Mucho que mejorar en alimentos (pan quemado, café frío, salsas ácidas) servicio pues hacen lo que pueden. El gerente jamás se acercó a dar la cara.

El lugar es bueno, los alimentos excelentes pero cuando vengan tengan en cuenta que se tardan mucho. En mi visita se tardaron más de 40 mins. En traernos nuestros alimentos pero son amables los meseros.

The food isn't what it used to be; the quality of the flavor and the temperature at which it's served have declined. The fruit platter is very poorly served, an insult, there's no love. It's already becoming similar to Portón and Vips. I've been visiting them for years, which is why I realize they're declining in quality. They're becoming an option to visit only if there's no other restaurant nearby and you're already very hungry, but not to enjoy.

Pésimo servicio, más de 15 minutos en esperar que te tomen la orden y ni siquiera hay gente.

Siempre olvidan que te estan atendiendo, depende mucho como te vean es el trato que recibes, sino comes en el local peor aún, olvidan tu pedido.

Well, cold dishes set a time limit, and the food isn't even warm. Dry chilaquiles, simple, tasteless, and the potatoes are zero. Watery bread from the molletes. Slow service, even when it comes to giving us a simple dessert cake. They don't pay attention to what you order, they ask the same thing three times a day. First and last time on this tok.

Terrible service. Upon arrival, we were informed we would have to wait 15 minutes despite having plenty of empty tables. They then let us in, and it took another 10 minutes for them to take our order. They finally took it, but it took 15 to 20 minutes for the food to arrive between courses. The portions were smaller than at other Toks, and the food was bland and wasted. If they don't have enough staff, they should close for the day.
