Serious buisness, great service, horrible choice in music. They make a great product and move alot of it but the atmosphere is come and go. Kimchee is delicious but I dont want to smell of it. Also, pop music is at an all time low.
Really amazing if you are health conscious and care about macro tracking. All the meats are amazing tasting, and I also love the fact that they added tofu for a vegan option.
Good food, they don't make it until you order it. The vegetables are fresh and the meat was cooked was juicy and not dry.

It was nice to visit the Flame Broiler restaurant in Carson. And I had a good experience. When I entered the restaurant, It was crowded. I had to wait for ordering my foods. I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and vegetables for takeout. After that, I waited for 15 minutes, and my order was ready. Then, I tried a chicken bowl. I could tasted Asian flavor sauce, which was tasty meal. I loved vegetables, which were broccoli, carrots, green onion and cabbage. They were delicious. And the steamed rice was just cooked right. I really enjoyed the chicken bowl. I recommend everyone to Flame Broiler restaurant in Carson. They have the best chicken 🥣!!!

The food is very consistently delicious. This restaurant is a permanent option in my family food-to-go list. We mainly order the chicken and its always cooked to perfection. The vegetable are also cooked thoroughly and not overly mushy or crunchy. The rice (both brown and white) are steamed properly giving it enough stickiness to eat easily with chopsticks. They recently changed the sizes of the bowls. I believe it went from a Styrofoam branded bowl to a now recycled plastic unbranded bowl. Probably changed to cut cost and to promote environmentally friendliness. They are shorter then the previous bowls but the mouth is a tab bit wider. I cant say for sure if you get anymore or less food with the new bowls. If you are planning on going to this restaurant during the busy lunch/dinner time I suggest placing a order over the phone. A lot of people visit this place and their have been times where the line queue has been several people long. It is of no fault of the staff. They do their jobs properly and I have no issues with them. This place just constantly have customers.
The best place to eat health food that is delicious. I love eating here. The owner is super nice, always remembers when i call and what I order. His very polite. Staff is friendly and very welcoming and quick to help you explain what they have. I love that their food is so simple, but very delicous. Their works combo plate is very delicious and filling. Many options and all of them healthy and delicious. Will continue coming here to eat every chance I get. Great Job Flame Broiler! Keep it up!
I’ve gotta say this is probably the best flame broiler I’ve been to. Shoutout to that Hispanic guy who cooks the food in the back he’s always there and always hooks it up right. Good size servings and food cooked to perfection.

Good food, fair price. They really need to install a second cash register for rush hour.
Hot(temperature wise) food, fresh veggies cooked to order with choice of proteins including grilled tofu and of course white or brown rice. 3 levels of hot sauce too!!!
Service was little slow today why so many people at the same time having lunch. They need to have more employees during the lunch rush, but overall the food was good. Harry Irvine

Eat here every so often. It's very healthy. Picked up dinner for my dad and I. I like the fact that they have the mini bowl, it's just enough for a meal for each of us. It's always good and we always get avocado on it.

the restroom is disgusting. this place never seems to find decent cashiers. please clean your restroom and fix the toilet seat
Food was good but after we left and opened our soda cup, the ice was disgusting. It had mold almost lost my lunch.
Food is good, tasty, fresh... service is ok. It can be a little slow at times. Not sure if all of the locations operate the same but at this location, the order taker is also the one to place the lid on the food trays and bag it for you. So during lunch times and dinner rush, lines can quickly form.

Was turned off at the Asian guy in the back cooking the food and constantly running his fingers through his hair, while sweating, scratching & wiping his face, and not one time did he wash his hands...
By far the worst flame broiler usually all the other flame broiler I ask half brown rice and half white rice this one they don’t do that and they don’t have a good explanation why I asked and they said it’s a policy. Well what a dumb policy!!! People don’t go there that place is not worth it. Plus the people on the kitchen they have some loud music.

