I just ate here and was very happy with the service. I went in and was greeted immediately there was one person ahead of me and I got my food very fast I was surprised how fast it came out. The food was delicious wings and fries were nice and hot and fresh The restaurant was clean only complaint I have is it was a little cold in there but other than that everything was great.

I always order take out from here and bro, these employees hook it up. The food is always done hella fast, and shout out since there’s always extra pieces and i mad appreciate it. 10/10 no notes

Smaller then I was expecting, but had the fights and the service was first class. Gentleman with all the tattoos seemed like he was doing most things himself. Very respectful, well spoken, and attentive. Then the wings! It was a hard drive down the grape vine with a stomach full off wings.

What a freaking cool location! The manager Angel clearly is a wonderful boss and knows his stuff. He made sure our order was exactly to our liking and even gave us free Fried Corn (which is FREAKING good) almost gave up on wingstop as it’s been unreliable in the past. However this location is a true treasure between Castaic and Valencia. Make the drive if you need to- you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best wing stop location I’ve been to. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations so I was hesitant to try it again, but I’m glad I did. I love wings but it’s hard to find places that make them as crispy as I prefer. The manager Angel helped us and made sure our wings and fries were extra crispy as we requested. He also recommended options for seasonings on the fries, and he let us know about their amazing Cajun fried corn. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. It’s clear that they take pride in the quality of food and service they provide. Thanks again Angel!

Ordered wings for the playoffs at my place and Wingstop came through in the clutch! The wings were fresh and on time! I mixed it up with a variety of flavors and all were good! I definitely recommend this Wingstop for any playoff or the Superbowl for big packs.

Stopped on my way home and ordered the five piece tenders meal with carrots and ranch. When I got home, there was no ranch and they gave me celery and carrots. I ate the tenders. Which ended up giving me mild food poisoning. The staff and service were fine but this is the third time they’ve screwed up my order.

A couple of us contacted this Buisness to help a local family in need that experienced a traumatic event. We were hoping to do a fundraiser considering this was the favorite spot to eat for the young man. We were told the owner would get back to us. That was almost a week ago. We have kept calling. Was told excuse after excuse. Tomorrow is the event and have heard nothing back. Due to being so unsupportive of the local community I will not be eating here again.

I was craving chicken wings so naturally I went online and ordered Wingstop. Big mistake… I was originally quoted 16-21 minutes from when I ordered to my order being completed. I arrived about 25 minutes after I placed my order and my order was not ready. No big deal sometimes the orders take slightly longer. After about 15 minutes of standing inside the establishment and not being greeted or talked to by an employee. I asked when my order would be ready as it had already been 40 minutes. The employee told me it would be 5 or so minutes until my order was ready, which I said was no big deal. 25 minutes later they called my order! I will not be ordering from this establishment ever again! These employees need a fire lit under them to get them moving any faster than a snails pace.
