Taco Bell Carmel Reviews
Chris is a chill dude- good vibes from this Taco Bell
Typical Taco Bell but the service (drive thru exclusive from my experience) is AMAZING you can order and have your food in about 1-3 minutes depending on how busy it is
The employees at this store are fantastic. Really, I've visited 3 times since I moved to the area and all 3 visits I was impressed. Kudos to management and whomever does your hiring/staffing. Today, special recognition goes to Terreal, who delivered my order with another level of politeness, professionalism and communication skills. Normally, when I order at the kiosk at other locations, I have to track down a team member for the soda cup that comes with my combo. Not this time. Terreal came from the prep line to bring me my cup as I waited and browsed my phone. "Sir, here is your beverage cup." A few moments later, he handed me a tray and offered a "Enjoy your meal, sir." I watched him work. When the team was caught up on incoming orders, I saw him cleaning the steel, organizing, etc. The guy is pure hustle. Amazing work ethic. He's the type of employee I go out of my way to acknowledge before leaving.
I was in Indianapolis, so I used DoorDash to my hotel. I wanted the meximelt from their Decades menu. I quit eating TacoBell in St. Louis because they quit putting meat in their tacos here. This Indianapolis location brought back memories of how Taco Bell used to be growing up in St. Louis. I travel to Indy a lot and will definitely be using this location for my Taco Bell fix, since the St. Louis franchisees diminished their product and made it it unaffordable for the little you get.
This is the best Taco Bell we have been to in Indiana so far. They had all the food/ingredients we asked for, the staff actually followed the food order, and the food tasted fresh and delicious. We have been to 3 or 4 other Taco Bell's in Indiana and they do not hold a candle to this location. Friendly staff as well. We will be back!
Best employees EVER.. AMAZING FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE
Their service is awesome, foods always great and they’re always smiling ! Love this location !
We go to Taco Bell pretty regularly. I have fallen in love with their Cantina Chicken menu. My favorite menu item-the Cantina crispy chicken taco. And usually get the pinto's & cheese on the side. They have so many good things on the menu, something for every palate. Like Cheesy Gordita Crunch or Grilled Steak Burrito. And if you have a sweet tooth they have Cinnamon Twists and Cinnabon Delights. Mmm! Many of the restaurants no longer serve breakfast but I did recently find one that still does. Over near Michigan Road on 86th St.
The best Tacobell I've been to (drive thru) I got the grilled black bean, man, it was a slap in the face ! Best I've had at tacobell ever ! The cheese was smelling super good (I have never smelled that cheese it is always just the taste)and all ingredients felt fresh. Will be back if not a fluke I'm sold on this location, (won't mind driving 20min for it)
We ordered food for 3 people (including changing some of the amounts and ingredients) and they correctly did our order and the food was delicious! This location is very good at getting the correct order and giving us a good amount. We ate at the Greyhound Pass location before and they gave us basically empty taco shells, so in comparison, the Carmel Dr location is superior! I also love the atmosphere of the paintings on the wall, they are very fun. This is my favorite Taco Bell location in Carmel, so I recommend eating at this one over all the other ones.
I love Taco Bell And last time I went to this location they really hooked me up with lots of good food (and diablo sauce packets)
ran through here after a really tough day at work. the guy taking my order was super thorough and genuine. my order was made perfectly, down to the little edits. It’s a little thing, to have your fast food go so well, but actually after the day I’ve had, it wasn’t so little. It’s 2am and I haven’t even left my car because I wanted to write a review. Thank you night shift at this tbell, y’all got me right.
There aren't a lot of options for dinner near 11 PM after a show at the Palladium. We've had issues at this hour at other Taco Bells so we were pleasantly surprised that our large online order was handled well and relatively quickly considering the large line. The drive thru cashier was very nice and working hard. We needed to order a drink separately as forgot to place it in our app order and she was very nice about it.