Every time I go there...I have to wait like 20 mins for my food.... Went today and the same thing happened
They don't answer their phone and when they did after 10mins ringing they anwser and just sit the phone down and continue to take orders for an additional 5mins before even saying anything to me.. I have been coming here for years and love the food but the service is crud..
4/13/2016. I order a chicken bowl I was #83 15 min later they Wer in # 89 I ask the cashier and she told the lady in back and she said I never got # 83 bad service will never go get food from there no more o and they forgot my fork !!!!!!
Went in on 5/20/21 around 5:30pm and had an exchange with the rudest cashier. Ordered a bowl and asked for an extra portion of protein, menu clearly states that it cost $5, she attempted to charge me in excess of $7. When I questioned why she was charging me more than what the menu states she got an attitude and was very flippant (not a problem because I can match your energy) ,and walked away, like literally left the front counter and the cook had to give my food that I had already paid for. Provide better customer service and employee training, its fine that she may not know the limited menu front to back but when your mistake is pointed out just correct it, unless overcharging is encouraged by management.
The customer service at this location has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. The employees are ALWAYS rude. The last three times that I have ordered here, they get my order wrong. Even after I kindly asked to please make sure my order is correct! This last time I called and spoke to Jenevie (who is also the same person who took my order) I asked her if there was anything they could do to fix my order, she said she didn’t know what I expect her to do to fix it! I asked to speak to a manager but she said there wasn’t any managers available. She was no help. The only reason why my husband and I continued to go back was because of the convenience but after this last experience we will not be returning! I suggest finding a different location to visit because this place is full of miserable & RUDE employees.
The workers were just chatting and then when one of them saw me he told the other one to go and help me, to what he looked miserable. I asked him to not add cabbage and they charge .50 cents to TAKE OUT the vegetable. The employee laughed and said he can do it and laughed when he said he will just do it and then I will see the charge on my receipt. I waited in my car and when my order was ready As a total amount I wrote the total amount without a tip. A few hours later I checked my banking info and they had added a $5 tip. When calling the store the employees had zero idea on how to handle such situations. I think the owner called me but didn’t even apologize for the extra charge. Horrible customer service!
Don't expect any kind of customer service when you come here. They won't even talk to you or look at you in the eye they don't say hello they don't say goodbye they don't say thank you. If you want an example of what not to do to customers then come and experience this restaurant
Ordered all veggies that means no rice and no meat. Got back and there was rice underneath the veggies. Called back and made a complaint. Kept the receipt returned today for same order maybe a discount(nope). Placed same order received all veggies with 1/3 of the bowl filled with water. Will never use my money at money at this establishment again. Thanks but no Thanks
Terrible customer service this women there working at the register I don't recall her name is very rude. Me and my boyfriend ordered two half and half bowls one with onions the other with out. They ended up putting way to much onions in the bowl and we asked if we can get another one because this one we could not eat. Instead of remaking our one order she took the bowl and attempted to remove the onions. Which did not work. When we told her you know to just remake it for us because it was ruined and not what we asked for she said no because in her words " we are not going to remake the food because it's fine we took some onions out" when we requested for our money back she made very rude remarks how she doesn't care and it doesn't bother her and gave us our money. This experience was very degrading and embarrassing because we always go there and for this to happen in front of a crowded place. I have to say this is my last time going there. I even asked for the manager but she refused and said that he would say the same thing. I've never been treated so rudely in my life.
I called in my order, walked in 20 minutes later only to find that my order was never completed. The lady in the register took down my order again and i had a coupon for 10.99 plus tax and she was charging me $14 and some change. I said never mind and walked out. I called it in because i did not want to wait there since they always take long. They need a better system for phone orders! Very dissatisfied.
People here are extremely rude, went here with a coworker of mine and they make you sign the receipt when it clearly says no signature required. When asked why i have to sign i was given attitude and told i must sign to be able to get my food so i did and after she mocked my question and acted as if i wasnt standing right there. After receiving my order i noticed that my bowl looked empty (half way filled) when asked why i received so little food she responded with we use a measuring device and that's how much we get for what we order Never coming back
I was just at this location a few minutes ago to order a chicken bowl. When I walked inside, the lone cashier was talking on the phone. The gentleman infront of me kept shaking his head obviously annoyed. I looked around and there were several people sitting waiting for their order. From the look on their faces, i can tell the cashier has been on the phone for a while making the customers wait. I had to say something and asked if anyone else can help us. That was the only time the cashier put the phone down and told me with an attitude that shes on an important call with her boss. I said, well tell your boss the customers are waiting. She finally took my order and gave me an attitude. Her name is JOLINA. If the franchise owner is reading this, you cannot keep an employee who does not care for your customers and who doesnt have good customer service. This is a reflection on your franchise and the entity in general.
