In my opinion, this is the best BK in Sac. The customer service is top-notch, and the food is always fresh and ready. We are experiencing hard times and have had to come here daily for meals and the fact that they have no clue and they make it a priority to service everyone with respect and quality food. And you can even charge your phone or device while eating and they won't harrass you. Gratitude ✨🤍🙋🏽‍♀️🍔👑

Absolutely phenomenal. Service was out of this world. I asked if they had spicy nuggets and the cook went above and beyond to make spicy nuggets off menu for me. Levi was great, so sweet. I will definitely be returning soon. Whopper was 10/10 it tasted so amazing.

had an excellent experience at the drive-through thanks to the outstanding service from the cashier Mohammad They greeted me with a warm smile were incredibly polite, and made sure my order was correct and ready quickly. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my visit feel appreciated. It's always refreshing to see someone who clearly takes pride in their work. Keep up the great job .

Wife and I had lunch here during our work break today. It was our first Burger King in the area. The cashier lady welcomed us and help us with our mobile coupon. Our table was clean and outlets for us to charge phone and laptops. Yummy meal as usual.

I love Burger King, and this is one of the last ones still open in my part of Sacramento County. I'd love to give it 5-Stars because the food here is still freshly made and always tasty! Unfortunately, BK Corporate seems to think that their meals should up-priced and that is a problem for me. They lose a star for their greed. Also, they think it is ok to close the lobby in the middle of a weekday. I drive almost 10 miles today to get here only to find this notice. I will NOT be utilizing their drive thru. Why should I give them my hard earned money when they don't respect their paying customers enough to retain a full day crew?

My visit here was nice the staff was also very nice and helpful in getting my order just as ordered and in a few mins I was off and back on the road. While here I was surprised to see the info for the drive threw because it shows 2 different heights which could pose a issue for people that drive a larger vehicle and I highly think this should be over looked by Management or someone could potentially damage their vehicle.. (Entry is 9ft and Order drive around is 8ft 8inch)?? Overall glad to be able to stop and enjoy a nice lunch meal Much Appreciated!

I feel I should give these guys another shot It's a shame that in the past, none of burger king's in sac are remotely decent. But, what's another go? 7-4-2022 In in the driver through. The menus board is acting up. They were polite and I just pulled up to the window. I'm pleasantly surprised with the food. Good job team. I ordered some food for now and for later since I didn't make lunch for work. My outfit l only complaint is that things are pretty expensive. But, it's everywhere. Even the competition doesn't have dollar items. Overall, you need extra$$$ to get food here but, it's better quality over the yellow arches. Not greasy and the chicken patty is a big ol thing. Nice. The whopper wasn't really worth the 8 bucks is costs now. So I'll try for the double burger attend 4 bucks. That's better than other places.

I have visited this location on many many occasions because I live close by. Over the course of the last couple of months I’ve noticed that it depends on the staff that is currently working for that day that will determine what type of service you receive. Why is it that they want to charge you extra if you are trying to obtain 2 sauces for two individuals? They only want to give you one sauce for the both of you to split? That makes zero sense! This type of service urges me want to drive to other locations instead of this one, even though it is closest to my home. I will continue to take this into consideration if this type of service continues. RIDICULOUS. Is BK about to go bankrupt or something? Why are you so stingy with the sauces? Below are a couple of pictures. The first one is how they prepared the chicken sandwich. The second one is how we fix up the sandwich when we’re home… they also charge extra for tomatoes and onions…

Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible deals. BK. We don't have it our way here. Fix it or I'll go to McD's up the street as they have improved their food quality unlike you lol or your staff XD peace.

If you do any kind of special order at all make sure that you absolutely check everything before leaving the parking lot. I only come here because I’m within walking distance and my son loves this place but the last three or four times I’ve gotten anything it’s messed up and on purpose. I asked for light barbecue sauce on a rodeo burger and probably got 5 to 6 times the amount of barbecue sauce that should be on a burger with about nine onion rings and the entire wrapper was covered in barbecue sauce. An hour ago I ordered a double cheeseburger light cheese which means I should’ve gotten one slice of cheese I received probably no less than eight slices of cheese and my burger was obviously mush down microwaved and cheese spread around the burger. Whoever is back there when the morning managers aren’t there is having a good time messing with people’s food which is a big no-no, especially in this economy.

Why is it that every time I come here they never have food ready. The worst part is that they don’t tell you this before you pay. If you don’t have food ready are are going to make me wait in the front even when there are no other vehicles in the drive through that’s something you should let me know ahead of time. I should at least be able to decide if I feel like waiting or not. don’t take my payment like a scammer and then ask me to wait in the front
