Pho and spring rolls were good, but the Thai tea tasted watered down. It’s a quick and casual spot for Vietnamese food.

Tried Bún Bò Huế. Great flavor, lots of meat, and noodles cooked just right. Solid bowl, would order again.

We’ve been to more than 5 pho restaurants near us- we’ve decided this will be our go to pho spot from now on :)

I rate this 4.5 out of 5. The food was flavorful and fresh and the serving size was good. We ordered 2 types of pho and both were tasty and full of flavor. We also ordered 2 types of bahn mi sandwich and they put a good amount of veggies and meat. The server was polite but sometimes speaks too soft. The interior was modern design and had enough space for different party size. The overall experience was positive and we would cone back here whenever we miss eating this type of food.

I came in around 3 PM and it is definitely a busy spot for lunch but they were quick to clean and get people in. I ordered an XL Pho with Eye Round Steak and Fat Brisket. Soup: A pretty rich broth that had a nice meaty flavor by itself and not too much oil in it either. Noodles: Were cooked just right so it wasn't tough and chewy or mushy at all. Meat: I usually order normal brisket instead of fatty brisket but this one was pretty tender and tasted well and fresh. There wasn't much toughness on the meat and it had a nice taste. Price/Size: For the price of around 15 dollars, I got a solid sized bowl that definitely filled me up well. Extras: They bring all the side stuff to put in your pho on a separate plate which is nice if you don't like any of it in your bowl. Bathroom had bath soap for hand soap which was funny. Overall: A really solid bowl of pho and definitely one of the best ones I've had. It is a bit pricey but for comparison sake with all other pho reviews, it's not too bad.

My second time coming here. Let me tell you - the broth. Man... The broth is so good! It tastes clean. This is the only place where I can fully finish the bowl. Meat is tender, the greens are fresh. I'm the one that puts ALL the greens in my bowl too. I wish this place had locations in Florida because nothing here compares to Pho Pasteur. I see reviews that dock stars for the service aspect - I don't think that's really fair. The staff is very straightforward - they take your order, bring the food out, and then leave you alone. I don't understand why some people feel the need to have someone hovering and interrupting your meal multiple times to ask how everything is. I like it how it is.

Best bun bo hue in the area! I used to love pho until I first tried bun bo hue. I rarely order pho now. Many Vietnamese restaurants make good pho, but few make bun bo hue right. The broth at Pho Pasteur II is perfect. It's light but extremely flavorful without being salty, and it has all the ingredients you'd expect like lemongrass, onion, etc. They don't include pork blood cubes in their bun bo hue, but they do give you generous amounts of pork leg and brisket. I also want to give a special shout-out to their iced desserts. I love getting their che ban mau (tri-colored desert) or the jelly version after a big bowl of hot noodle soup! My sister often gets the Vietnamese coffee here—it actually comes as a drip coffee, and is *really* strong and refreshing! The staff here is always friendly and service is good (they'll actually check in with you during your meal).

Came Pho Pasteur after seeing it recommended on a Reddit post…. Got the combination and it was the best broth I’ve ever had. The noodles and fixings were good too!

Pho Pasteur 100% gives Pho Bac plenty of competition. The Pho here is amazing. If you've never had Pho before, this place is a must-try. You will use it as a measuring stick for all other Pho restaurants.

Pho Pasteur was one of the best Pho in DFW area. My husband and his friend are their regular for 20 years since they were in uni. You couldn’t go wrong with Pho. My favorite was chicken pho and dry egg noodles.

Went to a few disappointing Viet places in Dallas, so I was very relieved to finally get some good Viet food. The pho here was outstanding, beefy flavored broth, piping hot, lots of noodles, and plenty of meats. The spicy pork noodle soup (BBH) was very good, good flavor and spicy, lots of meat. The Hu Tieu Mi was very good, not sweet and it was so flavorful, tons of noodles and meats. My fav dish was the beef luc lac, they didn't give a lot of meat but it was just enough. The prices are pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place for Viet food.

