We used to come here daily. Now they are constantly closed for break or for some other reason. Set some standard hours and keep those hours. Also, the standard break should be from 12 noon to 12:30 pm, not 12:30 pm to unspecified time. This way, attendees of the noon mass can go to the coffee shop immediately afterward.
