Mitsuba Camillus Reviews
Best sushi spot I have ever been to! Even compared to expensive spots in Manhattan. The sushi was amazing, our waiter was so nice you could tell she was smiling even with the mask. Although it’s a very simple appetizer, even the Edamame had the perfect ratio of salt. Can’t wait to go back. Final thought: Lady in the “unacceptable table manners” review seems like she doesn’t care her waiter is working their dumplings off while wearing a mask during an epidemic.
Their happy hour is super reasonable. We got vegetable tempura, shumai, free fried sushi appetizer, a draft beer, and 2 glasses of wine for $25 before tip! Always very helpful and quick staff. All and all good place to stop in to.
Genuinely one of the best restaurants in Syracuse. The sushi is amazing and has a great variety, and the bento boxes are also really good. Everytime I go here I get the onion soup appetizer and it is the best soup I've ever had. It's sad that there is a staff shortage though, considering this is one of the best restaurants I have gone to.
I just had my first meal here this week with a friend. We both loved it and plan to visit again, bringing more friends with us. And our server was able to answer our questions, whether it was about the food or the dinnerware ... in one case before I'd actually asked, he answered - sparing me extra embarrassment. The menu QR code is great because now I can learn more about the food and I have a few meals I am looking forward to trying in future trips.
This is a beautiful new restaurant on the side of town with a dearth of Asian establishments. I have been there four times and each time has been excellent. The food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Plus it is open for lunch! Each time the owner has been on premise and was right there in the dining area making sure everything ran smoothly. The wait staff and the hibachi chef's are wonderful. Fresh, high quality ingredients are the highlight of the meal. We have tried all of the hibachi combinations and were pleased. Also have tied several sushi/ sushi mi/ rolls and they have been great as well. Don't forget to get your marble soda!
Very tasty. Went here before the Chinese Lantern Festival and got great service. All of our dishes were delicious and I'd definitely go back for more. We even got a roll on the house! Very nice atmosphere that's good for casual dining and even a nice area for a date.
We had a very lovely afternoon snack-stop here.. Had a cocktail and we each had a roll and they were great! We were seated promptly outside where it was clean as well as (suprisingly) quiet. We will definitely be returning for dinner soon!
I've been here twice with my wife and enjoyed it both times. The service is very quick and efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. We've gotten a complimentary sushi roll both times after our order was taken. I've had sushi and pad thai noodles and it was excellently prepared and served. They do not leave you to sit and wait at the table, food comes quickly but take your time, there's no rush to get you out.
Great service and food! A cool feature of my visit was the complimentary appetizers that were sent to the table, unfortunately I was not able to eat them due to dietary restrictions, which should have been clear by my order. Perhaps checking with the table before delivering free food would enhance the nice gesture.
This Camillus location has been consistently great from the beginning. Have been here many times both with the whole family and just me and my wife. Have enjoyed lunches, dinners and hibachi. Love the lunch specials. The food and service are always consistent and excellent. If you have a problem (which is rare) they’ll fix it. They are well run and it’s so nice to be able to support and enjoy this local restaurant!
Hibachi staff were entertaining. Some of the best hibachi steak I've had. Chicken and scallop were really good as well. The service was grrat and prices were not crazy for what you get. We all had a good time. The birthday performance is fun
Went at 3pm on a sturday. Tables were clean and staff were quick to greet us. We ordered 3 appetizers, a bento box and a hibachi dinner. Food came out blazing fast and was all hot. Food was definitely fresh and the soft shell crab was excellent. The real standout though was the overall service. Staff were super attentive to drinks and the food came out incredibly quickly. What would normally take over an hour for a lunch at other similar places only took around 30 minutes here. Very pleased that we chose this at the Township 5 plaza.
Fast service, great food and drinks, they even gave us a free volcano roll!
The food is so fresh and its its the same every time. The special sushi rolls are amazing. Best salmon I’ve ever had. Pickup is always perfect too.
