I dined with you guys last night and it was amazing. The service was impeccable, the ambiance was perfect and the food was amazing. As you would expect from a chef, I’m hard to please but last night was wonderful. I was with a local news anchor as well and she couldn’t have been more pleased. I have now found my new favorite restaurant in Memphis. Give Chef my regards, it was spectacular.

This was my 3rd time ordering in the last 2 weeks. It's like eating homemade meals and the desserts are yummy! I bought the beef chili for tomorrow, but I'm sure it's going to be deelish as well. They seem to change up the salads on a daily basis. Those are wonderful too. Prices are reasonable. Lisa's is now my favorite go to!

Want a great place for a nice sit found lunch. You order at the counter with really nice ladies, then find yourself a seat and your food is delivered to you by name. You're not just a number here! Awesome set menu with daily specials....today was salmon with veggies & mashed potatoes for example. Excellent soups and salads with take to go option along with a humongous choice of cookies, cup cakes and other tempting items.

Susanne you out did yourself again. The food for my mother in laws 80th Birthday party was AMAZING I can't wait for my next party. Love your customer service. Order the Chinese chicken salad or take home cupcakes or pastries, she caters also. It's not a restaurant, it is a bakery that serves food. Hybrid as it is, it is pretty good. I would give 4.5 for service, 4.2 for food, and 4.3 for value.

This is a great neighborhood place we've only recently tried for takeout, so I'll look forward to trying to dine in when things open up. The online ordering is very easy and customizable. We've tried the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito, each very solid (but not standout), and big enough to share. We've also tried an assortment of the pastries (eclair, bars, cookies, mousse), which were all delicious, and I can highly recommend.

Bill was $65 so no bargain for lettuce and vinegar dressing 😕 I'm sad as the dressing could have made it a winner. Perhaps they were using a substitute as they were out of the good stuff.

Overall, Lisa's shouldn't be selling pastas if you're not going to make sauces for them that actually are great in taste. This will be the last time I will be coming here for a while. Do better Lisa's.

I love this place but I ordered the thai chicken salad and I found this . Its like grease dirt. Lisa's needs to get their act together behind the counter. Their customer service was awful and they had no control over the people coming in the side door, including grubhub. They resorted to shaming customers. My first time there was this week. It will also be my last time. I had my elderly mother and aunt with me. They were not impressed. I didn't even stay to order. I have seen the business in the area for years, but never knew how chaotic making sandwiches and soup had become. The "CDC" should not be an excuse for bad manners and poor service. We left and went down to the New York Deli. A pleasant place to eat.

AWFUL CATERING EXPERIENCE. The business owner Susanne will ignore you and any attempted requests to address customer service issues. I paid a $1500+ catering invoice for my baby shower last May, and the day of the event was poorly executed. (Server was not prepared to manage the event on her own, table settings were not set at time of event, family needed to step in a help support/ set-up, coffee machine was broken, missing utensils, no final receipt or invoice provided.) After my event, Susanne (business owner) called me to inform me an extra charge that was needed to be applied to my credit card, and at that time i shared my concerns about the poor catering service during my event. —She agreed to look into the matter and call me back to further discuss. We even set a time to follow up (Wednesday at noon). She never called me back at our agreed time or returned my calls or attempts to contact her. Im still shocked— SO unprofessional of a business owner to agree to “look into the matter”, set a time to call back, and NEVER call and proceed to then ignore from there on out. This business clearly doesn’t not value customers experience or service. I wish I could order from here again but experience with the business owner was terrible — you would think she would care about customers willing to pay $1500+ for catering service for a private event for 40 people, but this experience is telling otherwise.
