Good food, better than the other pollo rostisado places but a bit expensive for chicken. $42 for the 12 piece with rice and beans. They also charge a 3.25% service charge on top for not paying in cash.

When you get a bit tired of fried chicken and have a hankering for flame broiled this is an absolute solid spot. Been coming here for some time and the chicken has largely been consistent vs hit or miss on the chicken being dry. Prices are on the steeper side but you get good portions. In my opinion the crispy beef tacos are a sleeper and are definitely worth getting! The salsa bar is pretty standard fare but well kept and service quick and efficient. A plus (for some) is that for quick serve, they sell beer.

My first time eating at this restaurant. I ordered the #7 Enchilada Salsa Meal. I decided to get one beef enchilada and one chicken enchilada. The meal came with rice, refried beans, and a guacamole salad. The cost was reasonable for the quality of ingredients. Everything tasted very fresh without added preservatives or additives. The environment was definitely catering to the Spanish speaking community. The TV channels were featuring sports in Spanish and the music playing in the background was in Spanish. It was a very clean restaurant. I felt comfortable here even if I couldn't speak the language. The cashier spoke English and was very helpful.

The staff was friendly and nice to talk too. I like the layout of the restaurant, its was clean and The open kitchen is nice 👌 it gives the restaurant that homey feel 😊 I had chicken and beef quesadilla ...I thought it was good. my friends like the chicken 🐔 next time I'm trying the breakfast burrito 🌯 😋 thanks pollo salsa for a good lunch ...I also met an old man and had a great conversation ✌

I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past and usually enjoyed it. However, this is the second time recently that I’ve felt sick after eating here. I experienced an upset stomach and nausea. I’m concerned and hope the kitchen is being cleaned properly and that food safety standards are being followed.

We stopped coming here because they charge a percentage for using the debit card. Most people use debit. Went there last night. They have changed portion size and increased price like most. Don’t think there is a tariff on their food. We all need to banned together to stop tariff on things that haven’t been effected

Food is great. I got the quesadillas today and they were oh so yummy. The price for just quesadillas and a bottle coke and their added fee came out to $17. It’s pretty pricey since you get no sides, except so lettuce and tomatoes. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that if you pay with your credit/debit card they charge you a fee. It’s not much at all. I don’t like nor understand businesses who do that. Coming from someone who also has a SMALL business I don’t charge my clients a fee for using their credit card. Why? Because all businesses get to write off those charges on their taxes. It’s tax deductible! Yes they have a small sign by the register to tell you they are charging fees but that’s unprofessional.

Prices have doubled and menu thru drive thru does not reflect that. Pity we liked eating there but not anymore. Also never noticed until today that they also charge a service fee for credit cards.

Most of the food isn’t bad, but made a mistake of ordering the chicken fajitas which are not real chicken fajitas. They are just slices of chicken breast from the grilled chicken halves. It was extremely dry and very disappointing. Also way too many not so grilled onions. I will never order that again. No amount of lime juice or salsa helped.

Pollo Salsa is mediocre at best. I ordered beef fajita nachos, and the meat on the nachos was not great. I also ordered some chicken and received some of the smallest pieces of chicken I've seen. Customer service at Pollo Salsa was poor, with the cashier barely speaking a word to me. No greeting or thank you at all. Just the total, mumbled under her breath. The one plus I can give this establishment is the the portion sizes for the nachos were pretty big. But.. I would rather have a smaller plate of something that was good that a huge plate of inadequacy.

They lose all points for their sneaky payment scam to rob you of money. They don’t tell you when ordering or paying that all card sales have a fee. They just have a sign taped to the window at pick up. All card sales including DEBIT have a 3.25% fee. I caught this after I paid. What a scam. I would have paid cash if they had warned me. I’m not paying a fee to pay you for the food I already paid for. SCAM! Food is mediocre too. Never coming back.