Such a great intimate setting. The mood and atmosphere news very inviting. We were seated immediately and our waiter was very nice. Shortly after ordering our delicious food arrived. Our daughter who is less than 2 years old was with us although she made a mess they helped to entertain her. I'm looking forward to making a return trip soon!!
I went with my friend a couple weeks ago because we were in the mood for Japanese food. it was great and reasonably priced. they also gave on the house food and the portions were great for the price. I had to take some to go because they gave so much. The servers were very friendly and always checked on us to make sure everything was good even though the place was a little busy. 10/10 would recommend
I have ordered twice to have orders delivered to my house by Uber Eats. They arrived very hot and ready to eat. I ordered from the Hibachi list on both occasions (The Camillus Special and The Mitsuba Special) and was not disappointed, except for the salad that was just a bunch of lettuce leaves. The rest of my orders were delicious and plentiful. I had enough for leftovers. Vegetables were cooked perfectly with the right amount of crispness. Each time I added a side order of vegetables. I am not a sushi person, so I can't comment on those options, except that they are plentiful on the menu. I plan on ordering again from Mitsuba, and want to try the tempura next.
Absolutely amazing food! My husband and I went tonight to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary and they definitely lived up to the hype! The staff was prompt, attentive and very friendly. Can't wait for seating at the sushi bar to open back up as we love watching the chefs create their art! Highly recommend, will dine again! Thank you to all at Mitsuba who made our evening great!❤
Whether you love hibachi, sushi, or just food in general, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The sheer quality of the fresh ingredients, the presentation, and the artistry of the cook staff delights me every time we pay a visit. The portions are more than generous, and the staff is always prompt without being pushy. We always leave with a full belly and a smile on our faces! Do yourself a favor and pay Mitsuba a visit!
My husband and I ate here on Mother's Day before catching a movie across the parking lot at Movie Tavern. The food was great. When we arrived there was a door propped open to clear out some smoke. We could feel a cool draft as it was windy and chilly that day. My husband got the attention of the hostess and asked that either we be moved to another table or the door be closed. She cheerfully shut the door, saying she was also feeling cold. We had made a reservation, but the restaurant was not packed with people in the early afternoon.
Best sushi in Onondaga County. I love this place because their food is consistently delicious.
Huge menu, great variety of apps, rolls, teriyaki, hibachi, drinks. Would be helpful to get rid of the paper menus and have a regular size menu that’s easier to read. All the rolls we had were delicious, and appreciate the one on the house. The teriyaki dinners could’ve been a little bit better.
Went for a late lunch with a friend. Food and service was outstanding. They took my food allergy very seriously and were exceptionally helpful in navigating options on the menu. Portions were very generous for the price.
Great quality and flavor with my picks from the other week! Very pleased with my choices and they had pretty fast delivery times for how busy they are! Highly recommend to any sushi lover. The variety is great and even offer katsu, tempura, hibachi, bento boxes, apps, and a soup selection, plus more 🙌
We had a great meal here. It's a large restaurant with very efficient service. The menu is quite large with a variety of sushi options. A free lava roll comes with your meal. We received our food fast, almost scary fast. The food was good, prices seemed reasonable, and quantities were great.
I use to go here regularly and then moved and recently went back. Now I remember why I loved it here. This place has quick and helpful service in a nice atmosphere. The prices are good and I really enjoy their sushi. They have a lot to choose from and it is always fresh! They give you a free appetizer which is good and the raw tuna was excellent. It’s worth the drive to Camillus!
Really great spot. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food was fantastic. I got several rolls of sushi and they were all amazing. Great portions and the prices are fair. Highly recommend for a nice quiet dinner.
It was our first time here and wasn't sure what to expect. My wife got a sushi roll while I went for a soup with udon noodles. Both were tasty. Service was quick and pleasant. The flavors were good. We came early and watched as the place filled up for the dinner hour. We would definitely come back here to eat.