I have no idea why so many people complain about this location. These workers are always so kind and accommodate my orders. Oh, and they NEVER get my order wrong! Not once. Please give these people a raise. They’re so kind!!!
The employees had a positive attitude. I missed Nik, the longtime loyal employee and his excellent skills with food preparation and customer care, however, the gals working in his place since he transferred locations are soldiering on mighty fine without him. The cheesy bean and rice burrito is always an excellent option for /special diets.
Never in my life have I seen my 3 cheese chicken flatbread drip onto the wrapping paper. The food was incredibly made and the service made it taste just that much better ! And don’t get me started on the incredible playlist which made me both calm and ready to eat ! This place does NOT deserve its current very mid score
my boyfriend and i ordered ahead online and while we did wait a few minutes for our order, all EIGHT items we got between the two of us were perfectly crafted- thank you to the kind man at the window and thank you Taco Bell, our favorite midnight munchies spot :)
The floors were not sticky, the food was good, the employees were not yelling at each other, the wait was minimal, and the Mountain Dew did not taste like soap. Overall, not a bad experience. What you would expect when eating at a Taco Bell. There was some messy tables but nothing that would repulse me from coming back again.
Great food and prepared exactly as ordered. Service could be better as they no longer allow ordering at the registers and prefer you to only use the kiosks. The menu board want even a menu but instead a sign telling you to use the kiosk. Even if there is a line forming at the 2 kiosks they do not volunteer to use a register.
Employee was not wearing a mask and definitely was not contactless, but was wearing gloves. I had a large order that they had to bring out to me in the parking lot, and the employee loudly commented to a coworker about the amount of food I was ordering. Just a weird experience overall. But the accuracy and politeness was otherwise spot on. I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell otherwise, and I was going to comment about the specific order on the website, but the link is broken.
If you’re wondering (because every town has one), this is the Sad Bell. I’ve never gone to this location and had an employee who didn’t sound like they wanted to live. I garner to bet they don’t make goals and blame it on the location, but I promise you, it’s the culture.
Order was correct, fries were cold along with the Cinnabon ball things && the cheese sauce but everything else was hot and fresh! Staff was extremely nice and attentive. They also double checked my order before sending it through because I ordered online using the app. 4 stars in my eyes only because of the few items that weren’t freshly made…
Tacos were a little wimpy. Service was fast, although I could stand for the person taking my order at the drive thru to be a bit quieter. No yelling is required. Again, it was the drive thru, not much atmosphere, but that's not the employees' fault.
All in all fast food, restaurants are just getting terrible. The reason why this one has two stars in Carmel is for a few reasons I don’t ever give out receipts so if I have a problem with my order, I never had an order theoretically. I honestly just take my business to the Westfield one even though I live right beside this one.
Edit: What kind of taco is this???? By far the most errors I've ever had with an order as well and it wasn't even busy. Very disappointed considering my original review. Original: Best beefy 5 layer I've ever had. Always happy with the service here. Even though the lines are typically long, I feel like they do a good job of getting everybody their order quickly.
One of the worst, if not the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I love taco bell, I order vegetarian options and meat filled options depending on the time of year. And this taco bell always feels like someone literally threw something in a paper, never wrapped. The bread smells bad! It's like someone just used Windex or sanitizer and put it on the bread with their bare hands. Avoid this taco bell. It used to be so good. Hopefully it gets fixed back to it's former glory. Edit: while I think most other taco bells within driving distance way better. This has improved a little since last I was here.
I tried to give this place a chance but I haven't had a good experience out of this location yet. My first time there they had no rice no beans an cheese. My second experience I ordered 4 hard tacos and all 4 were broken. Tonight I order 2 cinnamon twist. I don't know how you can mess that up but they tasted burnt. Of course I returned and asked if i could get it fresh. I was told that they dont make it. I could only get a refund. Then I was asked to give the bag back. My guess is they assumed that I needed to make a complaint to get free food
I'll give it a two because they got my order right. It's definitely the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to, even with one car/person/order in front of you, you'll be waiting a ridiculously long time! It's been like this every trip, and I frequent it a lot because I love their food. Avoid the drive thru if possible!
