My partner and I ordered a grilled steak plate and burger and they were both sooo delicious! Paige was the sweetest at taking care of our order and made sure we had a really great experience!! The serving and clean up staff were all also very friendly and good at their jobs. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy a meal here again soon 💚💚💚

This was my first time here but my wife’s comes here often. Very good menu selection. I had the tuna, salad and stuffing. I liked the tuna and salad. I had stuffing just to try something different but I will not order again. I’ll definitely return again.

As a vegetarian resident from the Dallas & Houston area, this place what just mind blowing it’s all the vegetarian options beside an impossible and bean burger. The got the 4 up plate with Roasted sweet potato w/pepper and onions, roasted mushroom garlic Parmesan butter, beet salad w/ goat cheese and roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze. I never had beets before and I just loved them with the cheese. The food was very nice and there were good portions.

We ate lunch here two times in the past month. Have never visited any other locations. staff were SUPER friendly, food was hot and fresh with large portions.

Steak salad was fresh (as always), Staff very polite and responsive. I have a few recommendations: asked/paid for avocado and 1/2 of it had dark brown spots (didn't eat). The bread is ok, seemed a bit stale/small portion size. I've eaten at several Urban Plates locations, they are consistently good. Customer service is always an A+. I'll go back for sure. Oh, the french dip sandwich had a great flavor and the au jus dipping sauce was smoky and delicious!

The food is still really good here, but behind the counter staff didn’t seem to enjoy her job. It’s also difficult to pick things off their menu board when there are limited photos and no description of what the entrées actually are. Example: I had to ask whether a Mediterranean Bowl was on rice or greens and had no idea what options, if any, I might have in the ingredients. I guess I miss the days when you could watch your food being made vs now it’s too much like a quick-service restaurant where you order off a menu board. Oh well.

I have mixed feelings about staffs at the counter. One lady was rude, I haven’t finished ordering and she yelled Next!! She showed an attitude like she didn’t want to serve me. But when I went back ordering for cakes and got served by a different lady, she was so friendly and super nice. The staff who brought the food and the cleaning lady were also super nice. So 1 bad apple, but since it’s the first impression, it matters. Hope the owner monitors their front staffs.

Many options for different diet restrictions. The steak was flavorful and tender. We also ordered the salmon and clam chowder. Also good. It was late Sunday night and it wasn't too busy but the togo person wasn't very friendly. I would visit this place again.

I was impressed with the great job this cafe has done photographing their food so one has a clear idea of what they are ordering. Clean, comfortable place with lots of good food choices. I had the Thai turkey salad. It had several tasty items on it. I personally would prefer shaved turkey instead of chunks. My husband had a turkey,avocado, and bacon sandwich served w crisp chips. He said it was good! For drinks he enjoyed their natural soda and I liked my fresh tasting unsweetened iced tea. We would eat here again!

First time at any Urban Plates and we really enjoyed the late lunch, prices were about the same as most places nowadays. Everything was good, the only complaints I have is the Brussel Sprouts were very Al dente, a little too hard, and portion was ridiculously expensive for such a small portion. I think there were like 6 halves that made 3 Brussel sprouts. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the place appeared very clean, I did not checkout the restroom.

Urban plates used to be great but the last few times I’ve been disappointed. We decided to order Thanksgiving dinner from there and the Brussel sprouts were literally raw. Little bit of the stem attached and full of raw onions as well. So disappointing