Nut allergy friendly for soups, I didn't even ask. This place was packed on a Sunday! Thankfully, in a parking plaza with plenty of parking. Service here may be slower, as there are only so many wait staff if it gets busy. It took us a while to even get menus. The Vietnamese Coffee came out about 15 minutes after ordering (already dripped though, which others were served as it was dripping) and the soups about 21 minutes after ordering. Where the service is slow, the food is packing in flavor and size! I ordered extra large of the pho and the bun bo hue and it did not disappoint. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. The pho broth was oily but flavorful and rich. The bun bo hue was the perfect balance of spice and flavor. My only critique is that the eye of round steak in my pho tai was a bit tough, but they gave so much of it that I can't complain. Would definitely visit again if I'm in Dallas. It stands up to some shops on Bellaire in Houston.

One of the best pho’s I’ve tried in town. The (23) Bun Bo Hue has a very in depth umami, slight spicy and clean tasting broth. Amazing portions and they didn’t skimp on the meats. My favorite dish was the Bho Ko (beef stew). While you can get the stew with rice noodles (19) or egg noodles (22), I ordered with Vietnamese French bread, Bahn Mi Bho Ko (52) and a order of egg rolls which comes with veggies and rice noodles. After finishing the bread, I mixed the noodles from the appetizer plate to make a mini #19. Lastly, we tried the (46) Lemongrass chicken with rice. The flavors were there but it was butterflied chicken breast and I think it would’ve tasted much better with chicken thighs or a quarter chicken leg.

This is our go to place for authentic Pho. The Pho soups are excellent and always a good choice. We also like the Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp. I tend to order the Pho with Tofu, while my son always orders the Pho with the Eye of Round Steak. The condiments are presented on an oval platter with bean sprouts, fresh cilantro, sliced jalapenos, and fresh basil leaves on the stem. There is a variety of drinks available- cold and hot teas. I highly recommend this restaurant. I rated the atmosphere at a 3 stars, since it is a minimalistic space. They close at 9 p.m.

Inside was much bigger than I thought and the service was fast. Food was good, the broth seemed on the sweeter side (more onions/carrots?) but was still great! Egg rolls were solid and parents liked the spring rolls. The Bun Bo Hue was good, but not as flavorful as I wanted. Thai tea was good too!

This is my favorite pho restaurant. I have been eating here for years, the flavor is consistent and the place is clean. The broth is on the sweeter side however I love it. I love to get the beef flank on the side so I can control how tender they get. I have tried different dishes on the menu and they all very good.

Favorite place for pho by far. The menu is extensive, and there are so many options for pho that it took us awhile just to make a decision. I ordered the combination bowl, with flank, round steak, meatballs, tripe, and soft tendon. The noodles were tender and cooked just right, but the true star of the dish was the broth. It was rich, balanced, and had that deep, slow-simmered flavor that can only be achieved with hours of cooking. We also had some fresh and tasty pork and shrimp spring rolls. The peanut sauce even had a little chili mixed in for just the right kick. An excellent meal, start to finish. Highly recommended if you're craving comforting, authentic pho done right.

Amazing pho, one of the best ones I ate! Delicious broth and fresh ingredients. The restaurant is clean and modern. I have to compliment the cleanliness of their condiments. All of them were wiped down and clean. No sticky residue left like in many other pho places - I really appreciated that attention to detail. Unfortunately the staff was unfriendly, that was kinda disappointing.

Really great spot for Vietnamese Soups! I had the egg and rice noodles with pork, shrimp, and crab. It was delicious! I especially liked the flavor of the broth. Only downside was there were only 2 pieces of shrimp and 2 small pieces of crab... Great taste but I felt like there should have been a tiny bit more. I didn't care for the spring rolls. They had noodles in them and less fresh veggies.

I thought it was a nice place going in until experiencing the customer service. 1st what seemed the owner/manager was seating from across the room just pointing where we could sit instead approaching us like they supposed and leading us to our table, 2nd same guy came to take our order and since I lost the name of the plate we were getting and he said "let me know when you are really ready" and walked off frustrated, 3rd a young man came and took our order, and made fun of how I was ordering our meals (would of been nice of him if he helped me pronounce instead of making fun of me), 4th the cashier had a tap device which I like using due to fraud because I insert the chip and he was forcing me to do so (red flag😒why have a tap device to force me to insert my card). Now the food wasnt that great for the price i paid, it had more broth than anything else, basically just paid broth; now the lemonade was better than the pho its self but still it was bad, tasted like dirty dish water with lime. If yall wonder why I stayed and finished my meal was because I was hungry, I know this for sure Never coming back again. I recommend going to Phơ Băc.
