A long time ago when they started they were delicious, after a while I stopped buying because they gradually lowered their quality, their ingredients were very cheap, some time later I took a risk, and I found the same pizza that I knew them with, apart from a different packaging, hot, delicious, soft and crispy, and good promotions, the only thing I didn't like is that they charge you a commission for using a card payment, who does that these days, from there everything is excellent I recommend it!
The pizzas are delicious. I especially liked the mushroom and Hawaiian pizzas, but the shepherd's pie with Heinz Worcestershire sauce is amazing. They're affordable and don't have much dough. And if you reheat them in a pan, they come out crispier and more delicious. Waiting at the restaurant is a nightmare because they take a long time. It's better to call for delivery.

It's takeaway only, there's no table service, that avoids Covid, that's good, and the pizzas are delicious, good size, and at a very affordable price.

Terrible service, they serve you reluctantly, the pizzas are so-so
Disappointed. The pastor pizza wasn't as spectacular as theirs. It fell far short of my expectations. Very little pastor meat and very little flavor. I expected more from them. I hope they improve the quality of their product. Their service and timing were good, but the pizza let me down.
I ordered a pizza from the Santa Lucía branch and it took two hours to arrive, terrible. (I ordered it at 9:25 AM and it arrived at 11:00 PM) It took way too long.
I used to order from Palazzo and the pizzas were really good, but now they're awful. I called on a Friday at 7:30 and they were already out of peppers 😔 They use poor quality ingredients, the cheese is terrible, the tomato sauce is scarce, and overall the pizzas didn't taste good. They answered quickly, but even though I live very close, it took them over an hour to arrive. I really wouldn't eat there again because of the poor quality of the ingredients.
Terrible service, I placed my order because I was a frequent customer, but I placed an order twice and it never arrived. I waited 2 hours for something that never arrived. Then I spoke to them to tell them about my pizza and they said that the service was never taken and they listened to me perfectly, but when I started to complain, their phones started to fail. It's a shame, I feel like they lied to me and for my part, even though I'm one of the bunch, they lost a frequent customer.
This used to be a good pizzeria. One day I bought a pizza and half of it tasted like chlorine. I was eating with my family, and we each took a slice, but we ignored it until we realized we couldn't eat another piece because of the taste. I contacted them, explained the problem, and at first they told me they couldn't replace it. Seriously, that's awful. When you order fast food, you want to eat it right away, and to be told they can't replace it because of company policy is ridiculous. A customer wouldn't call again just to waste their time. A very bad experience.
