I placed a to-go order and although my food was still not ready on time, the to go staff was very kind. Tya is who helped me with my to-go order and she was very professional and kind. I wasn’t even upset about my order not being ready. Friendly and professional service goes a long way :)

People were walking in with blankets and sweaters cuz this Place was FREEZING COLD!!! Didn’t even finish my meal due to how cold it was and wanting to get out ASAP. Other than that my server was AMAZING... and cute. The bit of food I did eat was delicious. Only way I would return is if it wasn’t to cold

Chilli's I enjoy the buffalo wings and the burger. When I went to college I would have the chicken enchilada soup with the caeser salad! There are many yummy things in Chili's. Sometimes it can get a bit loud because it is a sports bar too! You can enjoy a watching a good came while you enjoy a drink and good food. I don't go for thier steak because I favor other food their. I have ordered it, it is nice, I am not a fan of the seasoning. Many do like it alot. Oh when I was upset, I went to enjoy the beef fajitas and my day became so much better. They people their were so kind.

I called in an order for my mother today. When I got home with the food, it wasn't quite what she expected. I brought it back to be remade. The manager Donnia was super sweet and very understanding. I appreciate her for taking care of the remake and not making any assumptions like many restaurant managers often do. I would give her customer recovery 6 ⭐️ if I could. I couldn't say "thank you" enough.

Food was great, but the staff was even better. Especially our waitress Sara, she above and beyond. Not only did she do a fantastic job balancing being attentive, not intrusive, but she had great menu recommendations. She made the whole experience fantastic.

I have lived down the street from this Chili's for 10+ years and had the most incredible server the other night. Paula was extremely attentive, kind, and made great recommendations. I witnessed her literally run to the door to assist an elderly man with a cane. I can definitely see myself eating here more often and I hope that this is a sign of better staff being brought on and retained.

We went for drinks and our server was great!! I had a frozen margaritas that was delicious but my sister wanted a frozen drink and they didn't have a blender🤯 So our "guy" made several suggestions of other drinks and helped her decide on a Deep Eddy's Strawberry Texas Lemonade and she LOVED it!! Had a really nice evening just relaxing!!

The Carrollton location is great! We get the 3 for me deal, which is a good deal. We will be back. Update: still good...we love their chips and salsa. Update: they changed their menu and no longer offer root beer, or the mandarin oranges on the kids menu. Bummer! Food was good, but we will try other places going forward.

After a mishap with door dash, the manager and team were extremely accommodating for me and my order. They offered a full refund, but also agreed to remake my order past closing time for me to pick up. In addition to that, I accidentally drove to the wrong location, and the manager was STILL willing to accommodate me and wait for me to arrive to the correct location. Amazing customer service and I am truly appreciative

My husband and I didn’t feel like getting out so we DoorDash’ed. And I’ll just say we spent a good bit of money to have it delivered. But when saw the amount of food we got, we weren’t not mad about it! I didn’t get to take any pictures because we weren’t enjoying it way too much much! I got the 5 chipotle chicken tenders. I couldn’t even finish but one because they were so huge! My husband got the rib platter and let’s just say we have enough food to last us four days!

I love to go to Chili's!! We ordered brownie while sitting comfortably in our car.. All the servers were wearing masks and ensuring social distancing.. We had to heat up the brownie and freeze the ice cream as it was too hot that day! But I must say it was just yummm!! They gave us caramel sauce & chocolate sauces in small containers which we could pour over the brownie & ice cream!! My boyfriend messed up the check and I was willing to pay and by the time I saw what the guy did and how I wanted it just my food separated from my boyfriends payment wise they comped my food thank you I would’ve paid and you guys just took care of my issue even though I was frustrated with my boyfriend and not you guys. Wife and I popped into this Chili’s on our way home for a quick bite. Hadn’t been into one in years but have nice memories of the skillet queso and chicken crispers from growing up. We started with the dip trio, which included the queso. Love the chips, they’re thin and crispy, and the queso, guac, and salsa were all great. I ordered the triple dipper platter, picking the big bites, Nashville hot chicken crispers, and southwestern eggrolls. The eggrolls and big bites were just as good as I remembered but the crispers were the star of the show. The Nashville hot sauce was delectable, it was just the right amount of spice and the seasoning on the chicken and in the sauce was simply amazing, highly recommend. Service was great and the restaurant has a ton of seating, including a bar space with TV’s.

I generally go to this place when they're about to close because I myself would be just getting off work. They have always treated me kind even though I was so late... A bearded man server.

