BJ's Cedar Park Reviews
Erin was amazing and the food was so good! BJ’s always hits! The burgers and Pazooki‘s are especially great
Great meal deals, unlimited soup and salad combo is the best deal on the menu. The food is filling and has a variety. Open late, with full bar and service is nice.request for Laureb
Jaden was a great server. Hospitality was great! On time and very friendly
I had Katelyn as a waiter and she was so sweet and welcoming! She was very helpful and kept waters full. The pazookies are also a 10/10!
Every time I come in I sit at the bar and the service is amazing! Andrea is a 10/10 bartender and is very attentive. She always has my drink coming as soon as she sees me walk in. The rest of the staff is phenomenal as well. Everyone is super sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!
Out waitress was outstanding, i absolutely destroyed her recommended pizookie. The pizza was delicious. Friendly atmosphere
I don’t really do chains that much but I just happened to waltz in here one day and not only was the food better than expected, but Andrea is the best bartender ever. My friends and I now come back several times a week just to sit at her bar and have amazing drinks! The place is clean, the music is good, and the AC is perfect. Highly recommend!
Jaden was an awesome waiter he was very nice and very welcoming and I loved the way he explained the deals that bjs has to offer.
Mallory was amazing!! She made sure I got some laughs, good food, and enjoyed my pre-birtbday celebration! Definitely request her on your next visit!
Excellent service in general. My daughter was celebrating her birthday and they offered her a delicious dessert!
BJ’s is such a nice environment and amazing food, will definitely be coming back with my family and it was great for my 5 kids because they were entertained by the drawings the whole time.
Picture it, BJs 2025….the great bartender Andrea came up to my friends and I to whip us up some drinks and bring us some good food. I live in pflugerville but come all the way to Cedar Park for the staff. Andrea even made us a custom drink called the “Broad Shoulder”. Highly recommend. 10/10
Had an awesome dinner experience as usual! Service from Josh was fantastic, he was very attentive and engaging with every person at the table. Food was delicious and had to end the night with a pazookie!
BJ’s in Cedar Park is back! We ate here at leadt monthly till Covid- after that service was realky poor - our first night back in several years and we were tremendously impressed - food was as goid as “the old days” and Erin’s service was superb - welcome back to our rotayion, BJ’s!
We had an another great night at BJ’s. Good food and great service by our server, Zakiya. She took great care of us and enjoyed every second. Thank you!
The waitress was very nice to me and my friend. And was very good night. From Elijah
This is our daughter’s favorite restaurant and today was even better. We walked in wearing our Penn State gear and they put on the big screen and speaker the Penn State vs Oregon game for us to enjoy.
GREAT service, we love Leah, deserves a big bonus, she treated us so well compared to our last server Lauren. Actually loved my experience with Leah today
I had an amazing dining experience thanks to our server Erin! They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. The service truly made our meal special. Highly recommend this place if you want excellent food paired with top-notch service!
I have had so many experiences in the dining world, and I myself used to be a server. I was so blown away by our server Leah T. today because she just brought this bright light to our table. You could tell that she genuinely enjoyed her job and her passion for helping others was evident. She truly went above and beyond.
Julian was extremely helpful and friendly during my visit to BJ’s. He took the time to answer my questions, made everything easy, and provided great customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job. I really appreciate his help and I’m definitely returning to this location
I had an awesome experience at BJ’s! The service was excellent— Megan was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to the main course. Everything tasted fresh and came out hot. Req
Listen. I didn’t just eat at BJ’s today—I lived, I laughed, and most importantly: I spooky pizookie’d. Miss Leah? An absolute rockstar diva. Like, if service was the Grammys, she’d be sweeping every category. She kept us fed, watered (hydrated by cream soda, obviously), and laughing like we were at a comedy show with cheeseburgers on the side. The food? Criminally good. So good that my roommate had to literally drag my plate away before I licked it clean like a feral raccoon. Came for the spooky pizookie, but ended up staying for Leah’s energy and the food that slapped harder than my self-control. BJ’s, please protect this woman at all costs
Megan was my server, the food is consistently delicious, the service is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect for both relaxing and celebrating. Whether I’m there for a casual night out or something special, I always leave feeling full and cared for. And yes—the Pizookie is pure joy in a skillet. Thank you, BJ’s, for being a place I can count on.
