The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The parking lot was full but there wasn't a lot of people inside. There is an outside dining area. They were implementing social distancing, people were sitting at every other booth or table. The staff had on facial coverings. My honey had Desert heat wings, I had chipotle bbq wings which was recommended by our waiter named Toland. He had excellent customer service. We've had him once before and he did great. We also observed him treating the other tables that he was waiting on the same. Great customer service always make your food taste better. Thanks, Toland for your great customer service! We will be returning again.🙂

It's truly refreshing to witness the customer service Trii displayed. Setting the bar is what she did and is about! She definitely is cut from a different cloth and puts on a clinic of what customer service should look like. Not only she tended to me, but she checked on me sporadically to see if I needed anything. Even more impressive she was the only server at that time and made sure all of the customers were taken cared of as well. You cannot duplicate her however, I'm sure a lot of people can learn a magnitude of knowledge of how she conducts herself. SHE is the reason why I will continue to visit this location.

Well today I came in and order for To Go. They did mess up on my food when I noticed at home. But I called and manager Jacob Did a great job in taking care of the issue. Management is excellent. I know mistakes happen. No big deal.

That manager lady Ashley is the ABSOLUTE best!!!! She made sure our visit was everything! You hardly see managers working hard like she does! My food(15 piece Bone-in Asian Zing🔥🔥) is always on point …. I’m a regular because of this. Definitely recommend

Posting this the next day so I forgot to take pictures but I wanted to make sure to say Angela did a great job as our waitress! She had great recommendations for us from appetizers to getting the meal deal to save us some money. I went with my mom to have a late lunch/early dinner before the Super Bowl started and everything was great. I was scared to visit this location for the first time because of all the bad reviews but I’m glad I went anyway. Definitely recommend.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant about going for lunch here after reading the reviews. However, my kids and I decided to give it a try. Let me just say, we will be back! Excellent visit, first time at this location. Ask for Trent, he did a great job as our server. Tuesday is BOGO day which helps with the cost! We got 60 wings, beer, mixed drinks, shots, even a dessert. Everything was great, well... one comment... why can't you fill my beer glass? I specifically asked for no foam head, and it still looked like someone started drinking it for me. This seems common at BWW's. Like they need to keep 4oz of beer on each pour? Go check out other places, even Hooters and Twin Peaks, glasses are full and cold. Beer was still good but if you're not intending to fill the glass, get smaller glasses! Overall 'Excellent', will go back.

The only reason I rank it 4 stars is because of portion sizes. The wings used to be bigger and they've consistently gotten smaller but I don't imagine this being the franchise's fault but a corporate decision. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided on our last visit. We had visited before and I wasn't too impressed with the service; granted it was later and busier that time. This time, we went to eat at around 1600. Faith was our server and she was being shadowed by Jonathan; who although said was in training, seemed very attentive and knew when to visit our table. My beer glass never got a chance to be empty and neither did any of our drinks. Our food came out promptly and we were offered cups to go. Will definitely visit again.

I had an amazing time at this restaurant! Customer service was friendly and efficient,they did a great job with social distancing amid the virus outbreak. It wasn’t a lot of people when I went,yet it had a very courteous staff to accommodate big or small groups. I plan to return again,love this location and how delicious the food was!

I ordered online when I got there. The food was being bagged up, so the estimated time they gave that the order would be ready with 1. Staff was friendly. We got the fried pickles for an appetizer. We really didn't like those, but the wings were good. We got a jerk chicken, flavored, boneless wing. And lemon pepper, as well as spicy garlic. All the wing flavors were very good.

Good wings. A bit pricey for me. Update several months later. Had a double date with church friends. Boneless wings were had by all. Fries way overcooked. Service was acceptable and good. Pricing was BOGO so that was nice. Wing flavoring was average, nothing outstanding. We all enjoyed the evening. I will return.

On 12/15/22 between 2:00pm and 2:30pm I used DoorDash to order they got my order wrong so I had to drive to them to pick up the right order. The short black girl ( she had braids in her head) at the front was very rude. After I returned the order she gave me my correct order with the same cold fries. I ask for new ones she frowned up and took them to the back. She hand me the fries and just walked off.smh they dipped my old fries back in the cooking grease and gave me the same ones.