I will not be coming for the food. Our drink were great. My experience every time I go here is sloppy and careless and every person I've talked to that has gone here has complained. You would think since it's Carmel it would be nice and that take would take pride in what they do but they try to hurry too much and not pay attention to how they put meals together. Basically Taco Bell should be shut down.
We go here every now and then and was hopeful to hear a familiar voice over the drive thru speaker. The guy is unbelievable quick at getting your order in accurately. At the window today, however, I was missing way too much in the Baja that were ordered. Hard to tell whether he was just distracted chatting with coworkers and printing receipts at one of the front registers between orders, or if he just straight up ignored the guy that he just handed food to, holding a drink up, and hollering for help through the open window. Not the best vibes.
Don't Door Dash from this Taco Bell. I swear I've never gotten a correct order. I also always ask for sauce and I've gotten sauce ONE time. It's on the receipt. Reeeead the order and put everything in the bag. I've worked fast food. It's not that hard. I also have never gotten a straw for my drink. I've got metal ones at home, but come on, man. Work with me here. I gave them two stars because the food is at least fine. Just missing stuff most of the time. Go to the drive-through yourself and you can at least make sure everything is there before leaving.
The hand dryer in the mens bathroom was broken when I arrived, I asked an employee if they would put some paper towels in there. He grunted. After my dinner I went back to wash up and they did not fix the problem. The teen bop music was also way too loud and the dinning room tables were not wiped down. The food was the same as every other TB.
I don’t expect much but it’s amazing to me that I could go through an entire exchange at a drive thru window without one singular word spoken except for my thank yous that went ignored. Do better taco bell
Disastrous line efficiency. Three people on the inside line, one standing watching. The other working. And the third stirring beans for five minutes. While there are seven deep waiting. This is a great place if you want to grab lunch at 2, when no one is close. Otherwise, stay away.
dude i am not one to complain i swear! i don’t expect much from tacobell- i mean. come in. it’s taco bell. but after i ordered the new thing on the menu today (it’s called the shredded beef grilled cheese taco or something) i just- i can’t lol. this was straight up disrespectful to the point it was funny.
WAITED 45 FLIPPING MINUTES FOR A MY CHICKEN CANTINA MEAL AND GUESS WHAT THEY FORGOT MY FREAKING QUESADILLA IN MY MEAL. THEY GAVE ME ALL MY SAUCES BUT NOT MY FREAKING FOOD. As I was writing this review they upgraded my meal and gave me another free taco, you get 2 stars because you made up for your mistakes but still no way in heck should I have to wait 45 mins for a flipping quesadillas. They’re Always making the hungry people wait FOR EVERRRRRRRRRRRR.
Did kiiskborder and said complete. 2 other customers Done before them and waited 20 mins. Ask about it says not in system. Pay a!human to be cashier and take order. Taking people's job with kiosk
I received a freezing cold order and literally every single item was incorrect. Not a single thing I ordered was correct, not even the drink. I know Taco Bell has a reputation of having terrible service, but this takes the cake for failure.
I don't usually complain but this is the third time in a row my order has been wrong. They entirely forgot my crunchwrap supreme, after I asked to make sure that the bag they handed me was everything. I didn't even get a reciept so I don't have proof that I ordered it. Edit: we tried to eat the tacos that we did actually get and couldn't get through half of one. They were cold and soggy.
Employee was very rude. I was never greeted at the window, she took my card never telling me the price of my food. I was handed my card and food then shut the window without any receipt. I had to ask for my receipt which I could tell by her actions she was annoyed. I will never return to this location. The corporate office must not care because there are so many horrible reviews and the behavior of bad customer service and terrible food is consistent. They need to close this location!!