We like to go to this BJs location for the weekend specials. Hiro Jojola, the manager, is always hustling on the floor with his team and the staff always does a great job! Tonight Nancy, a new server did a fantastic job on day 2. Excellent food, excellent service!
Had a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and the service was friendly. Definitely a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal!”
Michelle an T were absolutely amazing! The customer service was outstanding and they made my mother and I feel like we were with friends. The food was amazing as well!!
Ashley was our server. The food was great and the service was even greater. We really had good time. Because of Ashley, we will be returning to BJ’s
The hostess at BJ’s was amazing—hands down the best host in Texas! Super nice, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in.
Awesome place, they have everything on their menu there. And you definitely need to try their pizookie, it comes in different flavors. Our waitress Periece and personal overall were super nice.
This is our first time in Austin Texas so trying new restaurants is exciting so we came here from the reviews. My husband really enjoyed the jambalaya because it was all chicken based💞 So he was in heaven. As far as for me I am very particular about my pizza sauces. I didn't care for it but the presentation of the food was great. The staff was nice and very attentive and we loved that. We will go back. Oh and spinach artichoke dip was really good as a appetizer 💞
I came to BJ’s Brewhouse for my birthday, and we had a party of 10 show up last minute. Even with such a big group, Megan handled everything perfectly. She was attentive, super friendly, and made sure all of us were taken care of without missing a beat. She gave great recommendations, kept the energy fun, and really went above and beyond to make the night special. The food and drinks were great, but Megan’s service truly made the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Megan, for making my birthday celebration such a great time!
my boyfriend and i were visiting the area from Houston for our 4 year anniversary and we chose to come here for dinner. i have never been to a Bj's before in my area so we decided to try it out and it did not disappoint. Victoria was a great server and super sweet! the strawberry skinny rita and food was great. thank you for an amazing dining experience.
Excellent food, and tremendous service! We had no wait for a valentine's dinner! And Victoria was a great server! Management was walking from table to table checking that everyone was satisfied. Top notch service for a busy night!
Had an awesome experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse thanks to McKinley! From the moment we sat down, the service was friendly, attentive, and on point. McKinley made sure our drinks stayed full, checked in at the perfect times, and had such a great attitude the whole night. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted amazing. You can tell they care about quality. Between the great food and top-tier service, it was easily a 5-star visit. Definitely coming back — and hopefully getting McKinley as our server again!
The food and service was great! Tee was our server and she did an excellent job of keeping our waters filled and being a friendly face! The Mike's Hot Honey Pizza was delicious and I definitely recommend it if you're into the sweet/spicy combo. The Butterfingers Pizookie is also delicious!
Bj Cedar Park is our go to! With family, friends, and anytime we can’t decide what to eat. Always so many options that never get old. We love all the people and many know us by name! They are so patient with our children also! Specifically on today’s visit Caitlin was so awesome with our multiple requests and indecisiveness haha. We appreciate her!
BJ Restaurant is a fantastic spot! The menu is huge, with something for everyone, from deep dish pizzas to delicious burgers. I especially love their Pizookies for dessert—warm, gooey, and totally irresistible. The atmosphere is lively and fun, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family. Service is always friendly and efficient, making sure you have everything you need. While it can get a bit crowded, the quality of the food and overall experience make it well worth the wait. Highly recommend giving it a try!
We’ve been coming to BJ’s Brewhouse for years and it’s always a reliable spot for our family. The food is consistent, the atmosphere is relaxed, and they have great options for kids, which makes dining out easy and enjoyable. Solid place we keep coming back to.
