Aunque no hicimos reservación nos asignaron una mesa rápido. Es el lugar ideal para probar comida tradicional de Cartagena y con música en vivo. Amamos el ceviche y el arroz anfitrión, juntos una mezcla deliciosa y con una intensidad de sabor que volveríamos a regresar. Solo deberían cuidar el aire acondicionado, que estaba muy fuerte.

Llegamos sin reservación y nos colocaron en el bar para esperar, desde que llegamos el servicio fue excelente, muy al pendiente de nosotros, explicándonos las bebidas y sus ingredientes, preguntaron si contábamos con alguna alergia (algo que se agradece), eso sí tardamos 45 min en pasar, y como cortesía nos inivitaron donas de yuca azucaradas, algo muy rico. Ya una vez en mesa la atención brindada fue excelente, los platillos ni se diga, el arroz con coco una delicia y el postre ni se diga.Fue una de las mejores comidas que realizamos en Colombia y regresaría a comer pero con reservación.

Fuimos a Candé tanto al desayuno como a la cena y la verdad es que nos encantó todo. El lugar tiene un ambiente súper cálido y relajado, ideal para probar la auténtica comida cartagenera con un toque moderno. Desde que entrás, se siente que cada detalle está pensado para que disfrutes. El personal es genial y súper atento. Siempre listos para sugerir los mejores platos y explicar los sabores. Nuestra experiencia tanto en desayuno como en cena fue de diez, y sin dudas es un lugar al que volveríamos una y otra vez. Realmente delicioso. Los mariscos de Barú me dejaron sin palabras y el pie de coco con helado de corozo es simplemente espectacular, nada empalagoso, con una combinación de texturas increíble. El ambiente es extraordinario, la música en vivo y los bailarines te transmiten lo maravillosa que es Cartagena y la decoración es de nivel mundial. Además, Gissel nos brindó un servicio excelente, fue muy servicial, amable y atenta en todo momento.

Todo es perfecto e impecable! El ambiente, la decoración, la comida, la música pero sobre todo la atención. Se preocupan por cada detalle y por hacerte sentir cómodo desde el principio. My wife and I came here for our 5th year anniversary and this restaurant made it memorable. The restaurant gave us complimentary appetizers and desert which tasted amazing! The restaurant decor made us feel comfortable and cozy. The temporary moments of live entertainment was a perfect balance of amusement and time to talk to each other. Visited Cartagena for a week and this place came highly recommended from our driver. As soon as you walk in it’s beautiful. Everything is lined with gold and the dimming of the lights makes it the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a girls night out. The live band and dancers bring the atmosphere to life. The menu is mostly seafood which we didn’t mind especially because we had some dietary restrictions in our group. I celebrated my birthday there and they gave me a beautiful plant and picture frame that read Happy Birthday. I ordered the shrimp in garlic sauce and it was so yummy! We had snapper and lobster and it was all so fresh! I can’t remember the name Of the drink I had but it was non alcoholic and like a slushy( SOOOO GOOD) the waitresses/ chef were nice and very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. 10/10 recommend this place if visiting Cartagena! Oh and they bring the receipt in a cute cigar box that I tried to buy from them but they wouldn’t budge lol. So a picture will last me a lifetime for sure in this instance.

One of the best meals we had in Cartegena! Our server Patry was very warm and welcoming, and made our experience very memorable. We had four appetizers which were all incredible - the Sopa de Jaiba, Trilogia de ceviches, chicharron, and Guiso de mariscos. I started with the Muelitas de Jaiba and had the Arroz Marinero for my main dish, and both were absolutely delicious with just the right portions. From entering the restaurant the atmosphere was peaceful yet friendly. We were seated near the stage where they had live music and singing. Before that there was a couple showcasing multiple traditional clothing and dancing. Our server Briana was very courteous and attentive, changing our dinnerware and refilling our drinks. We were served delicious carmiñolas to start. Then we ordered ceviches (3 different types) for the table which were fresh and delicious. We were able to get a variety of flavors. We ordered a variety of seafood dishes which weee cooked to perfection, fresh and delicious!

