Today my experience was great, compared to the other times I've came here. There was a crowd but they attended everyone fast and quick. Rafi the cashier have a great personality and quick with the orders and drinks. Bibi was preparing the orders. Both work great as a team. Need more people like them in this location.

I love chicken, it wasn't greasy or fried hard it was seasoned just the way I like it. What I really like from KFC is their Cole slaw absolutely delicious.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for my order because they had to make the wings from scratch. Overall at least I got fresh wings and they were very delicious. Had the 16 piece bbq wings which I believe is new. At least new to me. Interior was clean. Very small parking lot

Ok place chicken is good most of the times. Usually I drive through. The drive through is very small so watch you vehicle on the turn. The times I do go in there is usually a small line which moves fast. No problems so far .Update. never go when they have the special 8 piece for 10.00. they rush the chicken and it is not good.

The communication between the order person in the drive through nedds to be more clear . The food was appetizing though.

Clean establishment and the service is good. Very well respected employees but the food isnt the best that I have eaten. I ordered a bbq smoke chicken sandwich and was given a greasy chicken on a bun. I couldn't eat it so I asked to order something else.This reminds me why I stop eating kfc.

I'm always looking for a deal at a quick fast food joint. $5 (+tax) comes w/ 2 pc of chicken, 1 side, 1 biscuit, drink and chocolate chip cookie. You can choose from regular or extra crispy. In my opinion the extra crispy is the better option. Unless you like soft fried chicken skin 😆 Service is slow but my order is always right. It is open extremely late which is great if your up and want something to eat. They have alot of menu options but I did not see fries. The closest thing they have to fries are potato wedges and that looks like it comes with a meal. I kind of wish they had a spicy style fried chicken to choose from. I would choose Popeyes over KFC but they are convenient. I would return if I'm im ever in the mood for some fried chicken 😋🍗

The customer service is ewww. These teenagers and young adults have horrible attitudes nowadays. It makes you not want to spend your money.

Serving warm fountain soda. Ice machine was broken. They did offer cold bottle water as alternative. Without that friendly gesture, it would've been 1 star rating

It's fast food that's decent in a pinch. I wish they didn't remove 2pc meals from the $5 fill-up option.

I usually get the chicken nuggets and those are good. One thing that needs to be fixed immediately is the drive thru microphone. They asked me to remember my large order until I got to the window. The pot pie is good but as I mentioned above with the broken microphone I had to wait until my pot pie was ready which took about 15 minutes so they asked me to drive out of the drive thru and drive back in 15 minutes which frustrated me. Chicken nuggets are delicious though

So, when I went here I ordered the 6 piece buffalo wings and a spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich it was okay but it was extremely greasy it stained my sheets! So be careful when getting that, and the wings are not good i did not like them they looked cold and unappetizing but I would only come here to get the sandwich. I ordered an ice tea, and it tasted like sprite.

The person taking the order needs to listen more closely to the customers..Everyone can't be wrong and she's right.

This ratings is only for one person (cashier) who has a heavy tongue, she's very unprofessional and rude 🙄 plus when she speaks you can't hear anything she's saying, she should be placed in the back

The place is an eyesore with its aged bulletproof glass and 20 year old facade. The facility also has a terrible drivethru with no real room for a car to maneuver. Yet I have not had a problem with service yet so continue to come when I want a quick meal.

I love their food, but their drive-thru frustrates me, they need to fix the monitor so people can order faster because now we have to wait in a extremely long line, just to place a order at the window where you’re supposed to pay and get your food and the workers need to be faster. I hope they fix this soon because at this point, I’ll eat somewhere else!!

Went thru drive thru I placed my order and when I picked it up the clerk said that half of my order they didn't have. I spent $55 .When I got got home most of my chicken was overcooked and so were the biscuits.Look at your food before you leave

First time buying I was shorted one piece chicken n my side. Second time use the drive tru n it was dirty a place that can be clean but seems they forget about that.

The only good thing really was the tenders. They fell off & don't offer many selections as before very general. Mac & cheese is nasty too artificial. Mashed potatoes tastes like a stale box. The big chickens are whack & fatty. Their biscuits are alright. They don't offer macaroni salad which is a drag. Their coleslaw fell off. They don't offer stuffing anymore which I liked. Their fries are oily & salty. Their mix up bowls are good but not great. I like they have many sauces to offer. However just not a choice to go for my family that often. Sorry KFC failed for me.