I personally love BJ’s. My family and I ordered the crispy jalapeño burger. I specially highlight this dish because of the sheer amount of bursting flavor in this sandwich. The juicy chicken topped with crispy, fried jalapeños deserves to be put in the top 3 best dishes in this restaurant. I feel like the service is great because of the cheerful workers who look like they actually want to be there. The atmosphere is wonderful because there is always a lot of people who are having a bunch of fun living like there is no tomorrow.
We love BJs for a lot of reasons :) Great food, great service, always a good time and they take care of us. Fresh ingredients, love their salads here! Lately though we've been coming for the pizookie deal because what's not to love - great options for food and a mini pizookie to boot!! Also I love the app, It gives some great rewards! My only negative is...... that darn Pepsi =/ But oh well:)
McKynley was an absolutely amazing server! They were attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience feel effortless. From the moment we sat down, McKynley greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks were always refilled on time, and they checked in just enough without ever being intrusive.
I had an amazing experience at BJ’s thanks to our server, McKinley. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in on us often without being overbearing and gave great recommendations. Our food and drinks came out quickly, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. McKinley went above and beyond — definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend asking for her!
My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner — really, we were just craving a pretzel but figured we should eat something more since we had no food at home. From the moment we sat down, our waitress, Erin, was absolutely wonderful. We were so indecisive — first we ordered the pretzel, then said we might order more, then changed our minds, then ordered something else, then asked to cancel it and pack it to go instead. Through all of it, Erin was patient, kind, and cheerful, with a genuine smile the entire time. She handled our back-and-forth with such grace that it honestly made our day. The pretzels were delicious (highly recommend!), our food was great, everything was clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly — exactly the kind of dining experience we always hope for. Erin, if you see this — keep that attitude! The world needs more people like you. 🌎💛
Outstanding Experience at BJ’s Cedar Park! I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at BJ’s in Cedar Park! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Ashley, our server, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. A special shoutout to Manager Hiro, whose leadership is clearly making a difference. The improvements in service and overall vibe were noticeable and much appreciated. You can tell the team is well-trained, motivated, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the attitude of the entire staff made the evening memorable. This location has truly stepped up its game—highly recommend for a great night out!
Phenomenal, excellent service from our server, Leah. My partner and I had decided to split the chicken alfredo and she thoughtfully the meal into two separate plates for us. I love going to my local BJ’s and knowing that I will receive consistently delicious food. The food came out very quickly as well.
Amazing service, delicious food, we will definitely be back here very soon and we are very grateful to have such a wonderful restaurant. Been going to this location for a couple years now and have never been disappointed. The food has always tasted great and priced reasonably. The service has also been phenomenal whether it was a curbside order or a dine in. Highly recommend the root beer, pizza and cheese sticks. All three are amazing and highlight BJs offerings. A newly added addition is the Prime Rib special on Sunday's - highly recommend if you're hungry. Download the app ahead of coming to put yourself on the wait-list and get rewards while you're at it. Also pro-tip if you enjoy multi-course dinners and beer - every couple months BJs does an event for a very reasonable price.
Service was awesome and friendly. We ordered the Cauliflower pita tacos w/ honey siracha Brussel sprouts which literally I would DIE for!!! The plate was an excellent vegetarian alternative. Also, ordered the Comfort crispy chicken sandwich which was delicious! Crispy chicken, bacon, ham, and Alfredo sauce?! Mind-blowing chicken cordon Bleu twist. The fries were cooked to perfection and the slaw was chunky and very unforgettable (two bites only and yuck).
The $13 special was great. Our server, Tee, was friendly and efficient. Our party of four all left content.