Coming from out of town where our taco bell is really good and then coming to this one... NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE.... im never ever one to leave reviews but this is crazy. All of our tacos are cold and soggy, i paid for a quesadilla & didnt get it... we got 2 cravings box orders and it didnt even come in a box, we wanted to replace the cinnamon twists for queso and chips and only got 2 cups or queso.... absolutely terrible
Just the worst!! I’d give this location zero stars, if it was an option. The staff will ignore you and pay attention only to the drive-thru like you are invisible when you are inside standing at the counter. They’re more concerned about how fast they can address drive-thru orders than customer service or food quality. The kitchen area is disgusting and the food prep workers don’t wash their hands, they just change gloves and leave dirty gloves and trash on the floor. Then, when you finally get their attention, they are condescending and rude, especially the ones who work the evening/night shift. This has happened several times and I will NEVER go to this location again. 3 strikes and they’re out!
Received my food and was checking the bag to make sure the order was correct and the girl in the window asked if everything was ok. I said o was just checking to make sure and her response was "well there are several cars behind you". We drove away as I continued to check the bag just to realize 3 items were missing(exactly why I check). We drove back around and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. The manager was also rude. I asked for the receipt we never received which they are required to provide. She said there was nothing she could do about that. I asked for the survey number and corporate number and she said there isn't one. She said to go to tellthebell.com, but you need info from your receipt to do that. Very unprofessional on the part of the employee and even more so on the manager.
Took over 45 minutes for our food when only one other person was in front of us inside. Nobody would acknowledge us either
Last night, June 1st. I went here around 9:30 with some friends and there were probably three people working. It was not busy at all. I was waiting at the front for a five minutes while the employees were messing around. One of the employees asked me to do the electronic order but without a card I could not. There were two other people waiting for their food and it seemed they've been waiting for awhile. I finally ordered and it was about another five minutes or more and I asked how much longer it would be and I didn't get a response. They people in front of me still didn't have their order. I waited with my friends for another couple minutes and asked again they said they were working on it but it would be 7 minutes or more. At that point I've spend $10 and have been waiting for 20 minutes. I came in to get something quick because I was in a rush. I ended up leaving and told the person a head of me that they could have my order. The employees were just messing around and not being nice. I love Taco Bell but I'm very upset about the service here.
The food was not up to my standards. The service was terrible, I waited for my food for 40 minutes after ordering there at the kiosk and they forgot about it so there was even more of a delay of 10 minutes. So I had to wait for my food for 50 minutes even thought everyone else was getting theirs under 30. The atmosphere was also not great. Do not recommending going there at all!!!!
Waited an hour and a half for a door dash delivery that I paid for, and the order was never made or given to the driver. The store said they “weren’t doing door dash” and when I tried to call for a refund, I was hung up on. They’ve stolen nearly $30 from me.
Did an online order, had to rush since I only had 30min break from work and needed to rush back. Ordered only two things, one being just a bowl of rice and the Cheesy chicken crispanada. They gave me a crunchwrap and a spicy potato soft taco. They gave me a spoon for my rice but never gave me what i paid for. They clearly were rushing and it wasn't even busy. I now do not trust any taco bell in carmel. They are all slow , gets your order wrong. Just over it at this point as it's clearly an issue all the time for all carmel taco bell locations.
Do not waste your time going to this “establishment” if you can even call it that. To start they never have consistent hours of operation. They will be open one night at midnight and closed the next at 9:30. Secondly they will always mess up your order. Time and time again I’ve gone through this drive through asking for no lettuce on my tacos they very rarely can get it right. Now I know you could say I should be checking the bag to make sure my order is correct but in reality should I really have to do that every single time I order food? I don’t think so, I truly believe they should be able to make the food right the first time. I am no Karen either, I have worked in the food industry before I know mistakes happen but when the mistakes are so consistent I am not very happy about it. Now one might say “hey if they messed up your order why not call and get a refund” well I try to do that every single time. I will call the number countless amounts and will never get an answer. So not only is this location inconsistent, horrible with orders, they also cannot answer the phone to make it right when they mess up and take someone’s money. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. This location has been in shambles for years and looks like they will not be improving anytime soon. I would HIGHLY recommend making a trip to any other Taco Bell. The extra distance in the trip would most definitely be worth it for the massive increase in quality and customer service. I honestly do not know how this Taco Bell is still open. I can’t wait for the day they shut that sorry excuse for a Taco Bell down and put another functioning restaurant in it’s place.