Don’t try calling, you’ll die before you get a response. Also Ordering on ubereats they charge you for condiments. And there is not one person thinking hey Maybe the customer may want butter or jelly with the biscuits. SMH.

Drive thru needs some adjusting, had to really size things up to exit. The chicken was not done well, returned it. The shift supervisor seemed non chalant about the situation but stuck to her script and said" I'm sorry about that" while keeping a bland poker face.

Just as terrible as I remember it to be. I haven't eaten KFC in years but it was the only around at the moment. What a terrible decision on my part. The chicken is disgusting and the service was terrible. I asked for lemonade and got Mountain Dew. There was no one else left waiting for food but my sister had to wait while they looked at her and took their sweet time calling her number while her food was ready.

This kfc is very disappointing. The food is not really that good, chicken is usually really dry or greasy, the wait time on the inside line is always long no matter how many customers are there. Make sure you check your order before you leave. I honestly prefer the kfc on Hempstead across from Belmont racetrack.

This is normally my favorite KFC but today it was the worst. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for them to take my order. There was 1 person in front of me on line, there was 1 person at the drive through working and 1 person taking our order and also bagging the food. She stepped away then someone else came to take our order. Two boys brought their.cookie back and asked for it.to be heated. The manager said they just came out. When i received my order it was wrong and the chocolate chip cookie was really hard. I asked her to nuke it. The.wedges are.too.salty. The meal used to be 5.00 plus tax now.its almost 7.00. They are understaffed then there was a child who kept sticking his head out from the side where the customer service people were. Really disappointed!

SO slow! Terrible service. And did I mention SLOW? I was stuck in the drive throw for 22 min. How? This isn't fast food anymore! I'm a patient guy but this was unreasonable. They did give me the largest tenders so I won't give them 1 star.

While leaving the pharmacy across the road I was informed that the KFC across the street was Jamaican owned. I decided to visit, the place was empty. Walked up and my husband greeted the cashier/server she looked at him with such nasty attitude. The place was empty and we were rushed to make our order. We received the nastiest attitude throughout the service. I was appalled…I wouldn’t recommend, and would never visit that place again.

I want to say whoever this lady is very very rude. I was courteous, kind, polite to her in every way possible wasn’t rude or anything to her, so got my order, etc. I didn’t even get to check my order fully to make sure everything was in the bag but I got a text message from my mother I’m texting her back. She opens the windows like excuse me sir can you kinda move your car you can’t stand here you know could you just please move you know and mind you there was no car behind me, I kindly said to her I’m going to leave just give me a second. I just have to text back and I didn’t even get to check my order to see if everything was in there. No well you can’t stand here you just have to move you know this is not a spot for you to hang out you know for what all of that Hostility wasnt necessary. I will never ever deal with this again. Trust. And I was going to bring the food back. There’s only because my parents was hungry and they needed me to get food for them. Smh no respect at all.. try and do better KFC with your workers

The worse 8 pieces of frychicken I ever bought from this place, I should have known because I stand 8 minutes before someone even act knowledge me as a customer. Now I get home and is 6 piece plus 2 little piece of wings she went in the back and get.... people don't let they go to the back and put nothing in your container

This KFC is not worth your money. The customer service definitely needs to be worked on. And they NEVEr have breast or wings.

Employees very nasty after I drove up thru drive to pick up delivery. They claimed to not have sticker to cover up holes on 3 paper cups of soft drinks...

Came fo kfc and shiny had a very poor attitude, charged me extra without telling me 40 cent just to change the mash for the mac and cheese. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Wasn't the best experience at this KFC .

Went in for a 10 chicken on for $16.99 first they gave me a hard time then when I reach home I only got 8 Pieces of chicken Now I know it's not that hard to Count from 1 to 10.

Kfc is the worst. The biscuit was hard as a rock, frys were cold and the chicken was wayyyy to salty. I wont be going there no more and i bought the family meal. What waste of money.