Stopped by here with the family (party of 10) for a late celebration dinner one evening recently. The tri-tip special is definitely where it's at. However, steer clear of the baked potato. It was as medium rare as the meat. When our waiter brought out another potato that was supposedly cooked more, it really wasn't. Maybe they nuked it so that it was a little hotter but it too was still hard in the middle. Anyway, Ian did a good job of waiting on us and hopefully he was happy with our tip. The Pizookie is a great way to top off the meal and makes the meal a good value for about $15.
Decided to have a salad for lunch and it was pretty good! I ordered the seared ahi tuna and my husband ordered the crispy chicken salad. Mine looked great but my husbands looked like they had ran into the wall and tried to put it back together. Our waitress may have been going through something today she wasn’t very friendly, but we never know what someone may be going through and on another day she may be fabulous!
Alfredo chicken pasta is okay, burgers both chicken and veg are good. Chicken and bacon pizza is good. Desserts are fabulous. Overall we had a great experience here.
I’ve been to this BJ’s before and I love coming here for dinner and a pizookie (the best) I will say that it can be loud and it’s cold so bring a jacket. The wait can be long so I would recommend making a reservation. The prices are a little high, so we don’t come here as often. The service is always quick and great, and my boyfriend who is particular about food, highly recommends the jumbalaya (new orleans level)
Have been a 12 plus year fan of bjs , food is always great. recently ordered curbside pickup, food was ok but quantity of pasta was half of what we usually get. Also the lady who dropped was rude and didnt greet or anything and went back without handing off the juice properly. The juice glass opened and made a mess in my car.
BJs is a chain but once in a while you find one that resembles something better. BJs Cedar Park. A restaurant cook that takes time to include firm tomatoes (removed seeds)and the greenest arugula Ive ever seen when it all gets covered in balsamic anyway in the mozzarella salad, its a winner and totally recommend.
We decided to try this place because our in-laws told us they had a good vegetarian pizza and nachos. We also tried some of their alcoholic drinks that had Boba, which were very good as well as a ton of different beers to choose from little bit on the expensive side for a bar, but everything was tasty and I will be back to try more things in the future the service was also very good
Update: Went to this place again and everything was great. Got a salad this time and it was very good. Host was very helpful. Server was good. Ordered bacon cheeseburger with Gluten free bun and salad in place of fries. Also had turmeric cauliflower that was good. Only complaint I had was the gluten free bun was very hard in spots so must have been old. Otherwise still enjoy going to their restaurants. I told the waiter about the bun so that hopefully the chef can check the bread before sending it out. !
We love BJ's! Our server was great. Very friendly and took great care of us. We ordered the sliders for our app, a large deep dish pizza for the entree, and two pizookies for dessert. The pizza was just ok. The edges were crisp but the bottom was pretty soggy, thus the three stars. For a $30 pizza we expected better. The pizookies however, are the reason we come. We got the limited "Fruity Pebbles" and the classic chocolate chunk. Both were great. The FP was actually one of the best desserts I've had in a while. Even if we don't return for dinner, this will definitely be our dessert spot.
Food was good, bit pricy for the quality, and the menu said deep dish, I thought will be Chicago style, but no, just a thick dough with some ingredients, the pizza had more tomatoes than jam, and i ordered the smoked ham. My family ordered the chicken Parmesan, the portion was really good, pasta and chicken were great, the best part was the dessert, pizookie, with brownie, recommended 100%
First time going to BJ’s. Food was good, but I wasn’t told til paying that I can’t buy the cute lil tub as advertised due to “low stock” that was not mentioned anywhere else. This novelty drink is the only reason we went, so it would probably be helpful to mention it prior or mark on the ad on the table that the cup is unavailable. Disappointed but at least full
My husband used the app and reserved our place on line. We showed up and were seated quickly. I had the bacon guacamole deluxe burger with a veggie patty. It came with fries. My husband had the crispy jalapeno burger. The veggie patty was very soft. The burger was ok but lacked texture as everything - except the bacon - was soft. My husband liked his burger. We both liked the fries as they were nice and crispy. We both had the sangria flight which, also, was good. Service however was lacking. Both our table and another were looking for her. She came out and was moving quickly past the other table who just managed to catch her attention. We barely caught her attention when she went flying past us in order to get our check. If we go again, we'll sit at the bar and hopefully get better service.