I am not sure if ordering on Doordash gives the option of mixed wings because I ordered 20 wings and out of the 20 wings I only receive 3 flats. I'm a flat person. I only ate 4 wings and let my Ceddybear finish the rest, he was happy lol. Also, they can put little more sauce on their lemon pepper wings. They forgot to put the veggies and ranch in the bag. I'm impressed that my wings were still hot ordering through Doordash!!!

I had a bad food experience the last time I went years ago and said I would never go back. I decided to give them another try. I ordered delivery through a service. The wings were actually really good this time. They were not dry like they were some years back but were fully cooked through. I had mango habanero and salt & vinegar The celery on the other hand was old. It was soft and you could see straight through it! It went right in the trash. I think it is just hit or miss.

Came in on a Sunday night and had to wait a little bit for someone to seat us but other than that had no wait getting in (NOTE: This was NOT during football season which I'm sure would make a difference). Our server, Erica, was awesome and friendly! She made great recommendations and was a joy to get to talk to. We started with the fried cheese curds (it comes with Southwest Ranch, but I would recommend pairing it with regular Ranch instead) and then we each got a plate of wings. Food was quick and the place wasn't too rowdy! Not my favorite wingspot in Cedar Hill, but also not too shabby! Parking - For a non-football night, we had no trouble finding parking but I could see some struggles if you are going during a popular time. Noise - Like above, we went at a chill time so the noise wasn't bad at all but I could see how it could get loud with a football crowd. This is Dallas after all :)

It was okay, it's great if you go and watch games and want to eat. The wings are okay but I think I prefer someplace else. It's clean I'll give you that, the game was so it was a good 3 out of 5. We had the all American burger 3 out of 5. The waitress was okay, she needed to be a little louder since the tvs are on. Also would help if she took more napkins, when it's a party of 16 and only takes 5 napkins and no one had any to start off with yeah. But I understand maybe she panicked but all in all a good 3 out of 5.

We went there last week twice. The first night, the young lady was professional, respectful and attentive. We got what we ordered without any problems or easily rectifiable issues. The next night, the bartender (Brandon) was disrespectful and quite frankly his service was trash. Every time we have had him wait on us there has been an issue. There is always a reason we cannot get what we ordered without it being sent back or being plain wrong. Glasses are dirty and we’re met with his attitude or eye rolling when we ask for another beer. He is nothing like Arielle or Autumn. However this last instance was unacceptable. My partner ordered the same lemon pepper tenders she ordered the night before and received the tenders but with the seasoning in little cup on the side. She had never received the dry seasoning not already sprinkled on the tenders before. So when she brought it to Brandon’s attention, he reached in the tray, grabbed the seasoning and with a condescending look on his face poured the seasoning on her food right there at the bar and slid it back to her. Very nasty and rude. Needless to say, we were leaving. Who does that? Reaches in someone's plate and just tosses the seasoning on their food. The first manager was more focused on telling my partner not to use the word “shit,” (not cursing at her but cursing about the situation and poor service). She was not trying to hear the issue just focused on the use of the word “shit.” In the meantime, Brandon is slamming the food we left into the trash and pretty much blowing us off with his arm, like we did something wrong. The second manager gave us a bunch of lip service and basically acted like he didn’t know how to help the situation because he was focused on us knowing this was his first night there. We were pretty much WERE regulars there because we like that it is close and have good food and beer. But the whole situation and handling of Brandon’s behavior was disgusting. So if you go there beware of expressing your concerns about the food you‘re paying for because the employees are allowed to disrespect you at this location.

I cannot get over the smell of this location. I really enjoy the drinks, the bartenders are great but the seating at the bar is all torn up and it smells like vomit all the time. It is to the point I can no longer come inside this location. Has the management team thought about closing it down of 24 hours and doing a deep cleaning? The smell is horrendous. With football season coming up a deep cleaning needs to happen now versus later. The tips for you bartenders and wait staff are being affected by the smell of filth. It brings me no pleasure to leave this review because this truly is on of my favorite place to watch sports but as a regular patron for a few years now, I and several other regulars can't take it anymore.