I ordered and paid for a 3pc meal,I only received 2pc.My drinks we’re wrong and warm had no ice.Not good service at all on the behalf of the person who prepared the order nor the uber eats delivery guy.They should make sure the order is correct before sending it out to the customer for delivery.The purpose of me ordering for delivery is for convenience,and no hassle.I won’t be ordering again through Uber eats I’ll go in person next time to make sure my order is correct .I’m not satisfied at all with the care that went into preparing my order

I wake up and decides I want to go do overtime at work..no time to cook. So I went to get some chicken and biscuit. The chicken they gave me look very old ..the biscuit was like a brick..they might as well shot me instead of giving me this junk. But I said I guess it's my mistake for wearing a city worker uniform 😅. I feel sorry for whoever had the brain to serve me this food. For the record I did not eat it..and did not want to get my money back because was afraid of what I might say or do when I return to that place .

Came here today around 550pm and order my usual famous bowl with no chicken. And instead of a cookie a biscuit. The woman on the speaker couldn’t really hear me so I tried to speak louder and she goes “why are you screaming” . Which I wasn’t. I said I’m just going to pull to the next window. I get to tha next window and I hear the woman in tha car behind me having an issue as well. So I tell the woman at the window that I think there may be an issue with her microphone or speaker . She just looks at me and doesn’t say anything. So I asked if I can order now or did she hear any of the order I said. She says a bowl no chicken. I reply yes and told her no cookie a biscuit instead. She tells me she can’t do that and I say alright fine. I explain that they always do it any other time but I’ll pay extra for the biscuit no problem . She walks off and comes back with another girl and she goes “ YOU SAID I DID WHAT?!” So at this point I’m confused and I’m like I didn’t say you did anything. After this I was completely turned off and didn’t want to eat there. Very rude and poor customer service. And apparently a broken microphone in the drive thru also. Will not be eating at this location anymore very disappointed.

I ordered on Uber eats from this place. The entire order tasted horrible, definitely not up to kfc standards. The store also didn’t give me a fork to eat my Mac and cheese, they did not give me napkins for my sandwich, they didn’t give me a straw for my drink and my drink didn’t even have ice in it. This KFC is always dirty. My 3rd visit. The server was using her phone. Taking cash AND serving food. The workers are unfriendly and they are not handling food in a sanitary manner. The dining area is also very dirty. Sticky floors. The back door area where the breading of the meat takes place is wide open. Dirty tables. Dirty serving areas inside with papers inside. Combine this with servers who are nasty... By pass this place

Second time already I got food from there and there was something wrong with it. First time the cole slaw tasted and smelled like bad milk and last night the corn on my famous bowl was sour. There won't be a third time. My girl got sick after their food, too. I donno, up to you if you wanna dine there - good luck, if you decide to.

First off i haven't been to KFC in years .. me and my boys were feeling for chicken.. so instead of expensive Popeye's like we sometimes do, we considered KFC, but of course, failed me again, bad Customer service ,not only did she forget straws to my 4 sodas , the napkins and my cookie, that I said whatever and took the list for. She messed up my drink. She placed our food in the slid window and left the window so fast I couldn't even ask for sauce or for my right order. idk maybe it's just this place.

Do not waste your time and money at this place. They will make you wait for over 15 minutes and then mess up your order. The entire place is badly managed and needs to be completely overhauled.

The service here is absolutely appalling. This was my first time here and it will be my LAST. Shanique does not deserve a job at any establishment that requires an ounce of customer service. I really feel like this place does not deserve my money because of her. Normally, I don't even bother to write reviews about my experiences like this, but her attitude is terrible! While waiting for her to take my order she walked passed me and ignore me like I wasn't even there, it took the young man that was working with her to tell her that she should acknowledge that they have customers there. After I greeted her, I gave her my order and paid as she seemed extremely annoyed. Honestly, guys, this didn't bother me much it was after she handled the register. I watched her put together my food with her bare hands!! Not to mention I watched her use her unwashed hand to hold the top of the sauce bottle and to shake up the sauce before squirting the sauce all over my chicken I ordered. Bottom line she needs proper training, this neighborhood deserves better.

