Divino Café Cancún Reviews
My boyfriend and I went for lunch and we absolutely loved everything, especially the sauces and the excellent service. My only suggestion would be to improve the furniture, but other than that, it was fantastic. ✨️👌🏼
Really liked the Nutella and queso de bola waffle!
Here's a shorter review: --- I recently visited Divino cafe and loved the delicious coffee and cozy atmosphere. My only suggestion is to offer disposable straws for convenience. Overall, a great spot for coffee lovers
Awesome place, prices and excellent food 👍
Great coffee, cold and hot brews are amazing. The best Frappuccino I've every had. The food was delicious, quality ingredients and great service!
Good food, the chicken breast ciabatta is very tasty, the Mexican chocolate is delicious
The "only" waitress serving is doing her best, but working under pressure, she forgets the poor things, you can tell she's trying. From the moment you walk in, it seems like they're just starting out. The tables are dirty, the wooden bench is the most uncomfortable thing in the world, and the cushions are useless. There isn't enough space. When I ordered my food, the spoon was dirty. I repeat, the table is even worse. There's no towel or paper towel in the bathroom to dry your hands. It's clear from all around that their decor, featuring broken flowerpots and fallen palm trees, isn't something they bother to repair after they close. The little I ordered was presented well and tasted delicious, but you have to ask for everything else—sugar, napkins, and a spoon—that's something you'll have to deal with. They don't have music, so you can hear everything the other diners are saying. The best thing besides the food is a street singer. He has an excellent voice. They should have him on a regular basis. That takes the edge off the constant chaos they're in. He even sings Frank Sinatra songs! That's what lessened my disappointment with the place.
It's a good place, but it could be better. Some points I consider are: The customer service: no one greets you at the door. They're friendly, but there's no one following up with you. They take a long time to take orders. They don't notify you of any shortages they have that day (out of stock), and sometimes everyone rushes into the kitchen, and there's no one on duty. They don't have enough knowledge of coffee-based drinks. The menu doesn't show the types of milk they use, nor do they ask the diners. They don't have background music, and the place is very quiet. There's no standardization of the food. You might go one day and get it with sauces, and another day you just get the food. The fruit they use is frozen, like blueberries. The waffle is a bit dry even though it has a moist topping. Everything can be improved; you just have to put in the effort 😊
First time I visited the place and around 9:30 pm it was closing time which I didn't know, if not I wouldn't have entered the place, they put the bill on the table and saying I need to make my cut, I asked what time they close and he confirmed that they close at that time, it's fine one understands but a last call about 15 minutes before closing would have been ideal, hospitality is what it's called
