I went to the place based on recommendations and because they're always busy. My first experience there was different than I imagined, but I went there a second time and it was a real revolution. Now I understand why they're so busy. I ordered a mixed yakimeshi, which was perfectly cooked and had a balanced flavor from all the ingredients. Then I ordered a sushi with cheese, which I also liked. I approached the chef and gave him my opinions, and they were very helpful. Of course, I'll keep coming back, especially for the yakimeshi.

It's a place that feels like home, and they're trying their best to grow. The prices are super affordable compared to the big sushi chains and even the competition nearby. A suggestion is to add kushiage to accompany the skewers, not to pack the rice too tightly in the maki rolls, grill and season the grilled chilies, add a few more drinks, and maybe run a promotion or two. ;) As a costing tip, I recommend Kume or Super Oriental. The experience was average, with clear areas for improvement. The place receives a lot of customers, and although the staff tries hard, they are overwhelmed, resulting in very long wait times for service and food. It took far too long to be served. We ordered kushagues, and overall, the breading had a very strong floury taste. I understand that this type of preparation requires it, but in this case, it overpowered the flavor of the filling. Our bill was close to $400, so the value for money could be improved; it consisted mainly of soup and two rolls. The space is adequate, and they have fresh water available, which is a plus. It's clear that there are about four staff members working constantly, but the workload exceeds their current capacity. With better organization or more staff, the experience could be significantly improved.
