Servings are big. Food very good. Service fast and waitress was pleasant. Had the Salmon with orange sauce. It was nice and crispy. My husband had the eggplant parmesan. . Delicious! Could only eat half of it.

I enjoy each time I go, and Jane is such a blessing. She makes our dining experience very enjoyable. The food there is very good. Atmosphere is great, I am always looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic service first and foremost!!! The calamari is melt in your mouth....French onion soup was pretty good, a little sweet for my taste. The scallops Alvaro was to die for!!! Get here early tho ...fills up fast.... if you don't mind having a few beers (lots of great craft choices too!) before you eat it's all good!!!

Had reservations, we were seated immediately. Tall drinks! Great fish fry! The place was busy but we didn't feel rushed.

My wife and I had business in Canandagua and searched for a good spot for lunch. Eric's Office fit the bill nicely. We sat on the patio under a big awning and enjoyed great food served efficiently. I had an excellent open faced Reuben served with German potato salad. My wife had the Harvest Salad. We were both very pleased. The portion size was just right for both of us to clean our plates but be perfectly satisfied. I look forward to returning next time I'm in the area.

Eric’s is one of our very favorite restaurants. The service, food and atmosphere is ALWAYS excellent. We were there tonight and everything was perfect. I had the rigatoni, chicken, mushroom, tomatoes in a light cream Marsala sauce which was to die for. My husband had one of the specials which was an Old Bay rubbed broiled haddock/shrimp with mixed vegetables and rice. So tasty. I highly recommend Eric’s!!

Exceeded expectations. The best part of the meal had to be the Blueberry cheesecake! It was so melt in your mouth delicious! Also, if you like a Ruben sandwich, I highly suggest their open faced Ruben! It was the best Ruben I've had in a very long time.

We went with a group of 4 couples and everyone shared what a positive experience it was. The food was very good with my prime rib being done just as requested. Our server was phenomenal, very prompt at getting back to make sure our needs were being met. There was no hassel with splitting the check 4 ways either. A great experience.

Food was pretty good, we tried the turkey sandwich and the bistro steak sandwich. service was great, place can be a bit crowded though as the seating was all in a small room next to the bar. Would give a 4.5 if I could.. Will likely go back to try more of their menu options.

We were referred by the employees of Vision Hyundai to check this place out for lunch. We are so glad we did! I've drove past this place dozens of times but never gave it a second look. It's like the hidden gem of Canandaigua! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly waitress who was extremely tentative to our needs and made sure we had a warm spot away from the door. The menu was so vast it was hard to narrow our choices down. We both settled on "The Texas Big A" . I got the char grilled steak burger and my wife got the crispy chicken breast. They were so delicious we ended up swapping halves. We ordered a side of ranch to dip our fries and I have to say it is the best ranch we've ever had. We were informed that it's home made. The fries were excellent as well. This was an all round great experience! Highly recommended!

Cozy, comfortable place that has excellent, unique food choices and is elevated from the many bar food joints around the area. Tastes a lot fresher than most other eateries around and the staff goes above and beyond once you get seated. All the signage inside is from around the area and I like the nod to the surrounding history. I come from an area that doesn't take reservations and most places are first come first serve. It has taken me a minute to get used to it, but make a reservation, even if you don't think you'd need one. You will be asked, especially at dinner. That goes for everywhere on Canandaigua lake (except Pub House). Not sure if it's a Finger Lakes wide rule or not.

The food is always consistently good. One of the best fish fries I've had in years. Onion rings are very large and delicious. French onion soup is generously cheesey. Their online ordering is a breeze and the food is always hot and on time.

Food was fantastic. Setting was very pleasant, we sat on the covered patio. The server was very nice and the food came very quickly. I got the"All American burger". They didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked but it came perfect, just some hints of pink in the middle. It was very tender and the bacon was cooked well. The whole burger wasn't dry and over cooked, but it wasn't sloppy and messy either. The fries we got with it were also great, a beer batter type, very crispy but not over cooked at all. First time here and if I'm ever back in Canadaigua I'll definitely stop here again!