We were a party size of 8. The food was good but the service was slow and the person who waited for us was confused. They were out of jagermeister too. Apart from that the avocado egg rolls were too good. The nashville hot wings tasted good. Spinach artichoke dip was also tasty. The deserts are a must try. We had the hot fudge brownie pizookie and triple chocolate pizookie made with ghirardelli.
Dear BJ’s - please stick your what you know! Perhaps we just had a bad chef night but pasty, baby food textured dishes that tasted like canned goods was the theme of tonight. Only my daughter’s smokehouse burger and fries (her normal order) turned out as expected. We were excited to try the new bottomless Soup & Salad ala Olive Garden, but boy was that a terrible idea! The clam chowder was lukewarm and clammier than we would’ve hoped. The chili tasted like it came out of a can with beer added bec it hadn’t been stewed enough to burn off the alcohol. Tortilla soup was pasty and bland. The salads were decent/standard and good size. The new appetizer of chips and dip were just as disappointing- ok guac, but pasty, tasteless spinach dip and the queso literally tasted and was the consistency of Cheese Whiz! Horrible! Even the Pizookie was off - undercooked in some spots. Super sad, disappointing and $$$ meal!
The food was good, but you can tell the menu shrank quite a bit yet still has a wide variety of options. They have a kids menu, but the value has been sucked away by penny pinching. No garlic knots and fruit beforehand, pretty sure the milk was also an upcharge. The pazookie was an extra upcharge as well.
I ordered a 14oz. ribeye. The cook on it was supposed to be medium. The first thing I noticed was that the size of the steak looked small for the size that it was supposed to be. I mentioned that to the waiter, and he said that the 14 ounces are pre-cooked weight. I said that that is not mentioned on the menu. He brought a manager and she said she would give me a discount or have another one cooked. Being that we had to go meet family, I opted for a discount. I should have gone with a new steak because my steak that should have been cooked medium was overcooked to medium well. Oh! And my discount for an underweight, over cooked steak....a whopping 3 bucks. I'll just stick to Texas Roadhouse from now on!
I've been to BJ's in a few different cities. I had DoorDash deliver from this location. We ordered BJ's Favorite Pizza, which was supposed to be deep dish. I guess they don't deliver deep dish because it was basically just pan crust pizza. Giving 4* based on past experience with the chain, but I do wish I'd known it wasn't gonna be deep dish. That was sorta the point. ;) 6.28.22 edit - 4* down to 2*: Finally made it to BJ's in person. Definitely not the experience I've had at BJ's elsewhere. So, I'm not sure if the BJ's chain has slipped or if it's just this location. Med burger was cooked well burnt, pizza was bland and flavorless, but the artichoke dip compensated as it was very salty. If you must, stick to the beer and deep dish pizza.
Just left the place following a working lunch. Poor service, poor food and a crazy wait considering we were only 6 of the maybe 10 total people in the place. Well over an hour for 3 personal pizzas, two salads and a burger. The pizzas came out about 15 minutes before anyone else was served and 1 of the entree salads even longer - they got the order wrong. I ordered the ahi tuna salad and the tuna was pretty fishy. More fried wontons and limp cucumbers than lettuce. Overall, a really disappointing experience.
Well this experience just topped the other ones. Mojitos should be mixed but these are just poured in the glass and then served. The manager acted like that's how they should be. Pizza was dry and partially uncooked. He asked if we had told the waitress, I would of yet she dropped the food off and ran away so fast I couldn't get a single word out. She managed to go to 4 other tables after but never stopped by again.
