Marcel was attentive and recommended a dish to our daughter, who ate almost all of it since there was so much, and at 3 years old we can be happy with what she ate. The interior room smells terribly of fried food, the music is too loud, the waiting time is extremely long, not all the guests are served at the same time and my dish was forgotten (I had to follow up, I ate once everyone else had finished, not even a commercial gesture to apologize), the meat is overcooked and the fries are barely edible. My partner and I used to come to this place regularly, but today the service was terrible. At first, a very friendly and helpful Colombian guy served us. However, when we asked for the bill, it took us 10 minutes to call the waiter who was on duty (not the one who had served us initially; it's worth noting that he was also Latino, and I don't mean that in a derogatory way because I'm Latina too, but he doesn't seem like the right person for the job). When my partner saw that he wasn't paying attention to us, she whistled (unintentionally). This guy came over, and among the many things he said to him, he called him a bastard. We then called the manager, who came over. We explained what had happened and apologized for the whistle. He sided with the waiter and practically told us that if we weren't served, we should go to the bar ourselves (it doesn't seem right to me that they were paying attention to the other tables, and even though he saw us calling him, he ignored us and made a face). I've worked in customer service for a long time, and if I see something wrong, I tell the customer politely, without insulting them or using obscene language. Unfortunately, they lost two customers today!

"**Terrible service and disrespect.** We went to this place and were walking around and sat on the terrace. We were asked to wait until 10:00 a.m., and in the meantime, we sat on a bench in front.