My son and I arrived last Sunday, to watch the AFC Championship Game, and the restaurant was understaffed. Our waiter, Q, was attentive and helpful, in the beginning, but as the crowd started getting bigger, he was no longer around. We placed our order, consisting of wings and fries. The wings came out rather quickly, but the fries took an additional 20 minutes. I had to ask several staff members for fries and sauces. I noticed several people walk into the establishment, wait for 15-20 minutes, and walk out, because they weren't being acknowledged. I spoke to the Manager on Duty, and shared my experience. She stated they were understaffed, because she didn't realize the NFL Championship Games would draw such a big crowd. Typically, Buffalo Wild Wings gets Game Day right....not today.

Me and my husband went there last night for drinks and wings. He got his food first before our appetizer and drinks came out. Then they brought the appetizer out and we were missing chicken on our nachos and by the time they brought the chicken out we were pretty much done with the nachos. Then they brought my wings out and they literally poured the lemon pepper seasoning on after the wings were cooked I had so much seasoning under my wings it was ridiculous. Then we got our drinks. No complaints about the drinks. The waitress was good. But we were very dissatisfied and especially with the price of the food. We Will not return.

Upon arrival this young lady handed us our menus and told us to walk ourselves and our menus to that table over there with the ketchup bottle on it. The waiter however was attentive so I do commend him because they gave him a section and the bar to handle on his own. Atmosphere gave not so clean vibes.

1/2/26, evening, my 78yo mother asks me to stop by BBW for dinner, as I'd just gotten off my 2nd shift at work. She said she'd seen a commercial about some $19.99 food bundle and wanted to give it a try, I was hesitant as the last wing order I'd had from them had been HORRIBLE but I agreed. Upon entry, I was not greeted; even when I stood waiting at the front register where a HF manager had what sounded like a disagreement with a BF employee. Once their conversation was over, the manager told me to hold a little longer (without apology or reason) as she headed to the kitchen. Luckily, a YBF was heading towards me & offered to take my order. I was given a menu & when I asked about the "$19.99 special" my mom wanted; the employee took the time to walk me through the Pick 6 Meal for 2 with a choice of wings, burgers, or chicken sandwiches; fries or tots; 2 drinks. I figured I'd play it pretty safe with burgers. I was told it would take 20 minutes - I was surprised by the long prep time; but, went outside to wait in my car. At 20 minutes, I go back in, wait in line for customers to be seated, and I am told my order is ready except for my drinks. I wait, get my order & head home. When I open the tiny little greasy cardboard boxes, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. The fries esp. the "seasoned" wedge fries were dry and overcooked. Then, I noted I received two Root Beers vs getting my Dr. Pepper. And finally, it appears the burgers did NOT take 20 minutes to make and had been left to just sit as the bottom buns were soaking wet, sticky, and inedible from the wet lettuce, tomatoes, & pickles that were placed on the burger (vs set to the side for a carry out). UGH!

Terrible experience. I meet with a friend at this restaurant and as soon as going into restaurant the bar tender ask me for my drink. Not even 3 mins later she goes outside and comes in to ask me what kind of vehicle I was driving and she keeps claiming that I hit her car. Just because the way I park. Telling me all kinds of stuff and making me feel uncomfortable in the restaurant because all servers were looking at me because she was tell everyone. The dent seems to be old and the posture that the dent was there was no way I could he the vehicle when I back up. Besides the dent was in a vertical ⅛" x 2" position more like somebody hit it with a door. Scratch by backing up ar more Horizontal line. I guess she is struggling and she needed money quick. Also they should have parking lot cameras like most restaurants do. And have more professional people instead of having somebody trying to talk over you and explain them that they are not making sense. Manager did came and I had a conversation with her. She was more cooperative by listening and changing my waitress.

Not pleased with the way their manager or whomever addressed me and my sister about the amount of drinks we had. Ultimately, we’re grown and we know how to handle our liquor and have never experienced this kind of behavior. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and if someone is not showing signs or being inebriated, then we do not address them. I think it was very rude to come over to our table and insinuate anything other than. Understand that you are dealing with grown women next time. We will not be returning

I’m not even sure where to start with this place. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The service is sorry from management on down to the staff. I’ve seen the managers watch these lazy staff members doing nothing and won’t say anything to them. There’s no sense of urgency to acknowledge you coming in the front door, sitting you down, or bringing your order. Even when you order online, they can’t even get the order right, and the food is cold. The kids play in the back vs attending to the needs of the customers. I placed an order online recently, got all the way back home to eat and my order was wrong and the wings were cold. A couple of weeks prior to that, my boyfriend and I went in one night to sit down and eat and we were never acknowledged much less able to sit down and eat so we walked out. This is ridiculous… I feel like corporate needs to come in and revamp this establishment!

