Sbarro Camarillo Reviews
Wow! What a hidden gem. Great food! We stopped here for breakfast and had an amazing meal. The chorizo eggs benedict was so flavorful. And the birria omelette was so delicious. The food came out quick and piping hot. The hash browns were cooked perfectly. Leo was a great server. Very friendly.
Carla was wonderful and the food was delicious. We had the bottomless mimosas about $21+ per person opposed to $12+ for 1 mimosa per person, we finished 2 bottles although it took some time we did it in 1 hour, they will cut you off at 1 1/2 hours and oh they give you little cups about 5 ounces of your choice of juice, cranberry ,orange, pinaple peach. I had the classic eggs Benedict it was delicious the only critique I had was it had a sandwich like slice of ham on it traditionally it should have canadian bacon. My wife had the Denver omelete no complaint she loved it. We think this will be our new favorite breakfast in Camarillo even though we love the one next to the airport.
The meat lovers breakfast skillet was top tier breakfasting. Wet breakfast burrito my son got should’ve had its own zip code. I also love that the fruit side was fresh and good, real fruit; banana, blueberries and grapes (I personally hate when they just throw together honeydew melon and cantaloupe). Nice, open area inside with a patio outside. Service was well timed and food was fairly priced. Great place.
I visit Lorus Café in Camarillo often, and it never disappoints. The service is always excellent, even though it can get crowded during lunchtime. They serve the best café de olla and the freshest natural orange juice. The food is consistently great — I try something different each time, and it’s always delicious.... by the way the coffe came with a Conchita...
Excellent breakfast, service with a smile, eager to please its patrons. Felt like I was at home. We all enjoyed our breakfast, I definitely would recommend stopping here, there were quite a few to choose from as far as breakfast restaurants. I’m glad we picked this one. Plenty of parking not a big place but they were busy and they can’t people coming in and out and they did not lag at all.
We had breakfast here last week and the food was yummy and fresh and the orange juice is fresh squeezed daily and sooooo good! The wait looked to be long but the line moves quickly and we only waited about ten minutes. The service was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Probably the best brunch burger I've had so far. Which it come in 1/3 beef patty. Hashbrowns and eggs. Specifically I ordered my eggs to be poached and some regular fries, nothing crazy. Once took a bite into this brunch burger, I was amazed with the flavors and texture, with the yoke splashing in your mouth, Wow. Fries were really good, was expected some generic fries but these so good and crispy as well. My drink of choice was Iced Mocha Coffee, was pretty well-balanced drink. Not too sweet nor watered down. I actually enjoyed it. I would recommend for you to stop by and give yourself a try, when you're in the city or near by, while traveling on the 101 freeway to your destination. Oh. Not to mention service, was great as well.
Dropped by for a quick brunch. I had the strawberry nutella crepes and a pineapple mimosa. My server was so friendly and accommodating. I really was sad to have missed a pink themed brunch.

Fantastic sit down breakfast spot. Lattes were delicious, nicely frothed and semi sweet. All breakfast items were cooked well from pancakes to eggs to burritos to sausage. They did a variety of items well. Alex R our server was very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have $9.99 meal options if you're not trying to break the bank.
The food overall was good. Went for brunch with a group.. the pancakes, crepes, and waffles were great. The sides weren't that great. The rosemary potatoes had no rosemary nor taste.. so pass on those. The eyes were dry, no favor, nor seasoning. But would go again for the other things minus the sides. Our server was amazing.. forgot her name.
1st time visit and our server Xóchitl made us feel welcome and gave us great service. The food was good too. My wife enjoyed their chilaquiles rojos. I built an omelette with ingredients I like and it also tasted good. They kindly changed from cheddar to Pepper Jack… much appreciated! WENT BACK for a 2nd visit … We HIGHLY recommend their BIRRIA TACOS & BREAKFAST TACOS !!! Omg both are so delicious!!!
My 2 cents been in the food industry for over 30 years we all have experience good and bad service and good and food we wouldn’t order again . So reading review go with what the majority of reviews say regarding a restaurant. I had a pleasant server xochiti Knew how to upsell my breakfast would you like to add an avocado want side order of jelepenos? Extra tortillas .. even offered dessert at 10 am . Good job ! Only negative observation I suggest is have men’s bathroom cleaned on a regular basis was dirty and smelled like it been cleaned the day before trash was full already and the bathroom cleaning log hadn’t been signed in 12 days . I will definitely recommend this restaurant . And I will be returning soon and I’m sure the bathroom will look and smell clean and log up to date . Be happy people and smile
I came to this restaurant because i love 2 things: chilaquiles and birria, when i saw they offer them together I had to try it! The food is good, i would come back to try other dishes, the service is great, I'm giving it 4 stars because they seem a little disorganized and they mixed our orders a little bit, other than that, they were excellent in their treatment to us, i would recommend trying this restaurant. I will definitely come back! Also: the cappuccino was exquisite!
Milk shake was delicious, they did give us complimentary crepes, food Overall was good no complaints