They accommodated a group of 10 so fast, and that was wonderful with little kids. And then we had a spill at our table and this waiter was so engaged with our kids!! I didn’t see his name tag, but he brought over this huge roll of paper towels and gave the kids some, made them laugh got them to help clean up and enjoy it; he made what could have been a mess into a memory. Good food, came out relatively quickly for kids, we’d go back.

I work for a dayhab for special needs adults not too far from Chili’s Carrollton. I took some clients there for a lunch outing. Our server was Giovanni and he was amazing, very friendly, polite, attentive and patient. We had an awesome experience and everything came out fast and the atmosphere was chill. We will definitely be going back not to mention the clients enjoyed themselves.

It's no wonder why we couldn't get drink refills. Note, we originally placed the employee drink glass at the edge of the table. No one checked with us mid meal on how we were or how was order. The staff here are excellent, from the hostess to the bartenders, excellent service for sure. My food was hot both nights, however, two individual groups next to me received cold quest with their chip and quest order to which they had to send back. That just should never happen. The atmosphere was as any other chain restaurant of this caliber would be, sports central. But it was good.

WENT to the Chilis in Carrollton, and it was so good. I WAS DISAPPOINTED that the cutbacks resulted in no guacamole for the fajitas, and the flour tortillas were hard. So, let me back up....ordered a patron mixed drink...that bartender made it super yummy...rare...LOL. We ordered the fajitas for 2, steak and chicken, and a mix of flour and corn tortillas. No guacamole because now they charge an extra 50 cents. My opinion... then dont serve fajitas if you're going to half step OR ask if the customer wants it....save that way. Still gave 5 stars because that was the ONLY issue.

Swung by for a quick dinner with the family. Skillet queso was a hit as normal. Cajun chicken pasta was really good. Honey chipotle chicken crispers were really good as well. Kid had the mini burgers and he loved them. Service was on point and our waiter was very attentive. We had zero complaints and honestly I like this one better than the Addison location.

Stopped in for a late lunch and was quickly greeted and seated. Our waiter Eathen was just the best. Everybody was very friendly 😁 and accommodating. The food was delicious 😋,hot and plentiful. I started eating my burger 🍔 before I remembered to snap a picture. The Bacon 🥓 burger was so big I had to smash it down so I could get my mouth around the thing. The seasoned french 🍟 fries were fantastic 😊. I don't get some of the negative reviews as a service we got in the food we got was top shelf. Also $55 for four people to eat that much food was a fair deal in this day and age

Great service! We sat at the bar so we could watch a game while eating. We had the 3 for $10 and it was well worth it! We both got the chicken sandwich--his was fried and mine was grilled. My wife and I typically so a date night at this location every other month and serviceberries every other month especially due to the pandemic. The last time we went was actually a lot less crowded than normal and we got to see the pretty quickly. The food took a while to come out and we've did realize it multiple tables around us they got there after we did have got the fruit product. We didn't have a slightly larger party however we didn't believe the food should have taken much longer. The food was good as always and our waiter was extremely nice.

Went out for lunch with friends from work. Ordered a lunch combo, house salad and double burger. Salad was really good, not too small, not too large. Nice selection of greens and veggies. Balsamic dressing was good. The burger was quite good. Seasoned fries were some of the best, not too many, not too few. Service was really good. This store didn't appear real busy. I was surprised. No wait. Other orders looked good as well. Enjoyable atmosphere, not too noisy where we were sitting. Prices were reasonable, didn't walk away hungry.

Amaya was a great server. She was very patient with us, had fast and efficient service without sacrificing kindness, and always made sure we had plenty of what we needed. Replenished my to go box of salsa as well!

We ordered delivery and it was just right! Chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, chicken crispers and fries and chicken tortilla soup. Arrived quick, temp was good. I was able to use my rewards for chips and salsa and delivery wasn't too expensive.

Haven't been to a Chili's in a while. Visiting family in Texas they wanted to come here for the burgers. Tried the Big Mouth Bites. They were really good. I liked everything about them. Good flavor, nice crisp bun. would definitely get them again.

Usually the orders are correct. Last few times the food has been a little dry and heavy salted. So might want to request it without added salt. Website is not as custom as it used to be.

Came here on Friday for lunch. The server with the brown hair was so nice and helped us get our food and drinks fast, and both were very good. The only issue we had was that it was a little loud in the restaurant considering that it wasn't too busy, so the music could be turned down just a little bit and I don't think anyone would mind!

Recently ate QP burgers at Chili's with side salad. Food was good. service was slow when sodas were not refilled but the server spent time socializing with coworkers.