10/10 DON'T RECOMMEND. This Taco Bell is trash. The night manager is beyond rude. This Taco Bell is on my way home and without fail every time I come here the manager is rude, he tells me it's going to be at least 1/2 hour wait to get my food but there 1 maybe 2 cars there and then I'm missing half the order. He's refused to take my order because I want something too complicated? I didn't realize switching sauces was complicated. It's literally mind blowing that he can get away with acting like that. I've tried, on more than one occasion, to contact the morning management team or the afternoon management team and no one seems to care that their night manager doesn't do his job. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I get it jobs get new people, people have bad nights and things happen but it shouldn't happen every time.. I'll be driving the 10 min out of my way from now on to go to the one on 96th.
Didn’t even mark I was here (online order) got to the window and was asked to pay. Said I was an online order and did. Finally pushed my order to the screen then waited 7 minutes for them to hand me half the order and I had to tell the drive thru chick to look at the screen because she removed the bag with the box then I had to ask for the drink on my order too. Like it’s not that hard to read I screen. I worked Taco Bell for years, either pay attention or find another job.
This is consistently the worst taco bell I have ever been to. My wife and I keep trying it and it's always a joke. We've ordered 4 times since moving to the area a month ago and have yet to have a correct order. Last time the employee was on her cell phone while helping me and today, they gave my wife beef instead of beans and literally didn't even cook two of my items.
This poor owner definitely need to get some better management. Typically, with a place like this reviews don’t matter because people know the typical places such as Taco Bell and McDonald’s and don’t look up reviews before stopping. This place is definitely losing business! There were so many people inside waiting on food that they were telling everyone else that came in to leave and go elsewhere. They lost at least 10 customers within the 20 minutes I was there. I know it’s hard to find employees right now but you need to pay more and it’ll pay off.
Taco Bell is always a bit of a comprise. Ok food, for a low price, and a high error rate whenever ordering for more than 2 people. I'm willing to accept all that when I make the choice to purchase food from them. All that said, I just had the single worst fast food experience of my life at this location. It included multiple items not being included in the order, Being ignored at the counter for 5 minutes, having to repurchase the missing items (how long am I going to make kids wait for a hard taco), being told they didn't forget anything on the order, and then getting 2 middle fingers shown to me by the person I perceived was in charge (although to be honest it didn't appear anyone was providing leadership to the team at work). All in all a horrible experience. If you're looking for a quick bite in this area, try one of the other fast food franchises within a few hundred yards, as it's far more likely you'll have a satisfactory experience.
I’m not one to leave a review, I’ve only ever ordered through door dash or Uber eats, and it has only been twice. The first time my order was completely wrong. Where I asked and paid for extra of something, I got absolutely none of. My second experience they claimed to not have received my order and then refused to make it (it was only 3 tacos and a drink). I will never order from this location again. As someone who works in the service industry, I like to think I’m very patient and understanding. However, this has been one of the worst experiences.
If I could give a 0 I would. No one knew how to work the register. We had to order from the wall thing. Then our food didn't show up on their screen and made us pay for it again. I called and left a email for corporate. Tables were nasty not washed. The floors are nasty. Bathroom too.