Really disappointing. The service was beyond bad. This place was dirty and smells like pee. We had to wait to be seated and they were almost empty. When we finally got to the booth it was still wet from the wipe down and yet somehow still sticky. Once the server finally showed, she informed us that the they no longer offer the majority of the things on their printed happy hour menu at the happy hour price. She then brought us the wrong drinks in dirty glasses. This has to be the worst restaurant in this area.

Honestly waiter does not have good customers service. And was never to be found. No ones was in the front to sit people. Also we had to wait almost 2 hours to get our food. Once the food came, most of all of my guest food was cold and uncooked. The manager solution was to leave with no pay or he could get all of our food in 10min. But how can that be if our food took so long. We just left since if the food was going to be cooked fast. Obvious it wasn’t going to be cooked well.

Don't waste your money. The bartender sucks! She can't pour a drink, and isn't very friendly. I asked for a drink that involved apple pucker. She used it and when I told her it wasn't good, her response was the pucker looked old but I figured you'd let me know. I asked for a margarita and it was just as aweful. It was then that I noticed everyone sitting in the bar area had beer. I paid the tab and went to Applebee's. Even though I really wanted wings, I couldn't see eating at an establishment where the employees are comfortable serving outdated or expired product. Oh and then she said the pucker bottle was definitely old because TABC no longer use the stamp on the bottle.

By far the worst location I’ve ever been to. For starters, our food took well over an hour to come out. It was just wings. I attempted to get a manager to speak with them about the delay, but the manager that came out never acknowledged me. I returned back to my seat at the bar and my food was there, but my friends was not. We ordered at the same time. His came out roughly 10 minutes after mine did. The manager, I believe his name was Tyler, finally came and spoke with us after the bartender went and talked with him. He had no excuse for the delay of our food and offered no apology or anything. Not to mention the couple next to us got their food before us after ordering maybe 30+ minutes after us. My friend ordered fries and those did not come out until another 15 minutes after the food. An employee brought the manager the fries. He stood at the end of the bar for a while, walked around the fries, and then went OUTDOOR with them. I then told them we did not want the fries anymore after he attempted to deliver them to us. He, once again, did not acknowledge the incident and threw just threw the fries away. I paid full price for food that was like warm when served an hour and a half late. The bartender then tried to get me to use MY rewards to lower the bill instead of management or someone taking initiative and owning up to their actions and our discomfort. I will escalate this as high as I can to make sure that something is done about the poor management of the establishment.

I was seated by a hostess with attitude and I couldn’t understand because she mumbled. Once sat during a very slow time, a waitress and trainee, went to the table behind me three times and didn’t even stop by my table to greet me or take my order. First off, we waited 15 mins to be seated when the restaurant was not even full. We were told we could sit down but if we wanted to get food we would need to scan the QR Code because the waitress that had our “area” was attending to a party of 20 and couldn’t attend us at the moment but that she would be with us shortly. We waited 15 mins to get our drinks that we ordered via the QR Code. Partial of our food came 25 mins later. I sat there and waited for another 20 mins for my food. Until I asked a different server walking around if she could check on my order and then I had the hostess come out and tell me that my order was delayed due to “unsaid server” being busy. The server NEVER came to our table. Half of our food never came out. I had to continuously stop different servers and ask for napkins, refills , etc.. it was complete mayhem. All the people that were there were basically helping themselves and walking out due to the lack of service. I’ve NEVER had such a horrible experience at any other BWW ever! When I found what I think might’ve been “a team lead” not once did she apologize for the inconvenience but rather looked bothered that I let her know we never had anyone come attend to our table. I asked that half of our order be cancelled because it had been 45 mins and we still hadn’t received it. She asked “who was suppose to get our table” and nobody knew we were even there. I understand being busy but being completely dismissive of paying customers and still not being apologetic is ridiculous!! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Just left after being seated and waiting over 20-30 mins with no waiter. No one stopped to tell us they were short staffed or it will be a wait. The restaurant was actually quite empty. Won’t be doing back to this location. This has not been the only time the service has been bad.

