Slow service, really not many customers there

This McDonald's just doesn't have enough employees. Breakfast sandwiches are pretty good here, and there crispy chicken sandwiches are better than other McDonald's it seems. However, it is a long wait unless you are the only one there. It has gotten better though!

Modern with fireplace and televisions as well as electrical sockets for charging phones and using computers mark this location, however often in the drive thru you will not receive what you have ordered. I would rate their ability to provide the proper order for my own family to be about 4:1 for every 4 right meals delivered there is one totally wrong. Often it has to do with the 'doubles' being only singles. I would recommend never leaving the check out without checking first.

Past few times we’ve been here it takes ages to get our food no matter what. Alone today 8/5 we waited 20 min with an online order just to cancel because nothing was moving

Slowest drive thru ever and consistent. Not a warm or comfortable dining room either.

This place was filthy.! I had to ask them to come clean the tables. Messed up our order. Fish sandwich was ordered, received chicken instead in a fish box. Another person there ordered chicken sandwich and it was in a fish box and it was fish...good thing she wasnt allergic to fish! Worst McDonalds EVER!

They are always understaffed and it takes twice as long as other McDonald’s that I go to. I typically go here around seven to 8:00 PM on my way home from school and it always takes forever to get my meal The food however, is good and the people that are working there are friendly. It’s just there’s not enough people working there and normally the menu are missing which is annoying.

I do not like pickles. If given the opportunity to order something without pickles, I will do so. No pickles. Right there on the label...and next to it are the pickles (one bitten into) that were on the burger. Not the end of the world, of course, but c'mon.

While the food was okay the dining room was a filthy from the floors, tables, walls and the crud around the drink station was disgusting. So gross! Bathroom was not to bad believe it or not. They had quite a few employees on and no one came out to check the dining room area. Sad as they have a beautiful store and location 😕 Sunday 3-9-19 1:00 pm

VERY COLD, I understand that it was 7° outside but I could see my breath at our table! Service was friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were much smaller than in the past (months) and other McDonald's.

Eeeeh...not up to McDonalds standards. Manager working drive thru cranky to say the least. Here on a Friday morning this time. Manager at drive thru bit our head off when we asked a question. She was talking on head set...we couldn't tell if she was asking us something. Always short staffed there. Come on you guys can do better!! NO line at 8 00 am..hmmm

Bar none the worst service experience every time I am forced to stop here. Whether I order on the app for counter service at the counter or through the drive-thru you can count on a 10 plus minute wait with only one car in the line. I'm sure it is a result of staffing but it's to the point of insanity . Just close the doors if you can't serve fast food fast.

It's not just about the 20+ minute wait, it's the fact that the frie container wasn't even filled to the top. If you're going to be slow, atleast compensate appropriately and give people what their paying for bc 20 wasted minutes and a half filled frie is not it!

I work in Cazenovia unfortunately so not many other places to go . But this place consistently has been awful to deal with . They take forever to do the simplest thing drive thru or counter it doesn't matter your gonna wait and wait some more. Late for work and late coming coming back from lunch about all their good for . Avoid if at all possible.

Worse, mcdonald's, we ever ate at.Please.Do not eat their food. The kitchen is nasty.The bathrooms are nasty.The walls are nasty.The floors are nasty.The doors are nasty.The tables are nasty garbage was overflowing. It was just a big turnoff.The card reader was broken. I think the dumpster outside was cleaner than the inside of mcdonald's. The backsplash for the french fries were was nasty where the cups were was nasty.They had a nasty grease bucket up next to the counter near food the food nasty. Had this wiped your hand under the soap dispenser ton times before you got soap in the woman's room. The sink was nasty, the bathroom was nasty. I really have nothing nice to say about this place expected iam sorry I stopped . I asked, who cleans the bathroom or did that person get fired?And that's why the bathroom wasn't clean. I asked if they fired the night in janitor because the garbage was overflowing and the carpets weren't vacuumed.