I got a text at 7 PM saying my order was ready. It's now 7:30 and we're just being told they're still waiting on sweet potato fries.
Medium rare steak came full rare on one half, and way undersized for the cost! Size of my hand -- for $35, at lunch. Asparagus so small and dry it poked my mouth. 4 out of 5 of us did not enjoy our plates. But the server was great. Way overpriced and not yummy. Longhorn, in contrast, has one 50% larger and for 2/3 the price, with plump amazing asparagus, and done right every time. This is the second time we've been, last time was the same. Won't ever be back.
The wait staff is kind but pretty disengaged and not knowledgeable, but the kitchen definitely needs more training. Ordered a medium rare burger and received a well done patty instead. The fries were WAY oversalted, couldn't eat them without brushing salt off. Kitchen needs a refresher on burger temps and seasoning fries.
Ordered medium rare steak, it was basically raw. Came in about 9:40 when they close at 11, waiter had an attitude but it was a little busy so didn’t think much. Seen some other table give her problems so I’m assuming she was giving them the same attitude. Still tipped bc you never know the type of day someone is having. Seen a couple other reviews about undercooked meat so I would recommend not ordering steaks here lol. Love bjs but probably won’t be returning to this location.
Always have bad service here! Most recently, today, August 14th, we came for dinner around 5:50 and the place was near empty. We were seated at a dirty table and we asked to be seated elsewhere. After we ordered it took about 40 minutes to get a burger, some pasta and chicken strips! WHY SO LONG?!?! The food was about room temperature, so obviously it was sitting on the counter for a while. Out waitress, Jaden B, was horrible. She mostly ignored us the entire time. I asked for more beer and she never brought it. I had to wave her down a couple times to get her attention just to get a refill on a soda. We needed extra napkins and couldn't find her, so I asked a lady at the bar and she gave me a go to hell look and said no, they don't have napkins. We were going to order dessert, but we couldn't get Jaden B attention and we didn't want to wait forever for dessert. This is not the first time we got stuck by/ignored by her. I spoke with a manager, Jose Ortega and told him about our bad experiences. He apologized, but that was about it. I was hoping for a discount or gift card to help out, but that never happened. I was there a few days earlier with several friends for an early happy hour and we got ignored service then too. They were not busy at all, but It took forever to get our first round. Then we got ignored. We wanted multiple rounds but because we were ignored we all left. BJ's lost a lot of revenue because of very bad service.
I order a trim tip wedge salad from door dash on 8.23.25 at 8pm last night. the food came in a timely manner, however the cut of meat used was unacceptable. I have ordered this before for delivery and never had an issue. I don't know if the chef was lazy because it was later at night and because it was being delivered. I felt that because only a dog would eat that cut-off meat. its was full of fat. hard, unable to chew or get a lean piece. it look like it was the tail portion. I don't know but it was the worse cut. it smelled a little. I am glad I ordered a mini pizza, that was the saving grace. I will never order that again. highly disappointed. as much as I frequent bjs this is my first bad experience.
Told my son “we have t been to BJs in a while.” And there was a good reason for that…. Today at BJs I was served frozen mozzarella sticks, I ordered the prime rib but received a well done NY strip and after that we really just came for the piezookie… welp they botched that too. Asked the waitress for the regular piezookie she brought us a Dubai one. Needless to say this is why we don’t go to BJs anymore.
Our server was a young lady very inattentive and the staff was unhelpful and we had a party of 5. We were here for 2 hours and everything took forever to get. The drinks, food, desserts and something as simple as silverware . When we asked for the manager he looked like he was about to cry and then took forever to still get us our check. But they gave us a discount, that was the only good part about this experience.
The bar works out well but anywhere else you are ignored. The food is so nasty it always comes out like it's been setting and no one cared to bring it. You will always wait an hour for food. The good ratings are definitely bought and paid for. You should go anywhere else especially since 54 and TRH have opened. Huge waste 0 value.