Sushi is very good and very fresh. I order online for pick up,my food is always ready and the wait staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend
My girlfriend and I went to Mitsuba in Township 5 after the movies. We both ordered the hibachi combo of steak and shrimp in teriyaki sauce. It came with either onion soup with mushrooms or salad with white rice. For an extra fee you can have fried rice or noodles. We both got the onion soup - i had the fried rice (by accident). She had the noodles. I tasted the noodles and will order them the next time. Food was delicious. Service was ok. Our server didn't understand English so I got fried rice instead of white rice. It cost us between $20 - $35 per person. They have an extensive menu. Take the time to read it before ordering. Would definitely eat here again.
Mitsuba is great! Rolled in Friday 5pm, no issues with getting seated right away. It did pick up as the evening progressed but no waits that I could see. The staff was friendly, helpful and on top of everything. Quick to support, quick to follow up and had a great system where they had servers consistently moving/watching over the dining room to quickly meet everyone's needs. The place itself is really nice inside, comfortable and cozy, even when busy it didn't feel noisy at all. My wife got an adult beverage and loved it. They kindly provided us a complimentary appetizer of Sushi unprompted which was a lovely surprise and delicious! For everything we ordered, edamame was a delightful starter and then we got 4 special sushi rolls and each one was a wonderful taste and blend of flavors. They were beautifully laid out on the plate which is always a nice touch. This is an easy recommendation to make. Please go and enjoy!!
This is the best restaurant for a great experience! Plenty of parking. Delicious food. Loved the edamame and gyoza. The Mai tai was the reason we went! The server Michele was amazing! I even accidentally broke a glass and the staff was so incredible with the clean up. My entire party offered to assist with cleaning up the glass and the staff already had it completely taken care of. We will definitely be returning.
The food was PERFECT, server gave me multiple items “on the house” and when i asked for a spoon or sauce they were instant, the food came instantly, soup was amazing. not the best i have had but a close second. Atmosphere is good but no music and alot of kids. PERFECT food and presentation and service. Thankyou.
Can never go wrong with Mitsuba! Hubby and I got take out for everyone yesterday, I was craving Katsudon and they are the only place I know that makes it. We sat at the bar and ordered that way we could enjoy a drink while we waited. I got the Japanese old fashion and it was amazing. I watched the bartender Ivy (I think that was her name) make it and the care and percussion she used made for a perfect drink. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We ordered several sushi rolls, Katsudon, and chicken udon soup. Everything came out rather quickly and very nicely packaged. I didn't get any pictures of the food before we ate most of it. We couldn't wait the food smelled and looked great. Everything was so tasty and fresh as usual. We will continue to come back especially if Ivy is there to make my drink.
Food was excellent, well worth the wait and price. Drink service could have been better but it was a busy Friday night. I am returning there for sure to enjoy the fresh FRESH seafood, light tempura, and delicious flavors in the creative sushi rolls. Would not recommend octopus salad unless you really love octopus and its rubbery texture. Was a little too rubbery for me. Thinking I'll get the squid salad next time, they tend to be a little more tender. Best soy sauce available to restaurants as well.
My wife and I have been here a few times. They always give us a couple of pieces of complimentary sushi before our meal. I think that's a nice touch. Their specialty rolls have all been awesome. I've had their Pad Thai a couple of times and it was pretty good.
Very good food although we ran into trouble when we ordered through the app. The meal we selected did not prompt us to select a soup/salad or the type of protein on the meal (meat, seafood, tofu) so when I arrived for my scheduled pick-up time, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I shared my concerns with the hostess and she apologized and said they were supposed to call me to get that information but got busy and forgot. They ended up giving us a coupon for our next visit to try to make it right. Despite the issues, I truly appreciated their professionalism and the great sushi.
Service was very good. My carbonara pasta was too rich with cheese so it was hard to eat it because it became very sticky. The flavor was delicious though. Dessert and cappuccino excellent. Happy atmosphere. My friends had very good experience as well.