The service was so slow I contemplated just leaving and going to a sit down resteraunt . Three cars in the drive through and it's took over 20 min to get my food. Dont go there for fast food because it's slow food. 11/15/23 stoll garbage service. So slow.

Slowest service ive ever seen for a McDonald's. 1 person making all the food and bagging all the food. Sucks.

Ever since this place got rebuilt it has been nothing but upsetting. Hours of business is always wrong. Mostly rude staff. Order is almost always messed up and takes 30 minutes to get your food. The only reason this place gets business is because it costs an arm and a leg to eat anywhere around here

Went there tonight. Waited for 10 minutes in the closer drive thru line. Reached the order box was told by another customer in the other line that that order box wasn't working. No signs were posted outside the drive thru saying that the box wasn't working. I drove around the building and got back in the other drive thru line. Waited about 20 minutes in that line to order food. Meanwhile people in the other line that I just came from were now ordering food. Got to the second window and paid for my food. Received 2 chocolate milks and was told to pull up to the front of the building and someone would bring me out my food. Waited about 10 minutes in front of drive thru window because other cars were wrapped around the building so I couldn't pull up to the front. No one ever brought me out food. I decided to get back in the drive thru line to get a refund. I wasn't bringing my 5 and 7 year old kids inside Mcdonalds for a refund. I waited another 10-20 minutes in line again for the refund. The guy at the window told me he had to get a manger to do the refund. I could hear him talking about me asking for a refund and saying that he loved his job sarcastically. After he left the window a manger came over after about 5 minutes. She didn't apologize for me not getting my order. She then asked what I had ordered and started looking thru receipts. I could hear her saying something about my order being missing to the other employee. Then gave me my refund. It took over an hour for the whole ordeal. All I got was a refund, 2 chocolate milks and 2 very disappointed hangry children. I will never return to this mcdonalds! Employees were rude and service was awful! Ended up making dinner at home instead.

Management does a horrible job keeping their crew together, the filters for the fryers are supposed to get changed once or twice a day and it would go over a week, grills aren’t kept clean. The harder you work the more they expect you to do less. No one prioritizes cleaning the bathroom and lobby, and schedules aren’t done until that week half the time.

The service is extremely slow. Waited for 15 minutes and when I finally got my food, the fries were stone cold.

The place was the dirtiest McDonald's that I've ever been. The rest rooms made us cringe. The vent above the order station were caked with black dust. You cant blame that on the night crew. Under-staffing made for an awkwardly long wait despite being the only ones in the place. Finally you guessed it, they got the order wrong.

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I put in a mobile order an hour ago and it's not done. I swear this place as a minimum 15 to 35+ Minute wait time

Can’t rate the food. Placed my order at the drive in.. waited over 20 minutes… left! This place is a constant mess and Mc Donald’s should close it, or change management/franchisee.

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 min. Got to the window to pay, employee answered her cell phone and walked away. Drove to second window, asked to pay there. Was handed drinks, then instructed to pull around agai to wait for food. Still waiting... Worst McDonald's I have experience bu far.

Wow. Sorry for bothering you by coming to your store. Made curbside order. Food came out coke had no ice and I asked why because this is not the first time I was served a soft drink without ice without me asking for such. Well she rudly grabs the soda and as a self check I made sure I didn't give her an attitude, attitude all good. So when she comes back out again very rude she shoves the soda at me after I said thank you and Begins rudly telling me off as she is walking away. I usually go here 2 or 3 times a week. Now will be zero times. I don't want to bother anyone with my patronage.

Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish, starting with the dirty dining area, complete with an over flowing trash can, to the horrible service , to the 20 minute wait to receive your COLD, dried out food! EVERYONE that were dining in were talking about the horrible service and cold food. We tossed most of the food out, and will NEVER step inside that building again. Unbelievable...