I generally really enjoy Taco Bell but I think this is the worst location I've visited. This is one of the only establishments open late night when I get off of work and I often go here at the end of my work week. The past 2-3 months there has been a massive decline in quality. Even 1-2 hours before they close they don't seem to have most of the major ingredients and they won't tell you that before you order so you're left with whatever they have decided to throw together.
service was insanely bad! nobody at the counter. we ordered thru the ziosk thing and went to the counter to pay cash and ended up standing there until a guy from the drive-thru came in, WHISTLED at the employees to get their attention so he could get a missing item from his order. he got his missing item and we were ignored! i had to grab the attention of a different employee while he was handing out an order to say “hey, we need to pay so you can make our food”. and to end it all, our order was messed up. terrible service.
A previously good Taco Bell that is suffering from poor management. Over the past few months the wait times have become excessive. The employees change every time I visit. I've witnessed employees in the parking lot screaming on their cell phones and crying. I've come during the lunch hour only to be told they were closed due to lack of staff. Most recently, I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes, listened as the customer in front of me ordered, to be told that their drive through computer (and only their drive through computer) was down. The order taker told me I could come in and wait in an insane line. She wouldn't simply walk over and take my order on one of the functioning computers. The design of their drive through meant I was stuck to sit and wait while they slowly filled the orders of those in front of me. I've complained repeatedly... Both to the staff/management at the restaurant and at their customer service number. Nothing changes. No one ever calls back.
I’m so damn sick of this Taco Bell! Today’s the last time ordering anything from there! I usually don’t want to deal with it so when an order is messed up, I just let it go. But this is the 5th time in a row I have received an incorrect order! Just give me what I pay for, I don’t understand what’s so hard?! I’m sure if someone were to go in there and start stealing items and taking money out of the cash register they would have a problem with it, so how about giving me what I paid for since I am giving you my money?! This is ridiculous! This location has taken way too much of my money!
Needless to say, we’re still hungry. I’ve been to many Taco Bells and never in my life has one of them skimped out on food as much as this one. I don’t know what was worse, the thinnest crunch wrap (nothing supreme here) on earth, a collective five pieces of chicken on the quesadilla, or the world’s smallest burrito (seriously, it should be in a museum). I’m so disappointed and want my $12 back...
No workers could speak English. No manager on staff waited over an hour and 10 minutes to receive an order with over 10 people inside waiting for their food. Refuse to acknowledge whether having a manager or not until we left.
Took forever to get my card to work tried to type it in 7 times before they called the manger over blamed it all on the computers hardly any meat on food and to top it off they didnt give me what i order and they complained about haveing to remake what i order but told me thats not what i orderd
Horrible Horrible Horrible, ordering, getting food, parking, exiting. Everything about this place SUCKS. I was stuck in the parking lot for 10 minutes while cars just piled up in the drive through, making me unable to get out. I watched the lady make my order and she put sour cream in my quesadilla when it was supposed to be on the side. I told her to stop and she just gave me a thumbs up and smiled... Then she puts it on the press for I swear 5 seconds... it was still cold and cheese still in shredded form like it had just came out of the bag. $15... this place needs new management and a new parking lot. No one here speaks English which makes it extremely hard to get what you want.
As I go through the drive thru wait at window for my order I witnessed a male employee playing tossing a empty cup around like it was a ball and then afterwards he puts it back then it doesn’t end there a worker was sitting on the counter GROSS they almost never give customers their receipts let alone all the food they order and pay for not a clean or good place to go for food
I NEVER complain especially when it comes to fast food because it’s fast food and I understand how it is to work. But I put my order in at 5:30 and waited until 7. There were 15 people in front of me that got their food immediately. All of them were so slow with no sense of urgency. One lady went to the bathroom multiple times and scowled at the people waiting like it was our fault for buying food. They started playing music and dancing. Other locations are very fast with online orders or orders in general so I don’t see what’s the difference. They have the same amount of workers too. In the end I never got my food after 2 hours.
The staff was so disrespectful. So rude! They only use kiosks and when you use cash you are treated horribly. The worker couldn't make change and was so upset that we were using cash and made it quite clear that we were an inconvenience. What a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!
