Me gustó el servicio es muy rápido . Te hacen pastas al momento y los cortes de carne son una porción adecuada hay ensalada las empanadas me gustaron mucho Las bebidas son aparte

Excelente sabor de todos los alimentos, tal vez recomendaría que incluyera más guarniciones al buffet como papas o quesos pero muy bien todo.

The place is comfortable and inviting, allowing for pleasant conversation over the meal. The staff is very friendly and didn't make faces at us, unlike at other all-you-can-eat restaurants. Overall, the food was good, although the pasta was a bit bland and the cuts were cooked on one side and slightly undercooked on the other.

Tried the buffet and it’s fairly alright. As it’s usual in this type of place, the variety is not that diverse, but the flavour makes up for it. I particularly enjoyed the pastas, and the cook was really kind when making them. The empanadas are also good, the meat is soft and warm overall, and the salads are a great option for whoever doesn’t eat meat. I also appreciate that they have other dishes available, like hamburgers, that are fairly priced considering what other restaurants of this kind do. The place is also cozy, warm and pretty much a good option for some pleasant family time with not much noise.

Very good service, the broccoli soup was delicious, the empanadas were good, but the beef empanada was the best, the cuts and flavor of the meat were excellent. From the start, the waiter suggested a plate with a bit of everything in the center, and it was a very good idea. The salad bar was a bit lackluster... The clericó was super delicious; if you don't like it sweet, you can ask for it without syrup.

El día 5/12/25 acudí al restaurante (era la primera vez que iba), llegué a las 13:00 y aún estaba cerrado estacioné mi coche (llevaba más personas conmigo) entre la pastelería y el restaurante, me senté en la banca de afuera y al poco tiempo nos dejaron ingresar, al salir 15:30 había un módulo de Valet Parking justo en esa área donde estacioné mi coche, le pedí a los 2 señores que estaban ahí si lo podían sacar (obvio con la intención de pagar) pero me respondió uno de ellos que no, que a ellos no les había dejado nada, a como pude saqué mi coche, se subieron mis acompañantes y me retiré del lugar, enseguida se comenzó a escuchar como un cascabeleo en la parte de atrás, no habíamos avanzado más de 5 cuadras sobre taxqueña, me orillé y nos dimos cuenta que traía una tachuela enorme en la llanta de atrás, por suerte no llego a la cámara, el servicio del restaurante estuvo excelente, la atención y los alimentos, pero se me hace una grosería lo que hicieron los del valet, porque todos nos percatamos que había sido en ese lugar, y mi intención jamás fue evadir el estacionamiento, simplemente por la hora en que llegué no estaban, ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto, porque dudo mucho que esas acciones sean indicaciones de la gerencial.

Everything was pretty bad, unfortunately. The food was cold, the soups were cold. At the salad bar, there were only 5 broccoli florets. The fries were cold. The pasta was very bad and tasteless. The meat appetizer was old—that's the word: old. I don't know when it was from, but it was quite bad. The service was terrible. The waitress was nowhere to be seen; she never came around. We asked her to take the plates away. We saw her at the beginning, and then never again until the bill arrived. The bread was stale and recycled, probably from who knows how many days ago. It's a shame to go out with your family to try something new and have such a bad experience. I don't want to say anything about the bill, because at Tacos San Ángel, we often left extra money because of the flavor and service, and here, it was expensive, salty, and old—that's the word: old. We certainly won't be back, and maybe they don't need us to, but guess what? Maybe they need a dose of reality. Pretty bad.

Well, the restaurant was so-so, to be honest. My girlfriend and I ordered the all-you-can-eat buffet, and the meat was okay. It wasn't anything special. What really surprised me was seeing a cockroach where the trays are for serving yourself 🤢🤢. Clearly, they're not clean. Honestly, there are better places around here.

The food is good; I've been visiting the restaurant relatively often for over five years. We'd never had a bad experience until today. We arrived (four of us), and it took 15 minutes for them to clean our table. Another 5 minutes passed before the waitress returned to take our drink and appetizer orders. It took 40 minutes before we could order our steaks, and another 30 minutes before they brought them. We wanted to order dessert, but they simply ignored us. Anyone would think it was busy and that's why they were taking so long, but a table (three of us) that arrived much later than us ate, ordered dessert, and left, while we were still waiting. Terrible experience.

What a shame what this place has become. Terrible service. They treat you with sour faces and a bad attitude… this used to be our favorite place to eat for celebrating important occasions. The restaurant is more run-down than my ex in high society! The food arrived looking exactly as pictured… like it had already been eaten… oh well! Horrible! What a shame!

Un restaurante que presume de cortes argentinos pero que vende hamburguesas de soya 🤣🤣🤣 ni mi gato se quiso comer su "carne" Uno compra en ese lugar pensando que te venderan una hamburguesa de sirloin, arrachera o carne de res 90/10 o de mínimo 80/20. Pero en su lugar te dan la "carne" más austera que pudieron encontrarse. No se los recomiendo 👎🏻

My car was left in the valet parking spot, and someone broke the window and stole it. The waitress was rushing us out almost two hours before closing time, even though her shift was supposed to end at 11:00. She told us the valet parking would be late, gave us the car keys, and said we could leave the car there. I went back half an hour later to get it, and the window was gone, and my belongings were gone too. There was nobody else in the restaurant, and it wasn't even close to 11:00. The worst part is that they serve your steaks cooked however they want, and the waitress is incredibly rude.

Terrible, the truth is I went with high expectations because I like these types of all-you-can-eat restaurants, but the meat is not cooked as you order, the waitresses serve you as if they were going to give you the food for free and the worst of all in the experience was that in my cut of meat there was a hair 🤢 when I mentioned it to the waitress she didn't seem to care and just asked me if I wanted another one, while I waited my partner was eating and found ANOTHER HAIR 🤮 obviously when my "new cut" arrived we didn't want to eat it anymore because it wasn't one but two! When I told the waitress she didn't care in the least, not one apology, NOTHING hahaha anyway, we paid the bill and left with a very bad taste in our mouths, really don't go if you don't want to have a hairy experience LOL

I ended up disappointed... I remembered a restaurant with attentive service, atmosphere, and lots and lots of it! Lots of food because it's a meat buffet. It was dry and short, Then it was raw to the point of bleeding, even though we ordered 3/4, we asked for it to be grilled again, and it didn't work either... Sad 😭, but I miss the same beef.
