Auntie Anne's Cedar Park Reviews
Today is Black Friday. The service is quick even when the mall gets busy, and the staff is friendly and efficient. They always let you know when a fresh batch is coming out, which I appreciate. The line moves fast, and everything looks clean and well-organized behind the counter.
After a long of shopping and walking by the foodcourt on the top half of lakeline mall, we smelled the aroma of Aunt Anne's coming up and we could resist the smell of their freshly baked pretzels. We got the cup of cinnamon bites, and I also got the pepperoni pretzel, nothing but great things to say about this place and the pretzels and products.
The management go above and beyond to ensure your order is right and tasty. Very happy with our catering order, the staff and the experience. Thank you.

The only good thing in the entire mall. I worked here years ago and this was the only place worth spending money at to eat. The pretzel is always delicious regardless of which one you got and the employees are very nice as well.
Best pretzels I have ever tasted! My personal favorite are the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites with a strawberry lemonade. Staff was endearing and walking around a mall after 2+ years had been an extremely pleasant time.
Had an awful experience with an order on Grubhub. They encouraged me to leave a review about my experience, without warning me that I was reviewing the business and not the ordering experience itself. My order was a bit confusing on the ticket, so the staff called me to clarify my wishes, and had no trouble complying with my special request. My order took almost three hours to get to me after being prepared by the restaurant. Without me having to ask, they remade the order to ensure my food was of the best possible quality upon delivery. Five stars for Auntie Anne's and their awesome staff. Zero stars for GrubHub.
This is the BEST pretzel place in all Austin. Nice young guys running this business at Lakeline Mall. Me and my husband got a pepperoni pretzel at the wrong place because we thought it was the same one than Auntie Anne’s at the Mall and 🤮 we were wrong. So we walked to the right one and this very young girl saw my face like.....“shit what I’m eating is not from here” and she gave me one real PEPPERONI PRETZEL for free. She saved my life!!!! Thanks.....you guys are the best!!!!!
the goat of auntie anne’s works here… prepare for a fantastic experience 🙏

Should update their hours. Came to the mall to get a pretzel with a coupon only to find out the mall was closed except for the movie theater.
the first time i went here and asked for a pretzel without butter they acted very confused and had all the people turn around to look at me which made me feel bad about ordering and uncomfortable. the second time i went, i asked if they could give me a pretzel about 5 minutes before closing and he told me no. which i understand it was pretty last minute but it takes less than 5 minutes to make the pretzel so now im hangry and sad.

Went there about a month ago. And the cashier which was some dude with glasses made a rude comment about a women's hair color right in front of other customers.. next time I'm there I'm gonna let the manager know.. besides that the pretzels are ok
I ordered some pretzels and as I was waiting the manager was taking her phone out of her shirt and messing with it and would go back to rolling the dough without washing her hands and she was not wearing gloves. I asked for a refund due to this and she still took her phone out right in front of me and continued to do something and went right back to touching the dough. All the other employees were wearing gloves but she was not.
Turn down the music. You are inside a mall- not a private location. At least take the radio to the kitchen. I can hear you before I see the stand. It is extremely grating. Also, the "marinara dip" taste like it's 90% ketchup and not good.
Terrible staff assistance. I ordered 3 regular salt pretzels and they awarded me there was a 10 minute wait and I said ok I will wait. Waited sitting for 10 minutes and decided to ask about my order status and I was told they are just now getting them into the oven. So they had me waiting wasting my time. Slow very slow workers. No wonder auntie annes are shutting down worldwide. Lack of good employees.
Really upset with this location. The past couple times I have been here I can never seem to get a Pretzel Dog. The first time the employees kids were running around the shop and in and out of the "employee only" area filling up thier own drinks. This second time, there wasn't a crazy long line or anything and I still was unable to get serviced because they stopped cooking at like 6:30. Why even stay open if you're not gonna service anyone?
Cashiers are either bad at counting or are trying to steal small cash sums from customers. Was told that my total was $4.75, I handed over 5 $1s. Was asked for 75 cents, countered that I had handed over $5. Instead of counting again I was told that I had only handed over $4 despite that I could see all 5 bills spread out in their hand. I got them to count again and was given my change. While walking away I noticed that I had been given a nickel instead of a quarter. Make sure to count your change before walking away from this place! Even for small amounts. Pretzel was good though.
DO NOT order delivery. My boyfriend placed a delivery order & we only received half of our order (3/6 pretzels). Lucky for us, when we call the store directly no one picks up. DoorDash says despite being the one’s that delivered the order, there’s nothing they can do since we placed directly through Auntie Anne’s website so we’re just screwed. Got it. Ugh. We’ll be speaking with corporate on Monday but who knows how far that’ll get us. Save yourself the headache & don’t bother.
Mobile pickup is a scam. You'll still sit in line for 10 mins behind everyone else getting their items handed to them immediately while you get handled the pretzels that sat out because you ordered early to try and skip the line.

Pretzels are often very old and hard. Takes several tries for employees to figure out your full order. Wetzel's has better service, but their pretzels aren't great even fresh.