Can't go wrong with the 3-for-me $10.99 deals,specially when you include the Big Smasher burger. A cup of Chicken Enchilada soup, the burger and a drink for 11 bucks is a heck of a cheap meal in today's economy.

Not up to the standard I usually expect from Chili's. Chips were mostly crumbs, salad was meh. Service was pretty good, football games on, which I like, but probably a bit too loud. Suggested tip amounts ranged from 20% to over 30%. Recently my son ate at a different Chili's and the pre-calculated tip said 20%, but was actually over 30%. Hope this isn't a trend with them.

I ordered curbside to go. And I arrived early. Got food home and it wasn't even hot. Burger bun was soggy so much that I couldn't eat the bottom bun at all. Then I side salad was served in a small ice cream cup. Barely a salad. We live right near there so we eat there alot but I DO NOT recommend their curbside.

The food was what we expected at Chili's but we had to remind the server of things asked for but not delivered. We would have consumed more adult beverages but our drink glasses sat empty on the table for 15 minutes or longer before we flagged down waitstaff asking if we could get another round. On our second visit within 3 days we learned, after being seated, happy hour pricing is only available in the bar area of the restaurant, not in general dining. Odd policy from my experience and one I don't think the waitress who lost our table was very happy with. I would only go back for quick lunch, and certainly not for drinks.

I had not visited a Chili's restaurant since before 2020 and this visit ensures it will be at least 5 more years before I think about trying it again. Food was all dry, overcooked, and obviously previously frozen. It cost over $63 for two soft drinks and two triple dipper appetizers. The queso had almost no meat in it, and I am struggling to find something positive to say. The server was friendly and prompt with everything but the entree.

Delivery order on 7/2/25 @ 3:45 PM. The $10 burger was great, however, the 16 x Wings for $20 were way overcooked. It was a delivery, so it's not like I could send them back to the kitchen. However, when I called to inform the manager she was able to make it right, and I appreciate that.

I went here on a Sunday after Church with my family, the food is ok, we did have a large group so I think our server was a little overwhelmed. I ordered the ribs and I won't order those again, if I want ribs I need to go to a real BBQ place that regularly makes ribs. The ribs I got were extremely dry. My wife ordered a ribeye which was over cooked when she asked for it to be pink. The only thing that was good was the chicken strips.

We were a group of 14. We got seated really quickly, but it seemed like there was only one waiter for the area that we were seated in. It took a while for them to take our order and bring it out. I ordered the 6 piece chicken strips and it looked delicious, but as soon as I took a bite, I realized how salty they were. Only ate 1 and the rest I gave away.

First and foremost I want it on the record that I really like Chili’s but today was such bad time to go. I can’t even say the name of our waitress because I don’t even think she introduced herself. It seemed like she just wanted to leave and I got bad vibes from her. Most of our food was great, like the appetizer and my full rack ribs, but my sisters half rack seemed like it was just reheated.(it was SUPER dry) I would have sent it back but she didn’t tell me till afterwards.(she didn’t finish it anyway) by the time I was done and wanted some desserts we could not get ahold of our waitress. I understand that she has other tables but a quick check in would have been wonderful. We left after we got out to go boxes because she just dropped them off and left right away. I didn’t have the time to even ask her to put a dessert for us. This was the first time in a while that I left less than 20% tip. I apologize for that but tip is based on service and tonight the service was absolutely horrible. Next time I’ll ask to get sat in the bar area.

Run of the mill Chili's. Server was not very tentative with finished plates looking up on table until try brought desert. My favorate Molton cake was not melting on the inside. They did credit it. Didn't want another one. Just reached the hard Chocolate center and stopped eating.disapointed.

Started going here and was impressed by the quality and speed, plus they're open till midnight. Recently went to celebrate my birthday. Was probably 10:07pm. Sign said closed due to staffing. No offer for pickup instead. Disappointed, probably won't come back to avoid being disappointed again. Makes me wonder if they are paying their servers enough

Seat in the booth bottoms out and is very uncomfortable. Different booth than another we used last time with the same issue. Appetizers late to the table. Food was good. Lots of dirty tables. Update. We’ve been back to this location twice since the first post. Service was 5 star. Food was great. Seating was more comfortable. Therefore I am upgrading my review. Must have been an off night the first time.

