Café Kulto Cdmx Reviews
I’ve ordered here a pizza for my kids 4 days in a row. They loved it. They didnt want to dine anywhere else. So… what can i say :) Highly recommended:)
We usually order pizzas to end the workshops we give at the studio and it is a perfect finishing touch. Eskerrik asko! Dena beti bezain joy eta punctual! Errepikatuko dugu seguru!
I'm sorry about the reviews, because the pizzas are delicious and they were delivered to our house in the time indicated. For a moment, I didn't think about ordering because of the reviews, and thank goodness I didn't, because the pizzas are good.
Somewhat hidden in the back alley but awesomesauce pizza. Highly recommend.
We think they're delicious! Different pizzas, fast delivery and pickup service. Last time we ordered the Neapolitan and it was a bit greasy. The rest of the pizzas we've tried were very good. The truffle pizza is spectacular! Good quality/price ratio
Tonight, my partner and I had dinner at Totó pizzeria in Algorta. Since it was Tuesday, it was practically empty, so the service was quick and excellent. We ordered a Milanese pizza (tomato, mozzarella, gorgonzola, pear, walnuts, and arugula)—simply spectacular! They have Italian beers on the menu, including the well-known Peroni. For dessert, we had homemade tiramisu. The bill came to €22 (€11 per person) for the pizza, two Peroni beers—one of them a double malt—and the tiramisu.
Always delicious and fresh. Great, friendly service. Our favorite place in town.
We ordered the Emiliana pizza and it was delicious, the combination of ingredients was perfect. The only drawback was that it had few cherry tomatoes and the dough was a little burnt, but it tasted spectacular. As for delivery, it was extremely fast; the pizza arrived in 15 minutes. On the downside, I would highlight that the pizza arrived cold despite the speedy delivery.
Having eaten several times at the Sopelana location, we decided to try the Algorta branch, which shares the same menu. We ordered two whole pizzas: a Venetian and a Vibonese. Both were delicious (especially the Vibonese), and the gourmet ingredients were evident. Perhaps the pizza's only drawback is its very thin crust, which isn't very filling and loses its texture quite quickly as it cools. It would be nice if they offered more appetizers besides salads. However, the pizzas are good, and they prepare them for takeout super fast.
The pizza is great, the service could improve!
It was nice while it lasted. My partner and I tend to eat at this place quite a bit. Whether it's delivery, pickup, or just eating there with friends. We almost always order the same thing: she's got a Sorrento pizza with double buffalo mozzarella. So far, she estimates she's eaten around 50. In short, she knows exactly what they're made of and what they should be. It turns out that on the last few delivery orders, she's been noticing that they didn't have enough extra buffalo mozzarella to justify the extra €1.60 it costs. On our last delivery order, we decided to let them know to please take the order into account, given what happened on recent occasions. It turns out that that day the pizza arrived with double of everything, loaded with ham and regular mozzarella, which my partner wasn't entirely convinced about. Tonight we decided to give it a second chance by ordering a pickup (so I could check the quantity of buffalo mozzarella at the establishment), and it was a pittance. With the lid open, I asked the waiter if they had double the buffalo mozzarella, and he said yes, that one portion is half, and two portions is a whole mozzarella ball. Seeing him so confident, I believed him and took them home. Once home, my partner complained about the quantity, and I decided to complain. Just seeing me arrive with the pizza, he told me there was a mix-up with the cook and that he had accidentally given me half of a half (or something like that). They offered to make me another one, respecting the order, and so far so good, "the customer had a problem and we solved it with our best face" (both the cook and the waiter were very nice), but from my point of view it wasn't like that. I placed an order for two pizzas and two desserts (I'm looking forward to trying the cannoli because I think it's new, but the dough is too thick, they're very uncomfortable to eat, too dry). I had to go back and forth twice in bad weather and with some rain, which isn't fun at all, and on top of that, my pizza was getting cold at home while they repeated my partner's. In that regard, I think the staff (or management, I don't know who makes these decisions) should have more empathy with their customers; some kind of compensation would have been the right thing to do, in my opinion. It turns out that the pizza they repeated was also heavily loaded with mozzarella and ham, and my partner could only eat half of it and was reluctant, but oh well, that's not important. I guess we won't be back for a long time. That said, our experience was extraordinary; the food is delicious, and you won't regret it if you go for lunch/dinner.
A very bad experience. We called before ordering to confirm that the price on the website was correct, and they told us it was. We placed the order, and an hour later, having heard nothing, we called to check the status. Not only had they not started preparing it, but they also informed us that online orders have errors and, in addition, they are delayed by phone or in-store orders, regardless of the wait time. When I asked how long it would take, the response was that it wasn't a priority and that they would process other orders first. Basically, they invited us to cancel, which we did. It's a shame, because with that customer service, I won't be returning or recommending it.
Since they were delicious years ago, we decided to order a pizza. Big mistake. They burn them, and when we asked if they couldn't avoid burning them, they said they'd be raw. They admitted they don't know how to cook pizzas properly. I got two for 26 euros, and we're going to throw one away because it's unappetizing. I asked them to remake the pizzas and make sure they were cooked properly, and they refused. I didn't insist because I didn't like the staff's attitude, and I wouldn't have trusted them with the next pizzas. From the counter, you can watch the cook finish your pizza; I saw him removing burnt pieces and picking out "things" from what I was about to eat. It's a shame; I thought it was the best pizzeria in Algorta. Neither my friends nor my family will ever eat at El Toto again, at least not the one in Algorta.