The food here is excellent, we had hibachi and sushi and it was so good. Service is great. I did 4 stars because they don't do the cook in front of you hibachi bc of not having enough staff. But they still offer the hibachi options for your regular table which is very nice.
Delicious food. Unacceptable table manners. I get there is a cultural divide, but honestly, please, thank you, would you like, ill be right back, would you like a refill, etc. are all pretty basic. If you can't keep up with common courtesies, don't be a server. Drink tasted like pure sake but the food was so good!! Great looking sushi assortment.
Hard not to love this restaurant. Serene decor. Cool temperature on a muggy day. Sweetest staff. I’m not sure you can actually get daily fresh sushi in central NY but I have enjoyed the items I ordered. No Yellowfin tuna …. MY favorite. Hibachi plates are good but a tad overcooked. Port cutlet was a nice surprise. Amazing sake martini!! All in all… very good.
Good Hibachi dinner. The Lobster wasn't very tasty with the filet combo. The regular steak & salmon combo was tender and seasoned well. Not too salty or oily. Vegetables were very good ! The free appetizer was a nice touch. Good service while still short staffed like many restaurants.
Enjoyed a large warm pineapple sake and a cold winter day. The sushi was good very creamy avocado maybe too much but enjoyable none the less. The wasabi was weak and dry looking. The free appetizer was interesting didn't know what it was maybe tempura with rice and a minced meat or veggie. The sushi was missing the fish taste because of the overpowered avocado taste with rice covered in it. Another thing was the soy sauce isn't low sodium and only tastes it once almost spit it out because it was so salty.
Overall this place is amazing food is great and staff is friendly. My only gripe (insert first world problems) is the price. 2 people sharing 3 common sushi rolls and a dinner of fried rice and shrimp for $100 is expensive and seems a little high. That being said I don't know the current cost of ingredients and I'm definitely going back. The food is always tasty and a welcome treat just can't eat here all the time without breaking the bank. But a recommended place to go for sure.
Went for lunch with a friend and was able to enjoy talking with her for about 2 hours. The atmosphere has good acoustics for conversing with friends. The sushi was very fresh, and its presentation was appealing. The service was lackluster due to our waitress not enjoying her job and seeming stressed out, but everyone can have a bad day here and there.
Get the Mitsuba Roll (I think) w the 🦞! Can't go wrong w. a bento box 🍱; Lots of food. Just wasn't crazy about the General Tso's; not much crunch or spice.
Was looking for poke bowls and ramen. Didn't realize we were in the wrong place until seated. There is another place with a similar name. Was very busy upon arrival. Restaurant also offered a hibachi option. Got seated quickly for the kitchen service option. 3 stars for food. Server Jessica made this a 4 star. Super friendly and attentive. Checked in several times. Food was average. Needed more depth in flavors. Poke bowl special could have had add'l ingredients to add more umami. Best dish was the salmon teriyaki. Chicken katsu really crispy but a tad dry. Will come back to try the hibachi.
One of the best sushi places in syracuse and I think there's only 3... 😁 Foods good, fried rice, I haven't had a complete habichi meal there, but I've had ther sushi and rolls. The rolls are not too bad, they ha e really good fresh sushi. My partner thinks the fish should be a little bit colder and not room temp. And I agree. We have been there twice and the service were great both times.
