Wing-Stop

Hands down one of the best Wingstop experiences I’ve had. The food was extremely fresh—you could tell everything was made to order. The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and nothing tasted old or rushed. Quality was on point from start to finish. The vibe and atmosphere really set this location apart. Clean, welcoming, and energetic without feeling chaotic. You can tell the staff takes pride in the environment and the way they run things—it just feels good being in there. Major, major credit to Donnie. His customer service was top-tier—friendly, professional, and genuinely made sure everything was right. He brought great energy, stayed attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Employees like him are the reason people come back. If you want fresh food, a great atmosphere, and service that actually stands out, this Wingstop is it. I’ll definitely be back. 💯🍗

TK and Donny took care of us and provided us great service! They greeted us when we walked in and let us know when our order would be ready. The food was so fresh and delicious. This is probably one of the better wing stop places I’ve been to. Also the music was a vibe! TK and Donny thank you for taking care of us!

Sascua, Joseph, Brithney, Britney and another Joseph and also Lewis are such lovely and good hearted people. They work super hard and they make everything with so much love. One of the best teams I've ever seen in a wingstop. We need more people like this in the food industry and in this world! I absolutely love this location. My food is always quick and fresh. Everyone here is so friendly and nice. The inside is always clean. It doesn’t have a weird smell. I see everyone in the back using gloves and proper precautions.

Friendly staff and impressively fast service even though it was packed. The Chipotle rub was decent, and the Hot Lemon Pepper hit the spot, but my favorite is still the Louisiana rub-hard to beat. The fries at this location weren’t great, but I’ll definitely return for the wings and the service.

The food is always great. But I didn’t get a the top of my bun. I like this place so I called but the person on the food did not understand what I was saying. All good tho bc I put a hotdog bun on it. But it would have been nice if they got it right.

Saw the reviews and hesitated, but had to try it myself. Instant regret. I’m not usually one to complain so I ate my meal but these wings were dry and had the smallest amount of meat I’ve ever seen on them. Each bite was a different batch of seasoning or sauce; almost like they were made during an emergency. Only reason 2 stars is because the establishment was clean and staff were nice. But the food is an absolute no go for me. There are plenty of other places in Coral Springs to have wings and this is hands down bottom of the list. Sorry guys!

Today in the afternoon, my son and I visited the location on Wiles and Riverside to eat wings. From the moment we walked in and greeted the employee, she had a very bad, passive-aggressive attitude for no reason at all. When we asked for a few seconds to decide on the wing flavor, she responded rudely. After placing our order and sitting down, we noticed she was very friendly and smiling only with someone who appeared to be her friend, while completely ignoring other customers. Both of them were loudly talking and playing around in their language instead of paying attention to customers. The employee was also eating fries and drinking soda while on duty, which was very unprofessional. This location has very poor customer service. It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us, instead of providing basic service to paying customers. Unfortunately, customer service does not seem to be a priority here. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. hope management addresses this issue, as it affects the reputation of this location.”

Waited longer for my online order to be ready and received the most burnt, dark brown, greasy soggy fries I've ever gotten and the chicken tenders were soaked/dripping in excess orange grease. I had to use 6 napkins to squeeze out as much of it as possible. Beyond gross. I wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money.

Never ordered here because of the reviews I ended up placing an order at this location by accident and let’s just say the reviews didn’t lie. I walked in I was immediately greeted with a welcome but nothing else followed after that. There was at least four workers huddle in one area which one of them was texting. So I’m standing there I’m looking at them and they looking at me but not one time was I asked am I placing or picking up. Finally the girl that was making the food came up and asked me which she shouldn’t had have to because there was at least 3 other workers doing nothing.wings barley had any sauce on it yall just go to the one on lyons.

Ate here for the first time today food was awful. I almost broke my teeth eating the boneless chicken wings that I ordered Parmesan. It was horrible. Will not be buying again . Service sucks as well NOT ATTENTIVE !!

Ordered take out for the first time from here as heard it was great, well we ordered boneless wings and they were horrible!! I never would recommend this place. At least for the boneless wings, but I don't think that I would even try the regular ones because of the experience I received. Very rude at pickup and had to wait even tho it wasn't busy 😒 🙄 and my fries weren't cooked the way I asked, so maybe they can't read English, or read at all. Who knows just seems like they could careless. Don't waste your money and go else where.

Delivered only half the order and when trying to contact them to correct the error, the hung up and then the phone was disconnected for at least 90 min before I decided I’ll just file a claim on my credit card for the refund. Horrible! Edited to add: the reply from management was for show. I called and was told I’d be refunded the cost of the food that was not delivered and no refund was ever given.

I ordered 30 wings different flavors, they all were dried out with no taste at all. Wings were dry and the different flavors I ordered didnt have enough sauce. Seems like a bunch of kids work there with no supervision. The quality was not good at all. I would never go back to thelocation on Wiles road.

15 wings for $30 and a basket of fries is insane. They’re the smallest wing one bite of meat and done. Better wings at a Chinese take out don’t waste your time. Fries soggy never made right either and their blue cheese was basically water and garlic sauce
