Excellent service! I went to buy bread and it was still a while from baking, but they were very kind and gave me a Caramel pastry which I highly recommend. 🫶
The place was a bit empty, I think because it was 11:23 am, but I liked the weather and the very cool atmosphere (which I appreciated since it was a very hot day), the friendly and helpful service, and above all, the speed. Simply 1000/10
Everything was delicious. But the checkout staff was inexperienced. They wanted to give me a bagged meringue to take away. I had to tell them it was a box.
The coffee is served in good quantities, with rich flavor and real coffee. The space is nice and inviting. Plenty of options and a rich variety. Hot and cold food and drinks are available. Quality bread. Accessible. As far as I know, there's no restroom for guests, although there are tables with chairs and beanbags for relaxing on-site. There are also contacts and a way to use a laptop. The only thing I found was that the size of some pastries seemed small compared to some of the competition.

They treat you pretty poorly, except for one elderly lady who's a real beauty at customer service. The other employees are quite despotic. The place is comfortable and the coffee is good. I arrived at 5 PM and it was completely empty. We were able to have a very pleasant coffee.
The service is rather poor. There isn't much variety in the cakes, and only one had a description. Some didn't even have a price, so I had to ask an employee who quickly described them to me. A typical bakery.
Terrible service and attention, terrible quality and presentation of the ciabatta, and an excessive price for what they offer.
How is it possible that you come to buy Americano coffee to go and they don't have lids for your product? Considering the size of the company Grupo Bimbo is, they still come up with this? Prices depend on you, because cheap and affordable aren't the case. At the very least, they should provide the service we're paying for.