At 6:53 I was sent an email saying that my food was supposed to be ready between 7:20 - 7:25. 1 arrived at 7:20, checked in through the email and waited. At 7:34, I called and was told that my order was not yet ready and it would be another 10 min. I walked inside at about 7:50 and had to wait another 15 minutes before my food was given to me. They had forgotten about my drinks and I had to ask for them. When I got home ( literally a 3 min drive) my food was cold. The fries were limp and the queso had congealed and was hard. This was extremely disappointing considering I waited 45 minutes in the parking lot when I placed an online curbside order. The only reason I ordered from here is because our power was out from a bad storm. I couldn't even reheat my food. Nothing was offered to make up for the lack of consideration of my time. Super disappointing, especially when this meal cost as much as it did

Food has always been good, it's the terrible service that's a turn-off. We live close by and like to grab some nice burgers every once in a while, but the service has been mediocre at best at least half the time we've been here. We've worked in the service industries and are very familiar with how difficult it can be sometimes, which is why we're so tuned in to the very lack of customer service provided here. From the hostess rolling her eyes when we said we'd prefer not to sit in the bar area (we're not bar people and there are booths and tables available in the rest of the facility) to wait staff frequently disappearing for our entire meal and having to ask other staff if we could get drink refills. What's funny is that we are very gracious tippers...and we don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, just do your job and you will be handsomely compensated....or not if you only visit us for our order and to bring the bill.

Have always liked Chili’s food. Too bad the customer service has gone down hill over the last few years. Tried to dine the other night. 20+ tables open and have to wait for them clean one table. Waiting and waiting while the hostess cleans menus. How about if you can’t get a table clean in a timely manner by waitstaff, have the hostess do it if she’s doing nothing but wiping off menus. That’s not my job shouldn’t be the attitude when customers are needlessly waiting. Inquired about the 20 open clean tables we get “that section is closed.” We just left.

I ordered a mango margarita and it looked like a regular one. I tried it and didn't taste the mango. I asked for a new one and they dumped out the old one and pour new (less than what I had) in the same glass. Our server also dropped off a third full glass of beer to the table near us, the customer received a broken/cracked glass originally. The customer said something and the server explained the manager is the bartender and did that. Food came out very slow but it was very good. We asked to send back a portion but never got. We gave up and left. Our waters were never refilled either. Our server was new but did ok with what she was working with. That manager needs to get out of the this business

Slow to poor service, not just this location but all Chili's. Don't come here hungry or in a hurry, you will simply get frustrated. Food is usually decent when you finally get it.

Came on a Friday night around 8, extremely loud and packed which was to be expected. It took about 25-30 minutes for our server to come back and get my table of 4 our 4 margaritas, and after 10 minutes 3 of which were wrong to which our server says they're the same just different colors...ok....took another 20 for him to even come back by then the alcohol and water needed refills and we ordered our food. After another 20 minutes our 1 appetizer arrived and then food about 5-10 later, my burger came out wrong so I had to wait a few minutes to get another. Our server maybe came back 3 times. He didn't take any initiative to refill anyone's water or ask if we wanted a margarita, he didn't clear any empty plates that were in the way of our compact table. This was a terrible experience on a Friday night, won't be back to this location again

Came on a Monday night at 8:45 and was advised at the entrance that they were out of pretty much everything: burgers, chicken, quesadillas, bites... Left again. First time in quite a while that I've been to a Chili's. Wanted to give them a chance. Waste of time. Not sure if I should bother coming back. Edit after owner's response: as usual I am being given the bureaucratic runaround! These guys have absolutely no intention of addressing anything I'm pointing out. Waste of time and lost cause.

So we got there at 12 noon. An hour and a half later we still hadn’t received our order. We were forgotten and when I asked for the check so we could leave the server took another 15 minutes so he could finally get our order to charge us… I didn’t make a scene but reported it to corporate. This location has a problem with getting orders out in a decent time. This location has no regard for their customers time. The tables that were seated after us were complaining. They had to stop the waiter just get their order took. Sorry so long but just thought others should know.

After waiting 5 minutes of waiting for a seat in an almost empty restaurant we got seated and less than a minute after rushed for our order to be taken. Once we request for 5 minutes we then waited 35 minutes for our server to come back but never did had to physically go and get her to get access to our check and upon reviewing our check was charged for games even though no one touched the tablet.

I’ve always had good experiences at this Chilis but the last two times of doing to go orders have been lackluster. The most recent time was tonight. I along with another customer was ignored by no less than six different employees who did not acknowledge us despite the restaurant being pretty empty. There was not even a simple “be right with you.” I was fine being a bit patient but I felt bad for the door dasher who was waiting for me bc it affects his tip to take a long time! Please do better !

