comanda, dal sistemare le luci, al chiacchierare tra loro, allo sparecchiare i tavoli di clienti già andati via ma mai nessuno che si sia avvicinato a noi per chiedere cosa volessimo. Alla bellezza delle 18.10 una ragazza si avvicina chiedendoci se avessimo ordinato; c'è da dire che è stata molto cordiale nonostante le nostre facce poco amichevoli vista la notevole attesa. Tuttavia nel momento in cui chiediamo il tagliere di mare ci viene detto che la cucina ancora non era aperta (l'orario dell'apertura della cucina non è reperibile dal sito o dal menu digitale) e ci è toccato quindi sviare per qualcos'altro. Alle 18.40 siamo riusciti a fare aperitivo…

Metto una stella ma meriterebbe zero. Arrivati di sabato sera (in agosto) con locale praticamente vuoto dopo 10 minuti in cui nessuno ci dava retta finalmente ci fanno sedere. La persona addetta alle ordinazioni invece di venire da noi va a fumare una sigaretta poco distante dal ns tavolo. Chiediamo un menu e sbuffa. Ci alziamo e ce ne andiamo ….,

Pessimo posto, personale molto cafone, abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti per ordinare, con il posto praticamente vuoto. Quando siamo andati a chiedere al proprietario, visto che la cameriera ci ha ignorato, lui ci ha mandato malamente via e non ha voluto prendere il nostro ordine. Molto sconsigliato

Lunedì 18 agosto, ore 19.40, chiediamo di poter berci un cocktail. 4 tavolini vuoti, siamo stati mandati via senza neanche farci sedere qualora arrivasse qualcuno per cena. Sicuramente non torneremo.

A gloomy day and a gloomy innkeeper. The restaurant was empty. When I asked if I could have dinner, an older gentleman with long hair, presumably the innkeeper, gestured for a seat in the anteroom. So far, so good. The music was quite loud from the speakers. When the courteous waiter tried to comply with my request to play more subdued music, the innkeeper barked at him. Looking at me, the innkeeper made it eagerly clear that I would have to put up with the volume: he was in charge! True, but without me as a guest. So I left before I even ordered. Elsewhere, the customer is king. Another reviewer wrote: "I've never wished anyone harm, but you'll never see 1 € from me again." True enough!

Beautiful setting. However the owner was very un- friendly and they served two “Crodino” without any snack for the astronomical price if 4euros each. Nor recommend at all!

if you like slow service, people yelling and second degree sunburn due to insufficient shading, this is the place for you! otherwise to be avoided, the lovely location does not make up for an extremely poor service.