They mess up order regularly! To point where I won't go back which is sad as they are the only fast food place in town Decided to get breakfast today get 3 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins that the only thing we ordered not complicated right , there was no one else in line they were not busy at all, get the bag have 3 sandwiches ☑️ but not one sandwich had a egg in them ..... This place is by far from fast 37 min to the window from ordering. Feel bad horribly under staffed . Avoid this place unless you are in no rush at all.

This mcdonalds is the worst one I've ever frequented. I've waited over 30 minutes for a 10 piece value meal at the front counter. They focus on drive thru orders and screw everyone at the front counter. This place is ridiculous.

Horrible service, horrible attitudes. Just had to get a refund after waiting for a simple Egg McMuffin for 15 minutes. Asked if my order was almost ready and was told by THE MANAGER that they were too busy with the drive thru to fulfill my order and that I would have to wait till they got caught up. They weren't too busy to take my money in the dining room but they were too busy to fulfill my order, funny how that works. Avoid like the plague.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 1 car ahead of me. This has happened multiple times. Orders are always incorrectly served or cold by the time you get to the window.

Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich had about two strips of shredded lettuce and absolutely no tomato whatsoever — this all after a five minute wait at the window and 15 minute wait in line. I know McDonald’s isn’t exactly a five star restaurant, but you’d think they could at least provide better service than this. Go to another nearby location if you’re able to; this place is not worth it.

Dining room was absolutely disgusting. Dusts, dead bugs and cobwebs on windowsills. Splatters and grease on the walls. Multiple tables had not been wiped recently. Food and food wrapping on the floor. Food was brought cold. This was our 3rd visit in last 2 months and unfortunately the conditions were the same on each visit.

Waited 20 minutes for one meal, everyone "working" was screaming at each other that nobody was actually working. The man waiting to order at the counter was deliberately being ignored.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. You’ll Wait 20 minutes for your food, even if you’re the only car in line and the food is always cold. I have never gotten warm fresh food from this place. Lights were also all shut off as if it was closed at 8pm on a Saturday.

My wife and kids went to get dinner and they waited an hour to only find out the food hadn’t even been started yet. The manager said that they were prioritizing the drive thru and didn’t seem to care. We will not be going back to this location.

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes with many people behind me and no one talking over the speaker. I finally said hello trying to figure out what was going on and the worker was extremely rude so I ended up leaving after wasting my time waiting. This isn’t my first bad experience here either.

Went there around 6pm Sunday. The food was not fresh. The workers were in there listening to obscene music. It was dark out and the parking lot was pitch black. The lights on the building are pointed at the building. For an expensive town, their McDonald's is awful.

Horrible!!!! If you like waiting 30 minutes in a drive-thru, then definitely go here. Or if you would like to go to a restaurant and then find out that you can't even side, go here. Or if you like to be asked to pull forward and then they never bring your food out to you anyway, then definitely go here. This is the worst McDonald's on the planet!!! Oh, and don't go through the right drive-thru, because they'll help three cars in a row in the left drive-thru before taking an order from the right drive-thru. This McDonald's is completely understaffed and should be shut down. Unless you have 30 minutes to dedicate to a drive-thru order, do not go here!

How anyone is rating this above 2 stars blows my mind. Time and time again they will mess up orders. Forget to put things in bags. Put wrong ingredients on your sandwich. And if it is given to you correctly the food will be lukewarm. The staff and management obviously don’t care because these issues happen on the regular. I read a review that said ever since the remodel this place has been disappointing. I couldn’t agree more. This McDonald’s used to be somewhat exciting and almost felt like a destination. Now it’s a place to avoid.

Between 2-5 there are only two employees working and even a small order of one milkshake took over fifteen minutes. The milkshake itself was overpriced and was way too small. There were no deals for national drive thru day unlike many other fast food places. Hopefully they fix these errors.

Typically not a fan of McDonalds however, quick stop on the way through. Cleanest part of the whole place was the mulch landscaping outside. Kiosk was broke inside and help was scarce. Young girl at the counter didn't acknowledge an order was needed for several minutes, no eye contact and when she did it was met with an eye roll. Not one table had been cleaned and yet another table still had butter, syrup and jelly packets from breakfast. It was 7 pm! Flies all over, floors were nasty, want me to continue??? I thought this company paid fairly well and could at least teach staff how to be courteous. Cleanliness goes a LONG way McDonalds.

