One Addict

I recently dined at Red Robin in Rancho Mirage, and I was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The menu offers a great variety, and the burgers were absolutely delicious – cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The bottomless fries were a nice touch, and our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Red Robin if you’re in the area and looking for a great dining experience

Marlene was a wonderful waitress. the food came out very good. never had a burger this juicy EVER! Bottomless fries too. we will come back. Service was spot-on.

The food was great. Bianca provided exceptional service, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only less satisfying part was the tab, 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks including tip was almost 100$. A bit pricey, but you have to keep the doors open somehow.

It wasn't busy. We waited to be seated, waited at the table for the order to be taken, but the food came out fast and was good. Kudos to the kitchen staff! Clean restrooms and restaurant. Unlimited fries and you can choose your sauce for your burgers.

We used to go to Red Robin's back when they were in Alberta but they all shut down so thought we would try it here. Overall it was really good. The fries are as good as we remembered except that they are not pre-seasoned but they have the seasoning on the table so definitely add it! For the burgers we did the southern charm and the new jalapeno heat wave. Both were really good and there was a good amount of toppings. The only thing that would make it better is the bread. The buns feel too generic and store bought for a restaurant specializing in burgers. The service was good and the atmosphere pretty nice so we would go back.

Although a chain, it's always a great, reliable restaurant when you want something. We didn't take additional of it, but the happy hour deals look great. The impossible burger was great. The unlimited fries were as yummy as ever.

As always, nice food quality. Although the service was a bit slow, we enjoyed our time here. Only ask to the restaurant is, why do you charge so much for tab games? Please keep in mind you will be charged a lot even for few minutes. A lot of burger varieties available and wait time was 0 on a weekend. Free parking available. Friday, 6pm, Longtime RR customers. Door greeter was, as usual, 100% professional and cheerful. Seated in 5 mins, we already sensed that the wait staff were falling behind. Our waitress was bright and cheerful. Ordered the Shroom burger and the 'new' Bacon Bleu Cheese (crumbled bits) burgers. THE $17 BURGERS: Supposed to come on a sesame seed bun. NOPE - Friday early evening and RR is out of their signature sesame seed buns! The Internals: The downsized shroom and the burger patty - Disappointingly lukewarm, with paltry 'fixins', paired with lukewarm fries. On the positive: shift manager came over to apologize for the sesame buns with a "What can I do to make it right?" It's my spouses b-day - we opted for the complimentary sundae and left it at that. We've been coming to this RR since it opened in 2004. Our last visit to this RR was marginal but we decided to give 'em another shot. Sadly, we won't be returning. Franchises like In'N'Out, Chick-fil-A, and for a few more bucks, the Yard House, Tony's and the Heyday, for tasty and consistent comfort fare, now have our business.

This Dead Robin needs new management. The restrooms are filthy and it has been like that for a long time as the filth is accumulative. It has a crust built up it been there there so long. If the restrooms are filthy the kitchen is filthy also. The drains are leaking under the lavatories and urinals, the floor is stained and cleaning supply are store under the opened sink area where little kids can get to them. Very unsafe and unsanitary conditions. All of these things are against county code. What is the white stuff in the floor in the corner and along where the wall tile meets the floor tile? The Health Department needs to do an unannounced inspection. What is the current Health Department rating??? Please read my other reviews to see that I am not someone who just complains about little problems. Normally I will ask to see the manager and thank them for a job well done by their staff but time didn't allow for that as we were in a rush to get back on the road and this restaurant was bad for a large national chain.

Could not eat the food. The fish was terrible. Watery liquid shot out when cut open. Slimy and had a bad smell. The fries were overloaded with salt.we will never go back.

I’ve been here many times, but this visit was disappointing. A simple misunderstanding with our waitress spiraled into noticeably poor service, and it never recovered. When I spoke with the manager, it was obvious she’d already framed the situation in a way that wasn’t accurate. He assumed the issue was about the kids’ mac and cheese, which told me he hadn’t taken any time to actually understand what happened. His reaction made it seem like her behavior was acceptable. The food is good, though a bit overpriced, but the service on this visit wasn’t worth the time or the money. Misunderstandings happen — that’s part of restaurant life — but how staff handle them matters. Management needs to take the initiative to listen, ask questions, and support their team in delivering better service. Some training and accountability would go a long way here.

Absolute horrible . Our server was Richard and he was pathetic .Omg where do I start ! Did not know how to touch the table, could not suggestive sell a cocktail or appetizers . It was like rush rush rush . I ordered an appetizer to start as soon as they came out he was in a hurry to take my main entree order. Let the customers finish first . Never came back in 2 bites or 2 mins to check on how our entree was . Nor did he check on refills or come back and ask if we wanted dessert . Now my family and I have been going to Red Robin since 1987 . I’m a professional bartender/server so I know service . Service has gone down hill at this location If you can’t do your job get out and that also means dress the part don’t look like you just rolled out of bed !!