Patio seating available. Espresso bar (bonus!). Great service. Really good food with a twist on many 'diner' favorites.
The best part was the fresh squeezed orange juice. 🍊 the pictures make the food look good. Maybe I chose the wrong plate to eat. Idk 🤷♀️

The food was great however sausages were extremely salty and portions were so small it looked like it was for a child. I ordered the American breakfast which comes with eggs and sausage and the portion was very small. Pancakes were very good though.

So the service here was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, kind. We went Thursday night, around 6:00 ish.10 out of 10 for service. The food however was strange. Chicken fried steak was really good, very crispy but the mashed potatoes were inedible. Almost..watery? Very unpleasant taste. Asparagus was supposed to be grilled, but IDK what that was. Strange coating in it, kinda crispy, mushy inside. Very odd taste, also inedible. Grandson liked his smiley face pancake breakfast. I think belreakfast may be where this place shines, wish I had gotten breakfast. Womens bathroom was also kind of dirty. The Dyson hand dryer needs to be chucked guys. It's so corroded and gross. Didn't want to touch stuff in there, not really a cleanliness issue more of a "time to replace some stuff" issue. I loved the positive saying "art" in the hallway. Service here would bring me back. Food not so much
I ordered chicken soup that came cold and I had to ask the server to heat it up. I order their steak from dinner menu, shockingly, it came cold. You expect that freshly grilled steak should be hot. More over, I had to ask for fork to be able to eat my baked potato. Never dine in this place. Awful place for those who wish to have hot and fresh meal. This place is on my black list for serving refrigerated steak and soup.

This was my first time visiting this place.I am a business owner myself. And a superintendent for another company, however, on this day around 10 am there was very minimal people and plenty of tables. So I walked in my construction work attire and it took about 10 minutes for someone to seat me. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a coffee, which came out pretty promptly. However in the meantime eating my burrito I drank my coffee and almost twenty two minutes went by and I did not get a refill or even an acknowledgment on how the food was, or if I needed a refill. But I still tipped my server. I feel that due to the fact that I'm in my construction attire.I was not served to the standard that the restaurant itself claims. Should I give this place another chance to change my mind?
Order a chilaquiles rojos, how hard is to make fresh salsa roja no can sauce, no sour cream, very litlle cheese, very little chips ,refried beans no flavor , and the prize very high, 3 breackfast for $ 80.00 , service is good but the food needs more flovor.
We ordered a chile verde enchilada, which was quite disappointing. To our surprise, it didn’t come with any sides. The waitress noticed we didn’t like the dish and offered us an alternative dish, which was a burger. While she was kind, the burger took much longer to arrive than the enchilada, which took only 5 minutes. This delay seemed intentional, as we had already ordered a burger and it only took 5 minutes. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t return to this restaurant. The waitress was friendly, but the food quality and service were poor. We never even received our burger and ended up leaving because we couldn’t wait 20 minutes for it.

Been here a few times, but this time specially was so disappointing, we got there and we were seated in the patio, after us two more families arrive and sat, the waitress went straight to the last family seated and took their order leaving us go the last, first red flag, second one after they took our orders for drinks took almost 10 mins to bring coffes, third the food took long enough to the other families to eat and leave, 4th we got our orders wrong, i order a waffle and it was the hardest waffle i ever tried to eat, way over cooked, they forgot a side of strawberries that i ordered, in the good note they put a flower in our plates, come on Loru's I know you guys can do better.