I really wish zero stars was an option.we waited over an hour for our food,and then it was wrong. We never received silverware or napkins. The beer sat on the bar until it was warm. We never received our waters. We waited several passes from the waitress to receive our dipping sauces. We overheard the waitresses are you doing about who is going to take our table. They are incredibly understaffed and the staff that are present are not service oriented once so ever. No employee can do anything without borrowing a card for the cashier station from another. Absolutely horrendous delays. And it wasn’t even that busy. Extremely dissatisfied.

As soon as you walk in the smell is horrible. Ordered endless appetizers and was charged extra for my 2year old that ate half a mozzarella stick she ate. It's like they where literally watching us eat making sure only 4 people where eating appetizers. Management is horrible. Spend your money elsewhere because this place isnt worth it. Definately not going to be visiting this location ever again! Our party of 15 called in advance and was told by the manager that we would be seated immediately upon arrival as long as it was 2pm on a sunday (no sports games playing). My party waited over an hour because there were only two servers. We were told to order drinks from the bartender but the bartender told us to order drinks from the server. BJ was trying his best but was way over his head since they were out of multiple items on the menu... i mean... what wing restaurant runs out of RANCH of all items!?! This management needs to get their act together or SHUT DOWN!

It’s super disappointing that our BWW location in Cedar Hill Tx is trash!! The service is terrible and it’s been like this for the last year!! The waiters/ servers could care less! Which tells me their leadership/ownership is awful! As the saying goes, a team is a reflection of its leadership! Go to Grand Prairie’s or any other location if you care about your dining experience at all. SMH. Do better!!

Don’t ever eat here! The chicken was under cooked. I paid extra to substitute for onion rings and they didn’t even put them in the bag. I called the store and all they said what’s well what do you want me to do? Very poor customer service skills.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. We were seated immediately but the wait for our food was over 40 minutes. One of our orders was wrong so our server told us she put in the order again and that order again took over 40 minutes, when it finally got to the table the wings were already cold. Our server was not attentive and did not seem to be worried about our order at all. If you are debating to come here even on a whim do NOT come here and save your money for another restaurant!!

Ordered from their app. Said 1 hour delivery. No problem! Then the delivery app changes to 2 hours. Then it says no driver. I call the delivery service, they say call the store, I call the store and told that it's been waiting for an hour. They ask if I still want it or if I want a refund. I ask to cancel the order because I don't want cold food or food that's been sitting under a heating lamp for over an hour. Says it'll be 5-7 business days. ***Even after asking to cancel they still deliver the food. It's cold, soggy, and overcooked.... Edited to add that I did as requested and filled out the link but I heard nothing back.

We ordered online and did delivery so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere quality but the food I got was not good :/ I can't imagine anyone, even the cooks that made it themselves, wanting to eat this sandwhich or thinking its worth $14...an amount of mayo so small it was hidden completely under one pickle, the chicken somehow looks almost better in my photo but looking at it in person, it looks super dry, hard, and has an odd smell even...I just threw it away and didn't chance it. Buffalo wild wings used to be a great spot to go for good food and atmosphere, I'm not sure if it's just cedar hills location or the chain itself but lesson learned 🤷‍♀️

The hostess with red hair ( I think her name was Deli) was so lazy and couldn’t even do her job. I’m sorry but she was getting dirty menus when there was clean ones right next to them. And she could’ve at least cleaned them which I’m sure is part of the hostess job. She was just talking and chatting and not seating people. Until her manager came and had to do her job for her. The tables were so dirty too. On a positive note, Melina who wasn’t even our server was so amazing. She took care of us and we weren’t even her table. She was truly doing more than her job requirement and you can tell she’s a good worker. Now to the food, y’all what is that in the picture. Literally the size of the stickers. Anyways I do not recommend going to this location. Truly only saw Melina and another girl doing their jobs. Everyone else was so bad. I don’t do this at all but I’m just so bothered that people like that are employed. If you don’t like your job then leave.

