The owner of the ones that don't fit was awful, and on top of that, when I asked him for change for tobacco, he gave me less and acted like he didn't know anything while arguing.

I was embarrassed to sit there, such a shame... Zero service, zero quality tapas, a complete mess. Now that's good enough for gorging yourself on beers and peanuts.

Since the change of ownership, it's been a terrible place. Chinese people took it over, and if it weren't for the Spanish waitress, they'd have lost everyone by now. The Chinese owner is very rude, and the wife doesn't understand anything.