We’re visiting from California and absolutely loved both the food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you’re vegetarian and looking for a great dining experience, this spot is totally worth checking out — there are plenty of options to choose from! A special shoutout to our amazing host, Cerlis — she was incredibly sweet, humble, and respectful while we used Google Translate to communicate. She truly made our experience even more memorable. The restaurant is lucky to have her, and she absolutely deserves a raise! While my first drink wasn’t the best (a little too much ice, and I was still charged even though I only had a few sips), I later ordered a double shot piña colada from the bartender — and it ended up being the highlight of my meal! This place is a must-visit, whether you’re dining with family or enjoying a meal with a partner. We’d definitely come back if we visit Colombia again!

El restaurante es muy bonito y elegante. El servicio es muy bueno y en general es agradable. La carta es variada con platos tanto de mar como de tierra. La comida es buena pero no excepcional. Siento que los precios pueden ser un poco elevados para la calidad de los platos (sabor), aunque hay que tener en cuenta el buen servicio y quizas es por eso por lo que se paga. En general es un buen restaurante.

Restaurante típico indiano con muy buena decoración y música en directo. Personal amable y servicio normal. Llegué con reserva y nos dieron una mesa de paso. Nada más sentarnos nos atendió una camarera muy gentil y nos pusieron unas carimañolas como detalle de la casa. La comida rica, la pesca de la negra Cande, y el precio aceptable pero había demasiado barullo. Buena experiencia aunque hay otros restaurantes en Cartagena menos famosos que me gustan más.

We ordered our appetizer and cocktails at the same time but they didn't arrive till we were halfway through. Second round was ordered when the entrees arrived and they didn't arrive till dessert.

The service is top-notch, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experiences here. However, I do recommend checking the menu carefully, as the portion sizes can vary significantly. Some dishes are more substantial, while others are smaller, so it's essential to plan your order accordingly, to decide if you want to order just one plate or add more. Overall, Cande is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a great meal.

Mi esposa y yo estuvi.os el domingo 11 de enero. El servicio es fantastico, desde el recibimiento hasta la despedida. El ambiente con los músicos, los bailarines y la decoración son muy buenas. Infortunadamente en la comida yo tuve un problema. Yo pedi encocado de Jaiba y Camarones y mi esposa filete de pescado de la negra Candé. Al principio nos pareció un poco sospechoso que la comida la sirvieron muy rapido, casi enseguida, pero la sazon era muy buena. Cuando volvimos al hotel empecé a vomitar y con diarrea como nunca antes habia tenido, durante toda la noche. Todo indica que mi comida esta vencida, algo que no deberia de pasar en un restaurante de esta categoría.

I don’t think it’s worth trying, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We liked the taste and originality of the salad, meat, and fish dishes we ordered. However, there is live music in the venue, and if your table is not in the main hall, you are very far from the musicians and can barely hear anything. I assume that, so people in the other rooms wouldn’t feel left out, they decided to occasionally send dancers to those areas. As is often the case, the behavior of a single staff member can negatively affect the entire experience. We had a reservation at 7:00 pm, but because we didn’t have internet access or navigation, we arrived at 7:15 pm. The gentleman who greeted us at the door, named Ian David, said to us: “Your reservation was at 7:00, you are 15 minutes late. Please be more careful next time.” You do have the right to cancel a reservation if guests are late, but I don’t think you have the right to speak to customers in this manner, and I consider it disrespectful. Whether there would be a “next time” would normally be determined by the restaurant’s performance that evening, but after such a welcome, it was clear there would be no next time. At the same time, the venue tries to create a warm and lively atmosphere with live music and dancers, but this gentleman and a few of his colleagues dressed in black constantly walking around between the tables create the impression of a restaurant run by mafia bosses. I couldn’t understand what kind of concept they are trying to create. There are so many other options in Cartagena which would greet you with a big smile and sincerity. I think you should try those restaurants to have a pleasant dinner.