On May 16, 2025 around 9:45 PM, my group of 17 (9 adults and 8 children) visited this establishment. From the start, it felt as though our presence wasn't welcome. The manager informed us right away that the kitchen was understaffed, with only two relatively new cooks, and that serving our group would take a very long time. While we would normally understand this if the restaurant was busy, it was roughly 70% empty, with most customers picking up to-go orders. Despite this, we agreed to stay and were seated. That's when things went downhill further. We were told we could not order appetizers only full meals. No kids' menus were provided, so we had no choice but to order full adult meals for the children. Oddly, our food arrived within 10-15 minutes, which made us question whether the manager underestimated the kitchen staff or simply didn't want to serve us in the first place. In addition, our server openly expressed dissatisfaction with working there, and we noticed a swarm of gnats around the register area where the to-go boxes were stored. This experience fell far below acceptable standards, and unfortunately, my family and friends will not be returning to this location. Fast food employees treat you better while being served through a window.

I was the ONLY customer in the entire restaurant. As I walked back to the bar, I grabbed a menu off one of the tables in the bar area. As I sat down at the bar, the first thing the bartender did was fuss at me about where I got the menu! Not, hey welcome in, how can I help you? Nope! She scowled and said I needed to put the menu back on the table! Really?? I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE! She then refused to wait on me and turned me over to her manager. All because I had the gall to ask why it mattered where I got the menu. Her attitude was horrible from the word go! No wonder the last several times I've been there the place was completely empty. You just ran off another one for good! Waxahachie here I come!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not one to write reviews, especially bad ones, but the experience I had tonight was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had at a BWW. All I ordered was 10 boneless wings and a basket of potato wedges with a beer for me and my dad. We got our wings but wedges never showed. We were told they were coming when we asked our server, so we both ordered a second beer. After an hour I asked another waitress if she could check on them because we had waited over an hour at that point. She said she would check on it but then never came back (which I get, isn’t her table/isn’t her problem), but at that point I was wanting to speak to a manager. The tables next to us got their wedges so where were ours??? THEN, at about an hour and a half I walked up to our server after contemplating just leaving $25 on the table, but decided that I would walk up to our server and ask how much I owed because I was tired and needed to go home. He had me follow him to the POS and I handed him cash and just walked out. I understand being busy, I use to be a server too so I totally get it. And I get that it isn’t all on him, but I am a bit outraged that we had probably the EASIEST order at the bar and never got half of our food. In hindsight I should have asked to talk to a manager, but it was already 10:30 at night and I was ready to go home. I plan on calling the store in the morning as well, because that is just ridiculous.

This location is quite a disappointment and it keeps getting worse and worse as time travels. We went there today to sit down and have lunch instead we stood for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge That we had walked in. Finally, I asked the young lady behind the cash register If we should just sit down somewhere. She replied in an annoyed tone “they will come seat you”. Of course no one bothered to see us or the people in front of us or the person behind us. And the lady, I spoke to she’d be waiting for her to go order for quite some time as well. Quite honestly, sometimes it happens when someone can’t get to you or their low staff. That is when hospitality and general customer respect Comes in. To be quite blunt, they should do better for their community.

SAVE YOUR TIME JUST GO TO WINGSTOP.!!! Wanted to stop by after a long day at work for a good meal. When we entered, there was no worker at the front. There was a family waiting so we assumed that a worker would be back soon. Instead we were left standing there for a while, although it wasn’t a long time, just the fact that no one ever even acknowledged us and said “we’ll be right with you” rubbed us the wrong way. Finally the host came to us, and asks if we are dining in. It looks like he is about to seat us, but then asks us to wait and he leaves. That’s when I saw there were a BUNCH of EMPTY tables, and so we left. If the service was THAT bad before we even sat down, I didn’t want to imagine what it would’ve been like if we had sat down. I was too tired and hungry to deal with that. Not to mention all of the servers there looked like kids. Which explained a lot. Safe to say I will not be going back to this, or ANY Buffalo Wild Wings ever again.