You can tell they're struggling with having enough staff. Staff that is working, is busting their butt though! I was a little annoyed BUT because I know they're looking for help I tried to not hold it to them. For instance, I had to ask for silverware, chop sticks, napkins etc. These are things I feel like we as customers shouldn't have to ask for. Especially when your food is sitting in front of you with nothing to eat with lol. But, that being said it was a good place with a variety menu
I went to Mitsuba yesterday afternoon around 2:45 because I was really in the mood for sushi. They serve all kinds of dishes like hibachi and shrimp fried rice, but I mainly went for the sushi. I ordered two rolls — the Volcano Roll and the Shrimp Tempura Roll — and I also got the Peanut Butter Explosion dessert to go. The Volcano Roll was really good and full of flavor. I see why so many people recommend it in the reviews — I would definitely order that again next time. The Shrimp Tempura Roll was good too. It seemed like a hand roll, and it did fall apart a little while I was eating it, but it still tasted great. When I first sat down, they also brought me a free roll sample to try, which was a nice surprise. It reminded me a lot of the volcano roll, so I’m not sure if it was the same thing or similar, but it was really good too. The Peanut Butter Explosion dessert was delicious. I love chocolate and peanut butter together, and it was a nice balance of both flavors. It was also the perfect portion for one person — not too much, not too little. The atmosphere was quiet, which I liked since I went during a weekday and there weren’t many people inside. It made it easy to just relax and enjoy my meal. The only downside was that they were out of Thai tea that day, which I usually like to order when I have sushi. Hopefully next time they’ll have it available because I really wanted to try theirs. Overall, I enjoyed everything — the food, the service, and the calm environment. I would definitely go back again, especially for the volcano roll and dessert.
We primarily get food for take out here. This place is hit or miss when it comes to being capable of handling a gluten free order. And unfortunately the customer service we received to try to rectify the situation left something to be desired. We have even had screw ups with our take out orders not related to being gluten free, they just gave us something different than what was ordered. The food is good however when they get it right. I wish I had better things to say but at this time I do not. Additionally this was not one or two isolated incidents. We have continued to try to give this location another try in hopes of things getting better because we love hibachi and sushi. Hopefully some of our feedback is listened to and things improve in the future. If so I will wright another review.
I go there are least weekly. Within the last ten visits l, 6 times they have forgotten the extra Wasabi that I pre-paid for. I understand sushi isn't cheap and Im fine with that. But when I watch them put in the order and it is still forgotten, that's more than a mistake. By my calculations thats about 30 dollars worth of Wasabi that I never got, and my gf was very upset.
Our waiter was an idiot, didn't stay on top of ihr drinks, didn't gets apps until after meal, didn't give us our salad/soup cause " we didn't ask for them" even tho they come with our meal. Wasn't impressed this time. Have been there over summer great experience.
The decor is beautiful, the food presentation is beautiful, but there were a couple of major drawbacks: 1) You have to remind them of everything promised in the menu, such as when soup is included in the meal. Service was good otherwise. 2) My wife's thought her udon was overcooked. 3) Not sure if they're running the hibachi. People were coming in and being told it was unavailable. This may be due to staffing issues. Still tempted to come back and try more of their sushi offerings, though.
This restaurant came recommended to us by a hotel nearby. The food was disappointing and it felt more like a bar and grill than an Asian restaurant. I've never watched college football or had a deep-fried freebie at a legitimate sushi place. The service was great, though. Points to the hostess who dealt with a very busy line.
My husband and I were traveling through and wanted to stop for a quick dinner. They were definitely quick with the order which was a big plus. However, the sushi was a little disappointing. The rolls were very rice heavy and if you flipped the pieces to the other side, you couldn’t even see the fish. We got a total of 6 rolls and the majority of them were like that. The hostess was very nice though.
The sushi was okay, literally just okay. Wegmans does a comparable job. On to the “teriyaki lo mein”, I was served literal spaghetti noodles with teriyaki sauce on it. The kind of spaghetti noodles that you eat marinara sauce with. Additionally there was not even enough sauce which (wasn’t stirred in at all mind you). So, my bowl of spaghetti served with teriyaki sauce on top was definitely less than edible for me. For $4.75 I didn’t complain, but I definitely did not eat it. The dessert was deep fried vanilla ice cream. That was my favorite part and I ate every bite. Regarding the service, it took quite a few minutes to get seated. We almost left because it seemed we were unnoticed at a not super busy time, but we really wanted sushi from this fancy Chef (that we read about on Mitsuba’s website). Once we were seated it seemed our server had many jobs and he wasn’t able to tend to us in a way that felt good. Another woman noticed us looking around after our drinks had been empty for a while and offered our refills, as well as our bill so glad there are some careful eyes looking out. Honestly probably won’t eat here again, but it was interesting to try this place out.
