We went on a Sunday, two adults and a child. After a day at the Lakes and Covadonga, we decided to have lunch in Cangas de Onís, although we weren't sure if we'd find a place to eat, as it was already 3:00 PM and most places closed at 4:00 PM. We were looking for a restaurant we already knew, but as soon as we saw this one with its terrace and the number of people there, we didn't hesitate for a second and stopped here. We ordered the set menu for €20, with several dishes to choose from for both the first and second courses. The child ordered a half menu for €14, which included a main course, a drink, bread, and dessert. For our first course, we ordered fabada (Asturian bean stew), which, being from Asturias, we were a little intimidated by, but it was actually very tasty. The other first course we ordered was potatoes with octopus, which was also delicious. For my second course, the cachopo was quite good, the size was in line with the price of the set menu, and it came with homemade potatoes. The other main course was kid goat, and it was spectacular—it practically melted in my mouth. There were only a few desserts left, but they were also delicious. I would definitely return to this place; the waiters were very attentive, and the service was quick even though the place was packed.

We wanted to eat in Cangas but couldn't decide, so we stopped by this place! The waiters offered us spectacular service, especially Lucas, who served us most of the time. He poured us cider every time we needed it! The food was excellent, the atmosphere spectacular, and the service impeccable! Without a doubt, the quality and price of this place are fantastic and pleasant!

A place to return to. Not just the place itself, which is very well located, but also a beautiful terrace with a very pleasant breeze. The service is first-class; each of the waiters is extremely attentive (Isaac, Nerea, Jano, Xuan, Lucas, Aitor, Fermín). They made us have a fantastic time, so we returned to this place three times during our stay in Cangas de Onís. The food is delicious, abundant, and the cider is delicious. Overall the best food experience that we had in Cangas the Onis. Fast and friendly service. The pouring of the cider was outstanding. Tasty meals and great and ambient. Their “terraza” is one of the best in the town. Definitely recommended!

We walked into this restaurant after seeing a crowd eating there. Very friendly staff, able to communicate in English and translate menu options for you. We tried the €20 set as well as a starter of Padron peppers and chorizo in cider. All the dishes were tasty, the fabeda was very filling and can be picked as a main or starter. The apple tart for dessert was very nice, with a well browned and crispy crust. Be sure to order a bottle of local cider and watch as your waiters pour it for you.