The drive thru cashier charged me twice saying that my card apple tap didnt work so i tapped a different card using apple pay. After midnight i saw they charged me again at 1:31 am! I went back today after pending payment was posted and they said they wont give me my money back without a printout of my bank statement. After tried giving them my card number but they said i am lying because the apple pay card numbers differ from the physical card. Which is true that the numbers are different but they are tied to the same card. This is apple pay that does that and i am not lying! I reported to bbb and filing a police report now. L

My order was cancelled after waiting and tracking because my kids were hungry. They cancelled at the ETA time and all the while still took my last $50. I called to get the money right back and was told I had to wait 24 to 72 because this location wasn't answering the phone. Smfh

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo which included a drink..the drink machine was out of order ( the drink was hot and only seltzer was coming out of the machine) As a customer, I felt that information should have been mentioned when I placed my order then I could have made an informed choice...when I brought this to attention of the cashier and the manager...the response was "What do you want me to do.. the drink machine has been broken for a few days " Poor Customer Service 😕

The workers are snobby. They never get my order correct. They don't wear gloves after dealing with money, which is very unsanitary. You always have to ask for napkins and condiments. And when I ask to see a manager they strick their teeth then start doing their jobs like they're suppose to. And they don't wear a hair net when going around the food.

Yeah you'll get your meal but the workers low-key always have an attitude like you did something to them. I asked for a cup of water and it was a problem- literally... I was going to give them 10 dollars and they screamed at me saying water is free!

I tell it how I see it

On Monday, October 20, 2025 I was in the drive-through around 7:30 PM.& I waited in the drive-through for quite a bit 15-18 mins From the time I ordered till the time I got my food! I placed my order & paid at the drive through The cashier(Cynthia) who took my order had already placed my chicken in the bucket and was waiting for my sides. While she was waiting for my sides, I observe the cook who is an older man who looks like he could be in his 50s to early 60’s Guyanese or Trinidadian(Indian) low cut hair w/ a tray of chicken in his hands to place into the food warmer. As he was grabbing the chicken with the tongs to place in the food warmer, I observed the worker drop a piece of chicken on the floor.(FYI, I can see everything because I’m in a high SUV so I can see you right through the window w/ no visual obstruction) He picked up the chicken and was going to put it into the food warmer & He froze when he realized that he is in clear sight of the drive-through window, and I was looking at him. When he realized I was looking at him, he took the chicken and placed it on the counter near the food warmer. He then continued to take the chicken that was on the tray and place those pieces of chicken into the food warmer. A 2nd piece of chicken dropped on the floor again! He took that chicken up with the same tongs and placed it on the table while continuing to take the chicken that was on the tray and place them into the food warmer after he was done with the chicken that was on the tray. He took the 2 pieces of chicken that fell on the FLOOR That he had placed on the table When they had originally fell & proceeded to place the chicken in the food warmer as well‼️ When I saw this, I immediately started to record on my phone however, my phone was facing me and not the window however, in my video you can hear me complaining to Cynthia what I observed the cook do! I had took my food only because the cashier had took my chicken out before he came and started putting those pieces of chicken inside the food warmer. There was a lot of people inside of the store waiting to place their order and I naturally wanted to get out of my car and warn those people. It would’ve caused him nothing to just take those two pieces of chicken that fell on the floor and throw it in the garbage but instead he proceeded to Place it into the food warmer. Ladies and gentlemen, this is your sign to stop eating fast food. The only reason I was at this KFC was because I was picking up medication at the pharmacy across the street and my teenager called me right before coming home to pick up some food. I naturally don’t eat this type of food and when I got home, the food was not even good. The food and the sides were extremely salty. It was a waste of money. I filed a complaint that evening once I got home with KFC headquarters because this is unacceptable. Imagine you being hungry and just picking up some food and you’re paying for food that fell on the floor and they are serving it to you! It’s unacceptable and it is disgusting‼️ I would never come on here and leave a fake review about something this heinous… I live in the community and I feel it is my job to inform the people of the community. What is going on here…. I hope this investigation is sought out all the way, and hopefully there are cameras in the facility to back up my claim. For the record, I will never eat from this establishment again and it also makes me think about eating at any other fast food restaurants in the future. You can never be sure how people are treating your food before it arrives on your plate. Be very mindful & careful.

They rarely use gloves to handle food (potential health hazard). The cashier, whenever they do decide to use gloves which is rare, will handle food and money with the same gloves. The place is unkempt. They need to do better by these kfc franchises
