We arrived with high expectations due to their previous success, "El Coshis." Initially, everything was fine; we received a warm welcome. After being seated, the service became slow, but understandable given the number of customers and limited staff. After our order was taken, the first dish, which was supposed to be chicken wings, arrived with the wrong order and was also raw inside. When we mentioned the issue, the manager apologized and went back to the bar to drink with what we believe were colleagues. Next, we ordered ribs, which also arrived with the wrong sauce. We also had to ask for basic supplies (cutlery, salt, etc.) several times. In the end, it wasn't what we expected, nor was the atmosphere what we hoped for or enjoyed. We were charged for the raw wings even though we barely touched them, as they were clearly unusable. We were completely disappointed with the experience and don't think we'll ever return to a place like that. RECOMMENDATION: Check if your dishes are at least cooked properly.