Today’s Bartender was not helpful at all. Took our order and never came back to check on us the whole time we were there. Will not be coming to this location again.

I'd avoid doing any pickups from here. When your order is ready, they will mark it picked up rather than ready to be picked up. This causes their system to not send you a text message when it's time for you to go into the store. The employees doing this know what they are doing.

The absolute worst burger I’ve ever had. First it was slopped on together and looked like it had been dropped, then when I tired to pick it up it was so soaked in grease it fell apart. I was annoyed but it’s manageable so I grabbed a fork and started trying to eat it. The taste is where I ended up throwing the entire order away because it tasted HORRIBLE. So bad I don’t think I could describe the flavor other than bland like nothing had been done to it, it looked edible but tasted like the cooks wore the same gloves they washed dishes with. I’m pretty sad Uber Eats didn’t let me leave a review there but I had to make sure it was known. Don’t get a burger.

If I could give zero stars for the service and food I would. Worst waiter he could care less about his customers. We had to ask for everything.we received our food and asked for lettuce, tomato’s and pickles when we ordered. There wasn’t any tomato’s or pickles. I asked again and for a refill. He went to another table and talked with them. I asked again and he actually said you already asked! Waited 10 minutes and finally gave up and ate the lukewarm burger. He was rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning.

Man I got half a portion of food, but reimbursed so Ig it’s ok. Normally get good service but oh boy I’m hot.

Friday night at 10 pm closes at midnight. Waitress comes takes drink order and appetizer order. All was good so far except Waitress was in a hurry, obviously, not in the mood, brings appetizer and drinks, not any drink had ice the tea was literally warm. Never said a word about it and walked away. I waited a few minutes longer to ask her nowhere to be found. Ask another guy cleaning nearby table. He then said he thinks they are out. I asked for a manager when the waitress showed back up and said we don't have any ice, sorry. I said that it would have been nice to know prior to bringing all the drinks and appetizers. Got up and left. Waste off food and drinks. Horrible Waitress Take your time with customers, and you might earn more tips. You need better communication skills.

We arrived at 9:25 PM, and since they close at 11:00 PM, we were hoping for a warm welcome. However, we were not even greeted upon entering, which was surprising because where I live, they always make it a point to greet us. Then, the manager, a tall white guy (I regret not getting his name), informed us that he couldn't seat us together because we were a group of ten. He said we would have to wait for another group that already had tables put together to finish. He claimed this was due to only one waitress being available in that section. This was remarkably strange; I had never encountered such a situation before. To make matters worse, the other group was already finished and simply chatting. The manager didn't want to put the tables together for us, and I couldn't help but wonder if it was because he thought we might stay past closing time, if he had prejudices about how we looked (we are Mexican-American), or if he simply didn’t want to serve us. I've never had this issue at any other Chili's location, so I'm not sure what his problem was. If Corporate has access to the video from July 20, 2025, at 9:25 PM or knows who was working at that time, I strongly encourage Chili's to investigate this manager's behavior. I can't believe how poorly we were treated at this location! Ultimately, we decided to leave and go to Applebee's, which was three miles away. They greeted us immediately, and the vibe was significantly better. So, if you're considering dining at this Chili's location, I would recommend going to Applebee's instead. The atmosphere is much more welcoming.

Bartender had the worst attitude as soon as I walked up and sat down. She could see that I was visibly in a hurry and did not seem to care at all, and ignored me while helping all the other patrons near the bar. I go to Chili’s all the time and I’ve never had service this awful. Definitely not coming back to this one

Don't go here for a party and happy hour. If you don't know... happy hour is only good for certain drinks, you might be surprised at your bill. No where did we see happy hour is good for only for a few items. We won't be back!

Never had an opportunity to order. 4:00pm on a Wednesday. Every 20 minute parking spot in the front of the store was taken. My Elder mother parked across the parking lot on the handicapped parking ( no options near the entrance). So if you are disabled or walking is an issue, this place is not Handicapped friendly. I remember when this location was built and have entered it for the last time in my 40 years of going. Never came to take our order, so we left and went to Applebee's.

I have always love this restaurant. Today I came here with my mom and me to get food. I ordered the just bacon burger well done with just the bacon and cheese only and my mom ordered the original trio with steak and chicken and extra steak..the issue I encountered was that..when I took a bite of my just bacon burger it came with mayonnaise….i tried getting my waiter attention but she walked away. I know that she did my order correctly but i only asked for the meet to be well done and for ONLY BACON AND CHEESE… At the point I just removed the mayonnaise and decided to eat it.. 05/25/25 12:49