If you want to sit inside, do NOT go here. Music is blaring. We sat outside in the heat because it was unenjoyable loud. Took over 20 minutes to get our food. We order from the kiosk for 2 adults. A group of 3 girls came in after us, they got their food first. We placed a 2nd order. We received our 2nd before getting our initial order. Had to ask for our initial order, 20 minutes later. No apology for not preparing our food. No tea available. We moved inside to eat and asked if they could turn radio down, employee said, "It is suppose to be loud. They won't even let us turn it down in the store." We were the only dining room guest. We won't be back. Taco Bell - It isn't helping you to retain employees with music that distracting that you can't talk to co-workers.
Look. I never complain. Ever. I did food service for YEARS. But do yourselves a favor and do drive thru. I went to pick up my order inside? Stupid mistake. I had a pickup set for 6:00. 6:15? Nothing. 6:20? Nothing. Dude who ordered in front of me got his food before me. Not to mention an employees family. They were for sure taken care of before me even though they showed up AFTER me. And half of my rice was undercooked in my power bowl and no one seemed to care I was waiting.
Would not eat here, ordered a cheese Gordita crunch, and a flaming’ hot burrito. The drive through gave me a hard taco with only lettuce…. Order #413
Showed up this morning for breakfast. My son wanted their breakfast crunchwrap before work. As we sit here he opens up this super mini crunch wrap like what the heck. 2 dough balls with no cinnamon just seriously dough. The 2 girls working were rude and hateful and didn't care. Their words "I get paid a certain amount and that's how much I care"! They refused a refund and they refused to give me any management information. So if a manager sees this today is October 15th and I was there at 738am
I didn’t know that the side of cheese comes out of the employees checks😦🫣
I'm here for a door dash waiting quite being respectful a employee asked me what I want and I say doordash for (name) she rolls her eyes lifts her hand up and waves me off extremely rudely
I usually don’t take the time to write a negative review. But this Taco Bell has some of the worst customer service and the employees especially later in the evening and nights are terrible.
Don’t buy spicy potato taco, you will loose money as they only put in hard potatoes or not give you anything besides lettuce and cheese. This is just disgraceful and the staff should jump off a bridge.
I am reporting an incident at the Carmel, Indiana Taco Bell. Last night a drive-thru worker told me her name was Maria. This morning I learned no one named Maria works there and that the person I interacted with was actually Gray, the General Manager. I visited the store around 6:30 PM to resolve an issue with a Friday online order after being told to come in. When I asked for the manager, Gray approached. As I explained the situation, she dismissed me with a hand gesture and walked away. She left me waiting over 15 minutes while handling drive-thru orders, then ignored me while on her phone and talking with staff. When I asked another employee for help, I heard Gray tell them in Spanish that I “wanted free food,” that I had no receipt, and that “Black people want free food.” She did not know I understood her. When I confronted her, she gave a false name. I request a full investigation. The cameras will confirm my account.
if you go here check your food before you leave! our order is wrong every single time we come here. every. single. time. “is everything on your screen correct” yes but can you guys do your job? it’s not even busy but they rush you through the line so fast they forget items or mismake them
I stopped by on my lunch break so I didn’t notice until I got back to work but my Caramel Apple Empanada had absolutely NO filling. It busted open during cooking and they still handed it out to me. When I tried to call up there, nobody answered the phone and it says to call back later. You can’t even leave a voicemail.
Charged my card and then their system messed up and they refused a refund or my food. Told me it's my fault even though it was their system and I had proof it took money from my bank. Now I have to wait 10 days and dispute the charge. Left without food and frustrated. They seemed to think it was funny. They also wanted me to double pay and pay 4 dollars more than the original amount...
I went here about a year ago and they messed my order up. I chalked it up to it being a late night order and just didn’t go back. Tonight at 9:45, I ordered a simple #1. It’s not the cheapest thing on their menu, but they gave me the cheapest burrito and taco they sell. This is just one example why I have tried to stay away from fast food. They were fast, but maybe they should slow down since they can’t make sure the right orders go out. Two people at the window and they weren’t even that busy. Pathetic. And the taco shell is stale.