Get's one star because I need to give a rating. It's disappointing because I really like Buffalo Wild Wings as a restaurant chain. I've been to many BWW and this one specifically I've been going to for over a decade. I will no longer go to this location for dine in or take out. There is a serious problem that is not being resolved and while the location has declined, it's inexcusable that the service, staff, and food issues are not resolved. All of the following feedback is from the last three visits there to pick up take out over the last year. Each time there are available tables and each time while I wait for my food to be ready the staff tells people coming in to dine that the wait will be 45 min to 1 hour. Ridiculous! I typically order online and arrive when the stated estimated time is given for the food to be ready. It is never ready and I wait another 15 or more minutes. No idea why and again this is unique to this location. The food has been okay up until the visit tonight. It was awful. The order couldn't have been simpler, traditional wings, some dry rub, some sauced, and a small onion rings. The wings were tiny, over cooked...by a lot, how do you over fry when that's what most of the menu consist of. The dry rub wings were barely seasoned and almost undetectable what the seasoning was. I will not be going back to this location and if you made it this far in the review you should not either.

I’ve been a Costumer for BWW Years Seems like these past few Months been a Disaster. Sorry to say this. But I’ve been a customer for years. The management has not been involved in the service they provided nvr came out to see how service has been served. Mrs Amanda nvr came out to see how business was running or how the service was. Me as a banquet server for 12 years I know our customers are our priority. Mrs Amanda stayed on her phone not caring if the kitchen had the food out on time. Beside 45min late for cheese sticks. Not called for I hope our food was late like 30or 40min late even tho the venue was no more than 60 ppl. No need for the late ordereds or cold food while ya had a manager on duty.

We waited almost 40 minutes after putting in our order, we walked in with our 7 month old and a coupl was I kid you not vaping in the entrance for anyone walking in to secondhand smoke including our daughter. They did this in front of the counter and were not asked to stop even after my husband said something to them. I went back to our car to wait and when I e got our order it was wrong. My husband went back to ask for the right item and when o got o the winds were so dry and barely had any sauce on them. Mind you the previous order was perfect and smothered in sauce. You could tell they were angry we asked for a correction. I included a photo below. I will never go back to buffalo rails wings ever again.

I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. While we were eating, we noticed roaches crawling in the dining area. This completely ruined our appetite and made us question the cleanliness of the restaurant. We immediately informed the staff, but their response was indifferent at best—they didn’t seem surprised or concerned. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and service at your establishment. Upon arriving, my husband and I waited for five minutes without being acknowledged or seated. Subsequently, we attempted to find seating at the bar, but there were no available two-person tables. Upon proceeding to the booths opposite the bar, we were dismayed to find that every single table was unclean. I have photographic evidence of this. Given the state of the establishment, we decided to leave without dining. While I cannot comment on the quality of the food, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant did not inspire confidence in its food. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and take the necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and service at your establishment because as of now, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, primarily due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager, Tyler. My two female guests and I had visited the restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, we were met with rude treatment and poor quality drinks. Upon arrival, we ordered our drinks, which were not made to the same standard as the ones we had previously enjoyed at Buffalo Wild Wings. Unsatisfied with the taste and quality, my guests and I politely requested that Tyler remake the drinks. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Tyler responded with hostility, belittling our concerns and dismissing our request. To our utter disbelief, Tyler took it upon himself to escalate the situation further. He call law enforcement solely because we wanted to return the beverages due to their poor quality. Such an overreaction was both unwarranted and disrespectful to customers who were simply seeking the enjoyable experience they have come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. The lack of customer service displayed by Tyler was nothing short of appalling. As a manager, he should have been trained to address customer concerns with empathy and understanding. Instead, he displayed a total disregard for our satisfaction and the reputation of the establishment. The incident left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened, as though our concerns were irrelevant. Such behavior is not only detrimental to the dining experience but also tarnishes the otherwise positive image of Buffalo Wild Wings. It is disappointing to encounter such poor customer service from a well-known chain like Buffalo Wild Wings. I firmly believe that all customers deserve respect and fair treatment, regardless of their gender or the nature of their complaint. In this case, Tyler's actions were both unprofessional and unwarranted. I hope that Buffalo Wild Wings takes this review seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Restoring faith in the brand and providing proper customer service training for their staff, particularly managers like Tyler, should be a priority. As a loyal customer, I am genuinely disheartened by this experience and hope that necessary actions will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
