Pho 99 Camp-Hill Reviews
The food here is always amazing. You cannot go wrong with anything you order. Don't be afraid to be a little adventurous and order something new! The SP5 Bun Reiu is full of so much flavor. Bahn Mi is awesome. The staff are very friendly and inviting.
Came to H'burg for a mid afternoon appointment and someone had recommended this place. The Vietnamese food in my hometown is mediocre at best, so I was really looking forward to our lunch. While the shrimp summer rolls weren’t anything special, the small pho (it's not small at all - so much broth, noodz & meat that I couldn't finish it) with eye round and brisket was fantastic, as was their house special banh mi. The bread in particular was very good, with a nice crust and fluffy crumb, and all the toppings were great quality. The owners are Vietnamese, and when I mentioned where we came from to our waiter he commented that a a lot of Vietnamese students travel to eat at their place. I’m not surprised. Service was very friendly and on point, so I am mystified by the reviews claiming otherwise. 5/5
Great pork chop platter Soup Broth is 100% the truth fir Harrisburg A must try if you looking for good Pho
Delicious LARGE bowl of brisket pho for $14. Amount of food for the price is hard to beat. The soup had a delicious stewed beef aroma. Brisket was tender and not chewy. Overall pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pho in this location. Location is a little sketch but this little food mall and parking lot seem relatively safe. Plenty of parking.
Tasted great, service was fast and to the point but what really stood out for me is the Thai tea was delicious 🤤
Everything was absolutely delicious! 😋 Got the Trà Thái Xanh (Thai green Tea with jelly) which was very sweet and refreshing, The Phở Tái Chín (Eye round steak & brisket) Which was savory, warm, and so cool to watch the meat continue to cooking in the bowl! Served with bean sprouts, cilantro, and limes on the side. I also got the Bánh Mì Thịt Nguội (Hoagie with sliced pork, pâté, butter, vegetables, pepper salt and soy sauce) Which was a bit spicy, but a good kinda spicy. 🔥
Best pho in town! Rich and flavorful broth. Clean restaurant with fast and friendly service. Generous portions. Right next to the asian market for convenient shopping.
I always come here for pho — some of the best pho in the Harrisburg area. Large portions and usually fast service. Quiet, spacious interior.
Hidden gem. Really great flavorful broth. Hate going up to the counter to pay but love the chili crisp at the table. Top stars for quality of phô.
Honestly one of the better Vietnamese restaurants I've been to. The pho was priced well and the broth was very flavorful. The Ban Mi was honestly one of the better ones I've had, the baguette was very crunchy, the pate had good flavor as well. I would highly recommend trying this place out.
I had given up on pho years ago because I could never find a place I liked. When I tried the pho at Pho 99, I was blown away at how good it was. They somehow get the balance and flavor right as opposed to the other restaurants I've been to. Will definitely become a regular here.
Good food for reasonable. Large special Pho for only $16 with really smooth meat and even tripe! The spring rolls were tasty but the skin was a bit too chewy. You know it’s authentic when you can hear Vietnamese or other Asian languages in the restaurant. Solid 8/10. Techmo Seal of Approval.
I’m new to the area and wanted to try some Asian food, so I swung by this spot! The Banh Mi was quite good and wasn’t too far off the Vietnamese food I’m used to back near DC. Quick and efficient service as well.
Food and services were good. If we’re back in town again, will definitely stop for dinner here again.
Great food and service, just don't look up, or you will see a ton of dust bunnies hanging out on the decorations. Hopefully they don't fall down in the food too often. If they can't dust more often they might consider removing the hazard altogether.
Food wasn't bad it was just bland. The peanut sauce with the summer rolls was very dark and barely had any peanut butter flavor and the Pho broth was very low on flavor. Even after adding additional condiments, it was lacking. There is also very little meat in the small Pho.
No heat in rest.shtimp egg rolls all cabbage may 2 small shrimp in each. Shrimp fried rice had about 6 shrimp. Not impressed!!
We were kept waiting for 15 minutes without a single acknowledgment despite being passed by servers. My son and I were the only people waiting to be helped. I went to the bar to ask for help and received a frosty email friendly response to "Go get table 8." Like I was a hired member of the waitstaff. Smelly unclean restaurant. The bad attitude and unhygienic environment convinced me and my son to not risk our health, mental and otherwise eating here and we chose to leave. I wouldn't eat here is the food was free. I have never been in such a stinky unclean environment. Super odiferous and grimy. Yuck! We won't be back.
The food is good but you need to pay in cash in reason of they add more tip than you put on the receipt and steal, I had to do two disputes to get my money back! It’s better to pay in cash !
This pho place was good back in 2023 to 2024 cause of a nice employee man who doesn't work there anymore. He was kind and awesome. Now the staff have bad attitudes and food is horrible. Recommend to pay in cash and not credit card because they'll add tip onto your credit card without your authorization.