Made a reservation for a "later" dinner which the host cheerfully accomodated. Our server, Sharon was friendly and had a good knowledge of the menu. The kitchen was willing to make some adjustments to address food allergies and our meals were phenomenal-sesame salmon and beef tips overr tortellini. Topped off the meal with peanut butter pie that paired very well with red wine! Great dining experience!!

Our go-to place after golf! It's always an enjoyable experience. Outdoor seating is my preference when the weather allows. The steak gorgonzola salad is excellent. I appreciate being able to enjoy a drink and lunch for a decent amount of money.

Another first for us tonight and our first visit to the Office restaurant. Not a big place but superb service and delicious food. We had the fried green beans as an appetizer just yummy. Then we each had perfectly cooked steaks for our main courses. I wish I had more room for the potatoes because they were wonderful. No room for dessert which was a shame. Everything was great from start to finish and can't wait to go back again!

Absolutely awesome. I had the Monterey Ranch sandwich with crispy chicken and it was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time— and I work in food! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. My mom also liked her Cajun burger. We can’t wait to go back!

So I showed up on a Friday at lunchtime with a toddler and a 90 year old with a walker in the pouring rain! Didn’t have a reservation but the owner was quick to rearrange things and get us seated immediately. Food was great, and the waitress was very accommodating with our order. After we left I noticed I had forgotten to grab my credit card so I called there and they very graciously mailed it to me because I live 45 minutes away!! Superb customer service all around!! Thank you!!

Our visit was between lunch and dinner time. However, there was a wonderful variety of items from which to choose. Everything was delicious; the best Cobb Salad ever! Soup, salad dressing, bread : all special.Portions were generous...definitely worth the price. Our waiter was attentive and personable,even though we were seated outside. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Love this restaurant in Canandaigua!! Today I am having the their famous French Dip! This is the first time I have tried it here and it’s definitely going to be famous to me! Rosalie was my server and she was amazing. I was greeted immediately and eating alone I never expect a larger table but they immediately sat me at a table that I would consider a top notch spot. I felt bad taking it but they did not make me feel bad at all. I used to come here years ago but after Covid I forgot about this amazing place. Cajun chicken wrap is a go to for me as well along with the French onion soup! I always order their Cajun mayo on the side of the wrap(it’s so good)! Oh the wings are to die for and I am from Buffalo NY and worked at a wing place…I have high standards and Eric’s Office nails the wings!

I have yet to have a bad experience here. I stop in a few times a month... This last Friday really topped all my visits... I like to eat at the bar. Both bartenders Chris and his co-worker were great! The place is known for its delicious specials. I had muscles and shrimp with a vodka leek sauce. It was outstanding! Served with a nice healthy piece of garlic bread over just enough pasta. The Caesar salad was fantastic too!

Community staple. The food is delicious. Business lunches are reasonably priced. Dinners are reasonable. Have never had a bad meal here - ever. Soups are especially good (home style) and I often pair with a sandwich special if I’m there for lunch.

Bar none, the BEST fish fry I have had in a long time. I can't stress enough how perfect my dish was. The batter on the fish was perfectly cooked, light, not oily, not over battered. The onion rings were slammin'. The whole dish was fantastic start to finish. We'll done!

We were passing through, and chose this restaurant based on the reviews, and we weren’t disappointed!! The food came out piping hot. I got a burger and a side of onion rings. The burger was fresh and juicy, and the onion rings were the best of ever had! If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely make the stop.

We had burgers at Eric's and I got the burger with Bleu cheese and have to say it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Cooked perfect and very large. The fries were excellent and more than you could eat. Great food here.

Always have a great experience at Eric's. We always sit at the bar and have their wings and maybe some soup, which is always great. If you happen to be there for the mushroom soup you are in for the best ever!!! The chicken wings are the best in the world, not the area, the world!!!! We've eaten there for dinner as well. Visiting Canandaigua for the week and have been to Eric's three times already. It's just that good. My favorite on the menu are the wraps - specifically the chicken ranch wrap - it's simple but so delicious. They also put together a mean house salad. The wait staff have all been incredibly kind and attentive as well. Love it!

