Excellent pizza. They aren't skimpy with toppings. You must try! The red sauce is delicious and they bake the pizza to perfection! I usually pick it up after my hair appointments but I have had it delivered also!

BJ the owner is very nice. The pizza is awesome. We have had the garlic chicken and the 11 toppings. Both are very good. The pizza crust is soft and warm but crispy on the bottom. Service is usually pretty quick. Definitely a great pizza and happy to support a local business.

The pizza is great, and the service is impeccable. The owner is very friendly, and always has a smile on his face. There’s no better pizza in Castro Valley, and they have some big sizes for large groups. Giving the atmosphere three stars since you don’t dine in, but don’t let that stop you.

We had a big game and I knew we would be home too late to order any food. I called ahead and explained to the owner what the situation was and he ensured he could make our delivery the last of the night. When we got home our pizzas were waiting for us. He had even went out of his way top stack them on top of some nearby storage bins and placed a small plant on top so they would be undisturbed and the lid would stay closed. They care about their customers!

Pizza express NEVER fails! They have great pizza, chicken, salads and service. Boss Man (BJ) is the man. They have the best crust and they are beyond the best for the price. You won't be disappointed. There are 2 locations in CV...but even if you call the wrong one, they connect you to the other location. They deliver everywhere. BEST pizza in town.

BJ , the owner (and his family) , is/are awesome! He has stayed late to make a last minute pizza. They are ready quickly , the pizza flavor is delish!!... Also we recently tried the chicken curry pizza and was blown away by the flavor! They have gluten free options as well Our main favorite is all meat with Jalapeño

Every member of my large and extended family in Castro Valley has been ordering pizza from this place for as long as I can remember. The pizza has always been great. I've never had an issue with delivery or service. I'm all about supporting our local family businesses but they make it easy with their personal service.

Delicious 😋 local 🍕 I am impressed. The owner is kind and very welcoming, he made me feel like we've known each other for years even though that was my first time there. I was picking up an order for a retirement party at my job, those XXL pizzas were HUGE. They helped me put then in the trunk of my car. I'm going back for myself next time lol

My personal favorite pizza in East Bay. Dough is amazing and cheese is is perfectly done. I don’t know about the extras though, Buffalo wings were pretty meh at best. But rating comes from the pizza. I don’t know how it could not top of your list.

Very disappointed with Pizza Express on Center Street. I drove all the way over there just to be told they wouldn’t honor my gift certificate …even though it doesn’t have an expiration date. I asked why, and they gave me a vague excuse that made no sense. It felt misleading and honestly a bit manipulative. Why offer gift certificates if you won’t stand by them? I won’t be coming back.
