The hot subs are great.. the outlet mall location is very busy. Prices are OK. Not really a destination but if you are at the outlet a great place to get a bite to eat before doing more shopping.

The meat is pre cooked...who knows when...my meat was cold...cheese was not melted...literally nothing here is fresh...Charlie should be ashamed...DO NOT EAT HERE. Very nice people that work here...its not their fault. But this place should not exist...even the fries were soggy.

My order was incorrect and i was charged for items i did not receive. As well as the bread on the sub was ripped all over. After calling i was told "You can call your attorney or request a refund " The staff member u spoke to was very unprofessional.

Great food, good price, rude workers stood at the counter for a few minutes before he noticed me (was on cellphone) went from texting on his phone to making food retraining required.

First off: Google maps lists this in the wrong location. It's in the food hall! The place is way, way overpriced for the amount you get. They also fail to accurately list what does and does not come with the cheesesteaks. If the menu itself lists bacon, steak, and cheese and it comes with extra, then that should be on the actual menu, not on an easy-to-miss pamphlet to the side. No one was at the counte, and we thought it was closed at first as well. The cheese fries were alright, if a bit overcooked in a few spots. Likely won't come here again.

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak because I cannot eat beef. They gave me beef. I'm so extremely disappointed and annoyed.

Truly one of the blandest cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. There was supposed to be pickles and mayo on it, but it came without. We paid over $20 for one sandwich a small fry and drink. Crazy.

The website and Google says this place closes at 9pm. I drove 30minutes out of town for cheese fries, got to Charley's at 8:40pm and they refused to provide me service and told me to go to Pink's(which also closes at 9pm) The entire Charleys staff said the restaurant closed at 8:40pm not 9pm. I went to Pink's and Pink's served me at 8:55pm, Pink's has awesome customer service and food! Highly recommend them.

5 works all standing there while I waited behind one person. Another person walks right past me for a coke refill and gets served. I threw my hands up and was still ignored. Worst service ever, wonder what poor quality food production they have. My prediction ton is they are out of business in less than a year. Must be run by an idiot too.

Why have a phone number if you don't answer it. Try calling this location. Go ahead, they don't answer the phone. Tried ordering online and it said order can't be placed and to call this location. So now I can't order online, I can't call. Just do us all a favor and shut this place down.

Horrible people working this place specially the guy in the cashier with long mustache and bear so disgusting for be working in a food place by the way extremely rude also the lady Jan working on the fries so rude they pretend I didn’t speak Spanish so they were laughing on the customer shame on them. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT Having had Phillys IN Philidelphia and elsewhere, I was excited to find a specialty place here in Camarillo. I drove ten minutes to the outlet mall, drove around for several minutes to find parking, then navigated to the food court, waited in line to order, then waited 5 minutes for my combo. I was absolutely stunned when I received my order. There was only a miniscule amount of beef and even fewer peppers, mushrooms and onions, plopped inside a vast amount of air-bread in the shape of a hoagie. I am rarely a complainer at restaurants. This time, though I actually figured there must have been some kind of mistake and perhaps they were in hurry. So I showed them the paltry amount of ingredients and asked if they could possibly add at least a little bit more. "NO!" came the immediate response. Just "no"--Not even a "sorry you're disappointed." It wasn't even very good. It was bland, almost completely flavourless. It just so happens that for the first time ever, I had tried A 6 inch Philly at the local Subway just two days previously. I'm not normally a fan of Subway, unless I'm in a hurry, but their small Philly was twice as generous with ingredients. In fact, the beef portion was so generous, it oozed out of both ends of the bun. And it was less expensive. It seems that Charley's policy is extreme portion control to minimize expense and maximize profits. Not a good value for the money. Oh. The fries were okay-almost as good as McDonald's. I was looking forward to writing a positive review. Sadly, I am unable to recommend this Charley's.