The dozens of times I’ve been here, I’ve always had to wait at least ten minutes to get my food no matter what method of ordering I do. When I do go inside, it was always dirty and tables were hardly cleaned.

22 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, saw only 1 other customer that whole time

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been to this location a total of 3 times and every time it took upwards of 45 minutes to get the food and this last time we didn’t even get to our food. We started our order at the kiosk and just had to pay at the counter. Simple right? Continued to stand at the counter for over 30 minutes and no one came up to the register. They didn’t even acknowledge us or the 6 people waiting behind us that were still waiting to even order their food. Will not be back again.

What the heck takes this place so long? 17 mins to get 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and a medium frie. This is ridiculous!! I hope the owners actually read these reviews and can make changes to fix this!!!

9am on a Saturday and only open for drive through. Despite posting on the doors saying the restaurant should have been open - all doors were locked - with no explanation. We went to the nearby bagel place which was nice.

Well after wairing over 7 minutes waiting for 2 big Mac's & an order of fries i now have a totally different opinion of what " Fast Food " is. 🤣 They weren't busy so it's got to be the " No Help" problem that seems to be everywhere anymore.

Ordered on the app. It took 27 mins from the time I received the email confirming order placed and when the food arrived at the counter. It's up to you to decide if you want to stop here or go somewhere else. Sandwiches were also a bit on the dry side.

Stopped here for a cup of coffee. Waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and still didn't make it up to the speaker to place my order. Many cars started driving off without ordering. Went inside to order, took another 15 minutes to get my cup of coffee. Will not be back.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Saw the managers yelling and cussing out at an employee. Will not be returning here, such a shame since i am a regular here.

15 minute life draining wait in the drive thru for breakfast. The store was NOT busy and we didn't order a lot or anything special. No one came to tell us why the wait was long, didn't pull us ahead to help the people behind us. They just plain DON'T CARE. Management is clearly lacking and by the looks of the other reviews we aren't the only unhappy customers. I doubt anything will change so we will never order from there again.

This will be the last time I ever spend money there. The building is new, but filthy. It took 15 plus minutes to get 2 meals. And longer the last time I stopped with my mother. 30 minutes!! Everyone waiting were very mad and annoyed at how the staff didn't seem to care that there was such a long wait. I understand short staffing..I work in Healthcare, but this McDonalds has never been fast! My husband worked in Caz for years and said that he could get lunch faster at the Caz bowling alley!! The food both times I went was not even warm, it was stone cold!! The poor elderly couple in front of us had waited 15 minutes or so for 1 sandwich and 2 coffee's! Unfriendly staff and they seemed very disorganized. Nor did they care there was a line of people waiting. It did not make them move any faster nor did they apologize for the wait. Very poor service. This place need better management..

A family member and myself had stopped at this location on our way to a destination a few hours away from home. The drive thru line was extremely long and hadn't moved in 5 minutes so we decided to go inside to order. My family member stepped up to the counter as I proceeded to the restroom. When I returned, there were two more people standing in line behind my family member (who was still at the counter). I could see one staff member talking with an online-order customer and it was clear that their order was wrong. 5+ minutes later the other customer received their correct order. We all continued to stand in line....I asked my family member if they were waiting for our order....they said they hadn't even been helped yet. We all stood there for another 5+ minutes. No one came to the counter. The staff member we had seen before seemed to have disappeared, not to be heard from again. Those of us in line decided to leave and go elsewhere....4 of us. I understand that all businesses are low on staff....but the staff member did not once to say "we'll be with you in just a moment" or "thank you for your patience". Not a word. The customer is not always right but it should always be good practice to interact with your customers.

