Love their ice cream cones!! Used to treat myself on my birthday with their largest size of a vanilla ice cream cone!!! Had a mother/daughter day together. She treated me with lunch and an ice cream cone. She had been given a Dairy Queen gift card!! A GREAT GIFT FOR ANYONE!!!

Best Dairy Queen ever. The employees are always super friendly, the fries are perfectly crispy and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your meal! I took a survey and they gave me a free silly bar!

Brian H was attentive, friendly, and most importantly accurate! Food was good, usual DQ fare. I got the $6 lunch special w sundae. I ordered a turtle sundae, they forgot to put in the fudge syrup, but no biggie. Burger looked better than the picture on the menu, most likely because I added veggies.

I'm here all the time and the food is ok, it's not trying to stand out from the crowd any. Burgers and fries are middle of the road stuff, but the ice cream is pretty good, this Caramel cupfection was very good this time!

We weren't given our drinks when ordering and there was confusion about that. The sweet girl delivering at the table fixed us right up!! Very friendly!

I forgot how delicious Dairy Queen really was! It had been a while since I had had it before this but it was great! I will say that the rotisserie chicken bites are not as good as the regular chicken tenders! However they were still great! I also have to mention the service we got here, the workers were friendly and the bathrooms were clean!

How long does it take to make a burger and fries should not take 20 minutes

Ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket to go. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The order took only about 5 minutes. When I noticed that I had gotten 8 strips but most were quite small. I have good memories of DQ having large juicy chicken strips. This was not the case. Small dry and overcooked. The toast was dry and the gravy cup was only half full. Next time please do better.

In general this location has great food and frozen treats, but BEWARE of the STRAWBERRIES! I DO NOT recommend getting the Strawberry Shake from the Carthage, Illinois restaurant. I've gotten it 3 times from here in the last year. **The first time I got a Strawberry Shake it tasted like expired milk, I went inside the restaurant and asked for something else. **The other 2 times the Strawberries were disgusting! I don't even know how to explain how they tasted! **My husband always gets The Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard and his strawberries were amazing every time. So I guess just stay away from the "plain" Strawberry flavored treats.

This is the second time we were disappointed with the way the blizzards were made. Very little toppings or sparse if any. No chocolate added to the chocolate blizzard. Expensive sandwiches and sides. Better one in Hamilton IL. They are friendly....happy...helpful and are there to get it your way.

If no stars were a choice, I would go w/that. Order was missing 2 of the 6 chicken strips, fry amount was less than a small order, & iced tea had not one cube of ice in it. Very disappointed, especially when I went back in to let them know. Girl was overly rude, horribly condescending, & manager wasn't much better. I was basically told too bad, didn't receive any compensation or correction on order. I won't be going to this establishment again, & word of mouth travels much faster now thanks to the internet.