This place is usually fine - you know it’s one of the only places up after 11pm. It does the job - but this time around was pretty bad. Some new lady was running it up in the kitchen usually it’s some other dude who’s whipping it up, fire every time. But this new lady was throwing stuff around, yelling at people.. and I had checked my food when I got home. No meat in my got damn taco!! How is that even a possible outcome for a taco. Like how do you forget the meat in a taco like for real. They replaced my meat with sour cream and called it a day. Do better get my boy back in the kitchen that lady is trippin
Got take out. The person at the speaker spoke broken English and was difficult to work with. I asked for no tomatoes and everything had tomatoes. I was really disappointed with the chicken nuggets... they were overcooked and all breading ended up eating 2 of the 10 nuggets a d throwing them away. My hardshell taco was wet for some reason and fell apart right away! Also got no hot sauce I asked for. Very disappointed.
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Absolutely abysmal experience at Taco Bell. I don't know whether to be amazed or appalled at the sheer incompetence on display during my recent visit. I had the unfortunate idea to order a Mexican Pizza with Sour Cream, a request that proved to be too monumental a task for the culinary "geniuses" behind the counter. Lo and behold, my Mexican Pizza arrived devoid of the promised sour cream, as if their ability to comprehend a simple request had vanished into thin air. But that's not all, folks! Oh no, they managed to take incompetence to a whole new level. I dared to ask for my hard taco shells to be unbroken – a Herculean feat, apparently. What did I receive? Two sad, shattered shells barely holding together the remnants of their fillings. I suspect their staff moonlights as a professional shell-breaking team, given their uncanny knack for turning intact taco shells into culinary rubble. To cap off this circus of errors, the pièce de résistance was the drive-thru window encounter. Just as I thought their skills had reached rock bottom, the person at the window managed to shatter my expectations yet again. They handed me a packet of sauce that seemed to have taken a swim in a puddle. Bravo! I must applaud their commitment to ensuring that not even a single component of my order met the standards of human decency. In summary, if you're a fan of disappointment and frustration, look no further than Taco Bell. They've mastered the art of turning even the simplest requests into a farcical display of culinary ineptitude. Save yourself the trouble and skip this establishment unless you're in dire need of a lesson in how not to run a fast food joint.
i WISH I could give this zero stars. i asked for a spicy double BLACK BEAN grilled cheese burrito, and they gave me a burrito with STEAK. i of course picked all the steak out and still ate it. they gave the right person the wrong order. Cause imagine if I was actually vegetarian…. I would be LIVID. Not that I am not livid. they can’t even get a simple order right.. literally just ate a cheese and rice burrito for $3.. So disappointing. Do better. When people ask for something vegetarian GIVE THEM THE VEGETARIAN. Not only that just give them the correct order in general.
Do NOT order the cinnamon twists at this location! This Taco Bell consistently disappoints. Nearly every time I visit this location, items are missing. It’s probably because the order is ready almost immediately. You can tell they scrape the cheese off of soft tacos instead of preparing it fresh (hint: they never get all of it— even for those of us with dairy allergies). Most importantly, I used to love the cinnamon twists but this location consistently serves them undercooked and without cinnamon. Today was the breaking point. I specifically asked them to make sure they were cooked and had the normal amount of cinnamon. Take a look at the photo of what that means to them. Just save yourself the hassle and disgust and drive to a different location. Clearly this Taco Bell is incapable of implementing a QA system. I do have one positive thing to say. Everyone who works there is very nice and quick.
I am so livid right now. So apparently when you say steak substitutes and they charge you. Looks like a single "substitute. Plus you get to scrap of your own "meat", this is what you get. This location is awful and the CS is mediocre. I have a 1/2 lunch I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!! lI will gi to McDonald's or KFC 🤬 Carmel Drive location COME ON BE BETTER
