Austrias Pollo Frito Cdmx Reviews
A neighborhood spot with delicious, well-prepared food. The dishes are very flavorful; you can tell they cook with homemade seasoning, and the portions are generous. Ideal for a relaxed meal that leaves you satisfied. That said, the service is a bit slow, especially when it's busy, so come prepared. Even so, the food and atmosphere make it worthwhile. A great place in the area. 👍🍽️
It's been a while since I've had time to write a review. I ended up at this place because I go to the gym nearby, and yesterday I was starving. I decided to go in, and it was the best decision I made. First, they gave me a glass of PERFECT orange juice—not too acidic and not overly sweet. Then came a plate of melon, and then the main course: crispy tacos with the best shredded cheese I've ever tasted. Delicious! Honorable mention for the coffee. I was truly blown away by this place and will definitely be back. Since everything is so delicious, you have to be patient because they have a lot of phone orders and are busy with other customers there, but nothing alarming… from the time I arrived until I tasted the first thing they served me, it took a maximum of 15 minutes.
The service is very friendly and the food is plentiful and delicious. The chicken enfrijoladas were amazing and the Veracruz-style coffee perfectly complemented the flavor of the breakfast.
The food is excellent. We've been coming almost daily for 10 years, either for lunch or breakfast. The owner is a lovely lady who knows her customers well and really pampers us. It's homemade food, and all my family and friends love it. Regards, Claudia Ortiz
I invite Benjamin to come back to this place where we also teach civics lessons, the kind they taught us in school, where we learn to treat everyone with respect and not to turn our backs on people. To always communicate with patience. But since it's not a civics school, we recommend you come to this place where more than 10 years of service and culinary awards back it up. I've been coming here since I started high school next door, and there isn't a single dish I wouldn't recommend. The lady is always busy and attending to all her customers with the kindness of mothers of yesteryear, and of course, we've sometimes gotten a scolding for not being patient. But nothing that can't be forgiven with the amazing flavor of the chef who cooks there and who, in my very humble opinion, is the best chef in Narvarte. We'll be back soon, hungry.
The food is always delicious, the staff are attentive and helpful, it's often busy to get in, but it's worth the wait!
Food is great, good taste and quality. The waiters are kind and friendly. The only thing I don’t really like is that I bring the kitchen smell with me.
It's an affordable and delicious restaurant. They serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday. They're closed on Sunday. Deliciousness is guaranteed. Whatever you order will be well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, in generous portions, and inexpensive. The breakfast menu is fixed, while the lunch menu changes daily with both gourmet and traditional Mexican and international options. Just be sure to allow extra time, as service can be a bit slow, but it's worth it. They only accept cash, and a generous tip is appreciated. Street parking is available, but it's limited.
To begin with, the place is very clean, the staff is well-groomed, and the menu is very complete and varied. Oh, and the food is delicious! The dishes are beautifully presented. They don't serve dessert, but it's not necessary, as the portions are very generous. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Ordered here food to go, amazing breakfast and fresh orange juice. Place is nice and clean, personnel is friendly and attentive, food delicious and pricing is good.
Excellent service, delicious food, and an interesting 1950s restaurant theme. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout. Prices vary depending on the dishes, but in my opinion, they are reasonable and in line with what they offer. Without a doubt, it's one of the best places in Narvarte for a great meal.
Love it.❤️
Popular with local families and office workers, the food is tasty. My only complaint is that the portions can be a bit small and there's no dessert. But if you go, the pasta is delicious and the stews, with their somewhat fancy names, are very good. It's a shame they don't serve dessert.
True to its name, the seasoning at this place is their specialty! The flavor of their dishes is well worth it, and the presentation is lovely. They have a varied and interesting menu. The service can be a little slow at times, but overall it's a good option for eating in the area. The flan with rompope is a favorite!
The food was good, but the service was very unfriendly, especially from the manager; she was rude. The waitress brought you the first course, but for the second and third, you have to wait for the manager to come to your table to take your order, which can take a very long time. If you ask her to please serve you because you've been waiting for more than 10 minutes, she gets angry. She's done this to me more than 10 times. TERRIBLE SERVICE
The staff were terrible at treating customers. I complained because they wouldn't give me a table to sit with my family, as other people were sitting right next to us and we arrived after them. The older manager was incredibly rude; she practically kicked us out. Then some spoiled brat (I assume he's her son) came out and started yelling insults at us and even threatened to hit us. Seriously, don't go there.
The only reason I came back is the excellent quality of the food, and that's thanks to the STAFF. I came back today and there's no service because the staff didn't show up. It's clear to me that the problem here is the rudeness of the owner, who acts like a troglodyte with the diners and YELLS AND INSULTS her staff constantly. In an ideal world, this woman should be escorted out in handcuffs for moral abuse and never interact with anyone again. She's unfit to live in society; I'm not surprised the cooks have quit their jobs.
