Hemos hecho el pedido a las 20:40 en la aplicación ponia que llegaba sobre 21:40-22:00, al ponerme en contacto con el "restaurante"sobre las 22:30 para preguntar como iba la cosa, recibo esta respuesta del restaurante. Nunca llego la comida.

The delivery person said they couldn't find my address, but I registered my address and it was given correctly. I called the restaurant asking them to deliver again and that I would pay the fee again, and they told me my order had been discarded and that it wouldn't be possible. They charged me the price of the food anyway, and I was left without my order. I demand proof that the address was incorrect, as I have a photo that shows the correct one.

We ordered two takeout meals. First, you can't choose a drink and they send you Coca-Cola directly. The order arrived quickly, at least, but they were two full kebabs, and two arrived with just meat and a pittance of sauce. The chips are also limited.

I ordered two kebabs for delivery and specifically requested plenty of white sauce. The dish arrived dry, with only half a small tub of yogurt as sauce. I've never had so little sauce with any kebab, which is the only thing that makes ordering a kebab worthwhile. I'll never order from here again.

Terrible service, the girl who works there is terrible, I don't even know how to fire her, she is rude on the phone, she answers very badly after ordering, very bad, they don't bring sauces, they often forget the potatoes and the dry durums because they don't even put sauces and on top of that, after it takes much longer, they charge you a lot for shipping, very bad... I will never order again, I always ordered there but something terrible always happens, I do not recommend it to anyone, do not order!!

Horrible delivery service. Don't order delivery even by calling the restaurant or using any delivery app (Uber Eats, Glovo, etc.). Calls went on for over two hours with no answer. I finally had to go to the restaurant to get my order, which I accepted because I was starving.

This is the second time in a row I've had to cancel my order. The first time, after waiting for over two hours and several attempts to call to check on the status. The second time (today), I didn't wait. As soon as the estimated (maximum) delivery time had passed, I canceled. Same problem: no one answers when I call.

A year ago I wrote a very positive review, but I feel compelled to change it. I've been a regular and loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened, because I didn't want to eat at any other kebab shop due to the quality and quantity of their products, but that's where things end. The food itself is good, and I have no complaints. However, the service has become increasingly deplorable. If I order a beer, it's poured incorrectly. If I order a specific Durum, they don't give me the ingredients I want. Not only that, but they try to cut corners as much as possible with the drinks included in the set menus. If the menu says it's 1 liter of soda, they give you two cans (0.6 liters), justifying it by saying that cans are too expensive. Furthermore, I used to be able to eat a Durum and be completely full. Now I'm left hungry because the Durums aren't filling enough anymore. Instead of improving, they're getting worse. I'm quite unhappy with the service and I'm done ordering from this kebab shop.