They close early when they feel like it, only they don't let the app know so it charges me for the meal that I can't get because they're closed. Also this place is amazingly slow and they get orders wrong on a regular basis.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Consistently the slowest service. Even with a mobile order you’ll be waiting in the drivethru for 10+ minutes. On top of that the food isn’t even fresh.

The location sucks and the posted hours are wrong on Google and other sites. Several times I've been disappointed by this store. Edit: more disappointed. I'm the fool to try again. Waited in line for 1 car 20 minutes. Unsatisfactory

Go to Oneida or Canastota instead. Their shake machine was "dirty" and I sat in the drive through waiting for my mobile order for 12 mins before someone told me. To make matters worse, the manager didn't apologize, and claimed she didn't know how to refund my order because I used PayPal in the app. Will never go there again.

Poor customer service skills, the workers are extremely rude and miserable. They talk to customers with no respect, roll their eyes, make faces and act as if they are upset they work at a McDonald's to begin with. Disgusting attitude from everyone there.

This Mc Donald’s should be shut down… it is a filthy dirty store and a health hazard….absolutely disgusting. The worst facility I have ever encountered…. Dirt and stains with food on the floors everywhere. Tables never wiped down from breakfast time 8 hours before… Jelly and butter containers. Toilets not cleaned and soap empty …. And the rudest most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. All THREE of them. Waited 18 minutes in the drive through last evening at 5:00 PM . The line barely moved…. two people behind me, drove off after giving up waiting…. When I finally got to the window, paid and got my simple order, it was stone cold and the medium fries were brittle like sticks. The “ Medium “ portion for just under $4 was ridiculous. Tiny ! The food was completely inedible. I threw it away. Went back this morning for a refund and they refused at first saying come back later when we have some cash ? No apology, nothing .. Came back at 10:00 AM and the bored, untrained cashier just put the cash down and walked away without saying a word… Unbelievable ignorance ….. And I was being very polite about it ! Not a care in the world… Shut this place down ….

Yet,another disappointing stop at this McDonald's. The staff were pleasant enough. However, my order was wrong for a second visit. I ordered 2 quarter pounds from the $1 menu and a diet coke. What I ended up with was 1 quarter pounder with cheese and a large diet coke. The quarter pounder was a little more than room temperature, but this visit at least the cheese was melted. My first time here in a while and I stood in front of the counter and waited for someone to wait on me. At least 2 people from behind the counter looked at me . They went back to what they were doing.

Absolutely horrible. I went through the drive thru (I had a toddler in a car seat and a dog in the back) which was very long. Then had to wait about 10 minutes in line. I then pay, am not given a receipt and am told to pull around to the front because my order isn’t ready. I’m now the 5th car in line waiting on orders that aren’t ready. Not a single employee came outside to deliver orders for the 15 minutes that I sat there. Finally one car got out of line and went inside. He came back out with his food. This started a trend so the rest of us went in. I drag my toddler out of the car to go stand inside for what feels like 5 hours. We can all see that there are about 10 bags lined up waiting to be filled. By what? Who knows. The employees in the back are singing and dancing around not even caring about the swarm of angry customers who just came in. One family decided just to leave even though they already paid and told customers coming in to turn around because the employees have no idea what they’re doing. When I was approached I told him I wasn’t given a receipt and that I ordered a cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget and medium fry. He then searches through bags, asks me if I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon..no I did not. Asks me if I ordered a Big Mac.. no I did not. I then repeat my order to him. He found some bag that already had fries in it then made the rest of my order. They weren’t working on any of our orders and I don’t think they had any plan to. One gentleman was ignored when he asked for a manager… 3 times. The gentleman that was in front of me in the car line said that he was there for over an hour. I pulled in at 2:13 and left at 3:03. Will never touch this location again. Oh and the fries were cold

They do NOT honor their own receipts with the survey validation codes on them after you take the time to complete their surveys, even though they are receipts from their store.

The LOUD mouth manager was so busy engaging in a discussion with someone with another employee standing there gawking that they couldn’t bother to actually…. You know…. Serve a customer. Stood there for some time before she loudly said at me did you order something? Charmer.

