Entering this place on a chaotic day like the autumn fair was a pleasant experience. The cheerful and friendly staff welcomed us and quickly found a place to sit, even though there were ten of us. It was nice to see a place where the staff interacted with each other and worked quickly but with a cheerful tone. The place is beautiful, well-decorated, but the coffee blend could be improved.

Splendid venue, fantastic outdoor area, Fabri and Mary have given Caraglio a corner of peace and tranquility, a different place to spend an evening with friends tasting an excellent aperitif, enriched by always different appetizers. My friends and I went at 11:30 p.m. to get a drink. We asked if they were still serving us and they said yes. We sat down, and the waitress told us she couldn't make us any more cocktails because they were already closing. In the end, she said she could make us a mijito, but it was the worst I've ever had; they did it just for the sake of it. The lady could have been a little more courteous, since she wasn't giving us anything for free.

The place itself is beautiful and modern, but I wasn't convinced by the service. They brought us different croissants than we requested, and without a drop of water with our coffees, which is what everyone does these days. Not much, you might say, but if I have a choice, I'd go somewhere with more customer service.
