The Beijing Beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp were excellent. Very clean establishment, generous portions, friendly workers. We went early in the day. It was us and one other person so we didn't experience any long waits or anything like that. Thank you!

Looking at the review, people talked about the amount of food, but there was no such problem when I went. Pepper steak and chicken breast dishes were all good. It's no problem except that the package price goes up every time I go.

Good food and service, orange chicken is my go to order at Panda and I’m sure that I’m not the only one who feels that way, all the food is in steam trays so beware that what you order may not be 100% fresh, anyway I still like it a lot

How does Panda Express not have a pick up order ready when I get there? All the food is made, all they have to do is package it up. Yet, when I show up to pick up my to-go order, at the time I was told it would be ready, my meal is no where to be found. I then have to wait for them to serve the line of guest that just showed up before they package up my order. I probably will not be ordering from this location again.

We ordered for delivery. They were 30 min later than they said. By the time the food was delivered, we were starving. When we opened our food, we realized how little food was in our plates. Usually they fill up each portion of the tray, but 4 pieces of orange chicken is kind of skimpy.

We ordered for delivery. They were 30 min later than they said. By the time the food was delivered, we were starving. When we opened our food, we realized how little food was in our plates. Usually they fill up each portion of the tray, but 4 pieces of orange chicken is kind of skimpy.

Staff seems unenthused and not concerned about providing good customer service. After ordering orange chicken when they were out, they didn’t even bother calling in an order to the cook until after I paid and sat down. It was like my time was not important. They also were out of Coca-Cola syrup and never bothered to mention it when I ordered a Coke. Not worth the $15.00. I don’t even work there and I would’ve known to call in an orange chicken re-order 10 minutes prior to them realizing it. On a positive note it was a beautiful clean store

Have been here a few times. None were remarkable. Just close and really wanted Chinese food for lunch today. Ordered entree broccoli beef and orange chicken. No sides, as the rice is always undercooked and crunchy. I always go inside instead of drive thru to see the freshness of the food. As usual, the not friendly server filled the container of broccoli beef with almost all broccoli and just a few pieces of beef. I requested more beef. She relied saying “It’s portion.” What? I asked her again to please add more beef. She added a few more tiny pieces and again replied “It’s portion .” What exactly do they consider portion with the broccoli beef? 90% broccoli 10% beef? I won't be going back again. Maybe they should sell beef and broccoli as separate items. The way it’s served now is a total ripoff.

Why would they list this as chow mein on the menu when it’s only 10% noodles? Why do they keep you at the menu with your window down until the car in front of you has their food?

This Panda Express has so much going for it yet it is just a bad location time and again. It's (relatively) new, it's well designed, it has a drive thru, it's in a nice area and easy to get in/out of. All that but it is always a disappointment. First and foremost, they always get a part of the order wrong. I don't know what it is but there is always something wrong when you order in the drive-thru. I always have to check every plate and always have to go back to have it corrected. Frustrating every time. Next up, they always seem to have a person working the drive thru who can't understand or comprehend the order. Repeating an order just seems to be a constant thing here. By the time you've had to repeat your order for the 3rd time, it feels like it's completely frustrating and I find myself yelling in slow motion just to help them get the order correct. In my opinion, I think the person working drive-thru is just distracted. They are likely doing something else while taking orders and can't concentrate because of this. Also likely why they continually get the orders wrong. Worth mentioning also is the small portions of food offered here as compared with other Panda Express locations. It's noticeable and if this is an issue for you, do yourself a favor and pass up this location. Another thing I don't like about this location is that when you pay with Apple Pay, they take your phone somewhere away from the drive-thru area and scan it there before returning it to you. Apple Pay is a great way to have a contactless pay option but because they don't have a terminal at the drive-thru (???!!), suddenly you are sharing your phone with a stranger and every greasy piece of food they handled. This has been like this for almost a year and it is still not corrected. All these problems seem like bad management. It's frustrating because these problems seem like things that could easily be solved. I've kept coming here because it's close and convenient with the drive-thru but I think I just need to give up on this location and go back to the Panda Express off Highland Springs.

The drive thru is rarely open, usually blocked off with a couple cones. Ordering through the mobile app isn't any better. Most of the time the food's not ready when the notification says it is. The hours of operation are unreliable as well. Today's opening time changed from 10:30 to 11. The hand written hours on the paper were changed as I was standing at the door. Panda Express as a whole has great food, it's unfortunate this location can't seem to function correctly. If I decide to eat from Panda Express, I'll more than likely stop over at the Yucaipa location.

I went thru drive thru and ordered the spicy orange chicken mind you it was advertised on the board but turns out they don't "have it at this location". So I mentioned to the girl but you have it advertised here and she processed "we don't have it at this location". I said ok oh well but the customer service at this "location" is horrible. Not just the person that took my order but in general it's really bad, the worst. I don't eat Panda too expensive so yes my son does love it and he gets it once in a while on Friday's.

I ordered teriyaki chicken which I usually do. But a few days ago the chicken was so fatty and greasy, it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. The service for dine-in customers is terrible as they give priority service to the drive-through window. They serve up all the food for the drive-through and dine-in customers have to wait for more food to be prepared.

Then took 3 of them a while to figure out how to fix the order. Horrible customer service. Manager claimed it was because they were busy, yet not one person was even in the restaurant lobby area and only two people were ahead of me in drive thru with no one behind me. Manager was out washing windows, but yet they were so busy. Why wasnt he inside helping if they were so busy....