Brutally slow. The drive-through screen were broken, and the line didn’t move for 10 minutes. With the way the drive-through is designed, you couldn’t leave even if you wanted to. And once a kid is promised a Happy Meal, there’s no skipping. Fast food? For $40, avoid this location if possible.

The absolute worst McDonald's in the area. Long wait times, wrong orders, and the manager likes to argue with customers that call them out on messed up orders. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Burgers and chicken are way better at caz sports bowl anyway. They are located right around the corner from crapdonalds

Waited 20 minutes for my food, they weren't even that busy. We ordered for eat in and had a table tent. We still had to go up and grab the food that was packed for to-go, not on a tray for easy eat in. My milkshake barely had any whipped cream in it, as if they didnt even try. Most of the tables were a mess as well and the staff was more concerned about "who's phone was connected" than timely service and a clean lobby.

Stopped here for lunch. Raw sewage in woman’s bathroom everywhere. Awful. Managers on site but didn’t seem to care. Burger buns were literally soggy wet mush. Would not recommend this location.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 mcChickens and a 4 piece nugget. Now I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take that long to cook up some chicken. Not sure what they’re doing back there but it seems to be anything but preparing my food. So much for my lunch break. Avoid this place if you’re looking for anything resembling *fast* food. I could have gotten a burger at a restaurant quicker than this joke of a McDonald’s.

Took half an hour to get one coffee, management is horrible here and service is absurdly slow. They only care about serving the drive thru line. Lady infront of me wanted a refund but there was no money in the register to give her a refund.

if i could give this place a 0/5 stars i would. i never received my food when i ordered it ahead of time, i got there to pickup my order which wasn’t there and when i brought it to their concern they were very rude. they claimed they “never received my order” and when i showed them my confirmation code to that specific location and proof of being charged they just said they wouldn’t make it. mind you i had to wait an hour before i was even told they were done with my order. horrible customer service.

Probably one of the worst mcdonald's in the country, legitimately. Frappe has been marked unavailable on the drive thru menu for going on 6 months, ice cream machine down every single night around dinner time - you know, the time people ... want desert? Food is inconsistent and takes forever. I get breakfast here a few times a month and it's a complete gamble whether it will be nearly burnt or soggy. Needs to be completely rehauled by corporate. Edit: Yet another noteworthy awful experience. Waited over 5m at the drive thru menu patiently, got annoyed and said "hello?" only to be answered extremely rudely. Then ended up waiting another 10m+ behind a single car that ordered 1 thing. And again, arrived at 7:48am with only 2 cars in front of me for a quick coffee and hash browns. It is now 8:04 and the first car in line still has not received their food. Beyond unacceptable, corporate absolutely needs to fire everyone at this location and start from scratch.

Waited on line for at least 15 minutes and watched other cars in the other lane get called before us. We kepr saying "hello " and nothing. We finally said enough and just drove up to window to order. When tge gal finally came to window she had a scowl and said "I was helping other customers" ao hubby ordered a smores Flurry and ahe said they ran out. He said he wanted an Oreo Flurry and after a few minutes she said "we are out of Ice cream". We just wasted so much time and wished we knew there was no ice cream before we sat for 15+ minutes! Will not go back!

The place never ceases to amaze me as to how terrible it is. There is always a ridiculous wait, sometimes 20+ minutes for a small order, even with one or two cars in the drive through. The staff is generally rude and miserable. Save yourself time and get a better meal from Caz Sports Bowl. This place should be shut down, clearly the owners don’t read these reviews, as it has not gotten any better over the years, worse, in fact. The only positive I’ll say is that the food is usually good and they get the orders right.

As per the other reviews: a 15-20 minute wait with no one in the restaurant and one vehicle in the drive thru is ridiculous. Hats off to the fella making the food. He did his job. The gal running the show however……. Here’s an idea - less talking and more working. Whether you know the person at the drive thru or not. You have a job to do.