We have been here a few times and the food is always fantastic. This includes our visit last evening. Unfortunately our service was not that great. It wasn't particular busy and yet it still took a long time to even order a drinks. Our chef came out and he was very friendly and the food was delicious. Oddly just as our chef was finishing up cooking our meal. They brought our appetizer. Which was spicy tuna rolls. They were also fantastic. But we are never brought in utensils or soy sauce or anything of that nature. Soon after our chef finished preparing our meal. A few of us that are table needed a couple more drinks. But our waiter never came back for roughly 15 more minutes. By this time we had finished eating. Now oddly, he did ask at this point. Is it anyone's birthday and we said yes because it was my wife's. but the waiter did not seem to care and was already walking away. Without even acknowledging what we had said. Now we will eat her again because the food is fantastic I just hope the customer service could be on par with the food.
Came here for dinner. Sushi was average. The nori itself does not wrap all the way around the roll so the pieces, if not careful, fall apart. The pieces are fairly small with average quality fish. Quick service with a free appetizer on the house (a tempura roll with masago and some sort of fish inside). For a quick bite to eat, this place wasn’t bad. But I wouldn’t order the sushi again. You can get better quality sushi elsewhere
Lunch options and prices were great 👍 Staff were courteous & quick to serve, clean restaurant just a bit out-dated compared to other similar spaces. They offer patio seating outside which is a nice option, but the black-out tint they used on the windows on their entry way on either side of the door is a bit off-putting = makes restaurant look closed in mid-day sunshine.
We should have walked out the minute we walked in. The first problem we encountered was the gentleman seating couldn’t figure out where to put us and kept walking away from us every couple minutes to go deal with another problem. This gentleman also took our drink and appetizer orders. He came back a few minutes later with our drinks and took our main dinner orders which we were having the hibachi. He never returned to do a drink refill our appetizers arrived after we were all done with our hibachi dinner and two out of the three appetizers were not made well the blue crab in particularly was burnt and the soups -one daughter had one that was very good in the other daughter had one that was so spicy she could eat it, both were the same soup which is not supposed to be spicy. When I said something to the manager she did take the blue crab off the bell but explain to me that the individual who is supposed to be waiting on us was handling two different sides of the restaurant. I think he should’ve focused on one job and done it well instead of trying to do two jobs poorly. Our hibachi Cook was very nice and our food from that food was fantastic as usual. But this is not the first time I’ve encountered rude staff there and quite frankly it’s not worth the money to have to deal with that.
We have been ordering take out from here for a while and it has been steadily going down hill our latest order from this location was nearly inedible. The sushi had almost no fish and massive chunks of avocado (like 4x the size of the fish) it was completely unseasoned and just lifeless and drab. Even the spicy tuna was bland I don't really understand how that happens. We also ordered some shrimp, it was clearly cocktail shrimp which was then re-cooked and it was basically rubber. I would not recommend, at least not when it comes to the food. I have a follow-up. There is (a nice response from ownership offering a refund for the food, which is extremely nice) so at least if you do experience an issue with food there is a good chance they will treat you well! I do not really have a direct way to respond to their comment, so I will contact them another way and I will see if they are able to make good on their offer.
The food was not good. Definitely the worst sushi I’ve had in NY. I’m not even trying to be dramatic here. When you walk into a sushi restaurant with good reviews, you expect good sushi. The rice to fish ratio was way off balance, an awful amount of sugar added to sauces (even the spicy mayo!), they give you a tiny amount of gyoza sauce and tempura sauce with your apps, and it was all just so bad. They also cheapen out by supplementing spicy tuna with tons of tempura flakes to fill you up. I’ve never seen a place do this before. My fiancé and I both got sick after eating here. It’s also a very noisy restaurant with no sound dampening. After spending over $100, I’m sorely disappointed. I can only believe the people who actually enjoy this place have never had proper sushi in their life because these sushi chefs were certainly not trained right.. At least our server was polite enough. Update: Mitsuba reached out and gave us a $50 gift cert and an apology. I've been back once and the sushi was a bit better, however some previously stated issues remain. For reaching out, I will bump up my review to 2 stars.
