It's a good place to enjoy Japanese food. The rolls are a good size and taste good; however, the breading left me disappointed as it was overcooked and therefore difficult to chew. As for the service, it was excellent. The young woman who served me was attentive and always had a smile.

Service is a bit slow and sometimes they get my order wrong. The prices are not low in comparison to other sushi restaurants. The flavor is probably 7/10. Their rib-eye gyozas are delicious the rolls are ok. Over all it's not a great experience but also not a terrible one.

This is that the chain trains the staff to give you the least possible while you don't realize, for example, I ordered 2 orders of cheese cushiague and they brought me the 4 banderillas on a single plate with only a portion of sauce. When I asked the waiter why he had brought it like that since I had ordered 2 orders, he told me if I was really sure that I would eat it, and I 🤔 (if you order 2 orders they should give you 2 orders, what are they charging you for, then a sushi was ordered that has cucumber according to the photo on the menu around the entire perimeter of the sushi and when they brought it it only had a piece on top. When I asked another waiter why if it wasn't the one in the photo, he replied that the cook is new and doesn't know how to cut well, but if he is going to eat it like that because then they won't eat it anymore, this place is getting worse and worse, these were my last 2 visits that I made, I will not return to this place or to this brand, lucky sushi is in ruins and when I asked for 2 more sushis they charged me for it Take 15 pesos for each sushi and when giving it to me they gave it to me in a single container so as not to waste and I told him but you charged me and he said then do you want me to put it separately 💀💀💀💀very bad experience

If you have staff members undergoing training at Itamae, don't lie to the diner by asking what's wrong with the dish. Honestly, it's better to be honest and mention that some dishes aren't 100% ready yet, since you have staff members who aren't yet familiar with certain processes. Even worse, if you charge them for any defects while they're in training, as an employer, you have to provide them with the necessary tools to properly perform their jobs. I'm writing this again because of the response from the manager on duty.

Their home delivery service, after 1 hour, was all messed up and no 🥢, due to the movement of the motorcycle. The ones that survived were dry and firm. 20 minutes later, they replaced them with neater ones. :)

Very bad experience in the service. The taste is very good, they have good deals but the service at the restaurant is very bad. When you order ahead via rappi the service is impressive quickly. This doesn't happens when you go to take a sushi at the restaurant, cause the service is as slow as a turtle. In my last visit I've been waiting for around an hour just to be served by a beer. I had to leave the place cause I has hunger...