My husband and I went here for lunch, it was delicious. It is a small restaurant, but it is cozy with tons of personality. We loved looking at all of the antique signs and enjoyed the atmosphere. Their menu was large but not overwhelming. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. My husband ordered 1/2 beef cheddar sandwich with tomato bisque. THE SOUP WAS AMAZING. I had a delicious buffalo wrap. The homemade chips had a sweet bbq flavor with major crunch! The price of our food and drinks was more than fair. It is rare when you go out to eat and everything is perfect, this place was amazing. We will definitely come here again.

I came in for a lunch meeting and got an amazing salad it was the Steak Gorgonzola Salad I asked for no gorgonzola cheese and I added Grilled Shrimp. It was sooo good. I definitely enjoy the food when I come in. The service was great and very attentative.

I can't believe all the dining we do at Canadagua we never heard of Eric's Office. I recommend the mule cocktail. Right amount of ginger and it was refreshing. I ordered the cajen chicken sandwich and for a side the house salad. I also had a cup of chicken and sausage soup which had the right amount of heat and stacked full of veggies which were delicious. The cajen chicken sandwich was served with fresh lettuce and tomatoe the chicken breast was large and I loved the spices added. A homemade maynaise and chipole sauce came separately for you to add the desired amount. The roll was nice and soft (large) and melted in my mouth. Also rolls came with the dinner meal along with butter pats. Nicely warmed with a touch of garlic. The house salad was a nice sized and actually I had some left over. You will not leave hungry when you dine at Eric's Office. I loved the atmosphere in this resturant. Lots of signs and paraphernalia hanging on the walls. Our server was fast efficient and friendly. I also loved the outdoor fireplace and seating in the front of the resturant which welcomes the patrons Thank you Eric's Office for a most pleasurable dining experience.Hope to see you again soon!

My wife and I had the pleasure to Dine at Eric’s Office tonight for date night. We had the lobster carbonara, fish fry and steamed clams. The steamed clams were cooked to buttery perfection and the sauce was to die for… if I ever need a last meal, the clams will be the choice before I die. Inexplicably delicious shellfish. The lobster carbonara was rich and cheesy that sticks to your ribs. The fish was a fillet of cod that was twice the size of a regular plate, it was buttery and flaky deliciousness. We were served drinks by Chris who made our night truly special. Highly recommended this for dinner, it will blow your damn socks off. Awesome experience and we will be back again, and again, and again.

Stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night around 7:30 PM. we were seated promptly in the main dining room. You can also eat at the bar. I had the Cajun grilled prime rib special and it was delicious. Prime rib usually has a lot of fat and waste on it, but this was beautiful! My friend had the surf and turf tortellini special, which was also delish - steak and seafood tossed in a marsala wine sauce. Service was excellent. Will I go back? Absolutely!

Went out for my birthday and didn’t regret choosing here for a second. Sharon was our server and she was absolutely amazing. The drinks were delicious. We got the calamari appetizer, and the fact that there was actually tentacles and the calamari was crispy and amazing , was a good sign ! I stopped in for some dinner by myself after work last week. I really enjoyed my visit so much I came back with my husband the next day!!! Jordan was a wonderful server he remembered me and my order. He did a great job serving us. I really love the steamed clams from the small plates menu!!! The bread is grilled buttery and crunchy on the outside and soft and warm in the middle the broth so delicious I could just drink it!!! I will definitely be returning. The dining room is small and quaint it was full but not crowded. Plenty of fun things on the walls to look at. Lots of parking. The restroom was clean and stocked with paper towels. Priced very reasonably and still delicious!!! Great for a date or even just a quick meal.