Beautiful surroundings, attentive staff and varied menu selection. Sushi was good. However, got diarrhea every time I went there (3 total). Maybe don’t eat the complimentary appetizer they offer? Don’t know, but I don’t go there anymore. Sad.
We had a HORRIBLE experience here!! 8 of us went out to eat here before we went to the movies. We were told it would be a 35min wait, after an HR and 25min I told them I would squeeze all 8 of us into a booth as we had a movie we didn't want to miss. The sushi was mediocre, honestly I've had better from Tops. I was done eating by the time they even served my fiance's pad Thai. Our hot food was served before our sushi rolls. Drinks were all brought at different times as we're our meals. HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH MEDIOCRE FOOD AT BEST!!!! I would never recommend this place to anybody or go back
I had the worst dining experience of my life. We ordered a shrimp tempura, the first time it arrived it didn't have shrimp in it. When it was brought back to us the roll fell apart. The everything in general tso bento box was cold. Our soda's were flat but the miso were okay.
Absolutely not authentic. Ordered a classic spicy tuna roll. Rice overcooked, and no tuna to be seen. Some kinda mash made of panko and fish roe. Proceeding to yellow tail roll, same thing, just bad. What a disappointment. Will never go back.
Sushi was falling apart and the raw tuna was brownish. We left half our meal.
I want to be as professional as possible here when I say this. Tonight I UberEats a meal from you guys. I have to say this is the worst sushi and hibachi noodles I’ve had in my entire life! I truly do no recommend this place to anyone. $90 meal absolutely wasted. Check the pictures out. Legit looks like you went down to your local wegmans and picked a box of its finest noodles! You’re lucky I can’t review on Uber eats. I don’t even want to go thru the trouble of the money back. I just want everyone to see this one comment here where I have taken time out of my day to submit my probably first review and say how terrible this food was. 1/10 would not recommend! Thanks!
What a terrible meal. I ordered the scallop and lobster hibachi. The salad was just lettuce. The lobster was burnt and I ordered a side of lo mein noodles, no flavor but a burnt taste it was just spagetti. So disappointed and I won't ever order from them again. One and done with them.
Quality of food was horrible. I ordered a crazy rabbit roll that was $16, but there was no crab meat inside only avocado. Also, it was very loosely wrapped when picking it up it would fall apart. The general tso chicken was drenched in sauce to look appetizing but it was old and hard as a rock. Definitely don’t recommend ordering take out.
The worst "sushi" we ever had. There is more rice than other ingredients and sushi are falling apart and tasteless. You have to break the sushi due to the astronomical amount of rice and size of the roll pieces. The female server stated people were complaining due to lack of rice on the sushi so they doubled it?! They ended up giving us 50% off since the sushi we barely ate. If you want to try good sushi - come to NYC! This is garbage. We did notice that other tables didn't order sushi but hot food items so maybe that's where all the positive reviews are from.
Normally I would leave a 5 star review but …. I’ve been here multiple times with no issue - today I go I order 2 drinks I’m like alright we’re ready to go can I please get one more - the waiter said “idk your face is pink “ I’ve been here multiple times have ordered way more drinks mind you I’m super white my face always gets pink over the smallest things I’ll literally be sitting at home and my face will be pink I’ve never had them do this to me until today it was super warm inside the restaurant ofc my face is gonna get pink the guy then took forever but finally put a drink on the table after using the bathroom -while I was in the bathroom the waiter asks my friend who was with me if I was happy lol then when I get back tried to offer me an appetizer …. After I already finished my meal and was getting ready to leave after the drink . I thought it was kind of rude to bring up my face being pink when it literally just happens to me frequently regardless of drinking or not .