First time visit for us, and we were not disappointed. A family owned business since 1997. The front half of the building is a full bar, with a partial wall separating a modest dining area containing tables and booths. Lots of old signs and pictures from Canandaigua's past. They have 3 menus - Lunch (11:00am - 3:00pm), Mid-afternoon (3:00 - 5:00pm) and Dinner (3:00 - Closing). We both had the soup and sandwich specials, delicious, especially the housemade soups - Sweet and Sour Chicken and Pork, and New England Clam Chowder. Back again for the Soup and Sandwich Special. This time it was grilled ham with cheese on rye with chicken vegetable and rice soup or creamy cauliflower. The sandwiches were good and both soups were delicious, though a bit salty for my better half.

I ordered lunch on a busy afternoon for delivery the order had not arrived after some time I figured with the weather and other factors they were running behind. I canceled my order ... however after I cancelled an employee called back on behalf of the owner to apologize The delivery driver still came with my food and free of charge. The reason I am leaving 4 stars is the customer service . There are not many occasions where the owner or company will try and rectify a situation “customers always right” well most of the time. I will definitely be back despite the wait due to the great customer service and great tasting food

We came before the dinner rush. We were seated inside immediately. Staff was very friendly. Food was good. Although the calamari was a little extra chewy. I have never ordered Chicken French before so I can't say for sure if it was right or not but the amount of lemon in it was crazy. It was like the lid fell off the lemon juice and everything was swimming in it. The chicken breading was soggy from it. It was SOOOO sour. I couldn't eat it. My husband was not crazy about it either. Like I said though, that could be normal. 🤷‍♀️ We didn't say anything because I really don't like to complain. We got one of the specials it was delicious, my son liked the Mac and cheese bites and the French fries were delicious.

Ambiance inside very nice...would not expect that if you judged by the exterior. I've been here a few times and, like every other restaurant now, the prices are up from pre-Covid days. Good variety of offerings so no problem finding something you like. Suggestion to mgmt: a tiny bit more light in dining area needed on overcast days. Hard to read menu or see your dining mates otherwise. Not a big deal

Their Thursday night special Pot Roast is the best! Which is popular and brings the crowds in, it was busy and it's a small place so it was loud. Service is excellent! I love the office.

Happy with the food and restaurant. Waiter was pleasant and efficient. No lasagna that I could find but the eggplant parmesean looked great. I wasn't too hungry and just had French onion soup which was good. This is a mostly Italian restaurant.

I had the fish fry and the fish was good but the outer beer batter shell was really soft. In the past it's been nice and crispy. In fact I've had the fish fry at Green Front several times, which I suspect is the same fish fry and it was served better there. The fish was nice and crispy on the outside as most would expect from a fish fry.

Wife ordered the seafood bisque for takeout. Absolutely the best soup ever. However I was a little disappointed in the MUCH smaller portion that cost me more . I have no problem with charging me more, just give the same amount as before.

Ordered takeout. They are not taking calls any more and couldn't order anything special off the web site. Had to go there to place my order which was no big deal. This was my second time there in 4 days so I had spent 110 $. I waited for my order and when it came out of the kitchen, you would think that the bar tender would give it to me. I guess that since he wasn't going to get a tip he just let my food sit there. My waitress saw me standing there waiting and handed me my food. Food was great but I won't be back

Recently visited on a Saturday evening with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Called to make reservations the day before and the restaurant easily accomodated my party of 8. The bartender, hostess, and waiter were all fantastic. Very nice people who definitely were attentive and made it a good experience. 3 stars as the food quality didn't meet the expectation for my group this time. The service was phenomenal so I am willing to give it another try. My friend's chicken rigatoni was way overdone. The chicken was hard. My other friend's artichoke french was bland, my french onion soup was cold and my portobello melt really wasn't great- the bread was stale, and the filling wasn't tasty. I'm typically not the person to complain about food quality. Very rarely. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to food. The presentation/plating of the food looked good. It just didn't meet the expectation this visit. My husband did state his shrimp bowl was delicious.

I went there before covid and had the best chicken French I have ever had anywhere in my life I got some today and it tastes like diner chicken french not terrible but definitely not something I'd order again. The ginormous onion rings are the same size as every other onion ring I thought they were battered but they ended up being breaded and they're delicious homemade ranch is now Ken's.
