Updated review: They got a new machine after 5+ years of problems. Felt great to get water out easily and quickly. Thanks for taking action Chipotle! Only current issue is the location is just too small inside, but not much they can do about that now. Overall great Chipotle, with one major issue. The soda machine is a nightmare! Getting water out of it has been difficult for literally five years. And now the ice machine literally shoots ice at you after you stop hitting the button. Only restaurant I've ever been to where I had rage again a soda machine. But it's well deserved, and absurd that a brand this big allows something so simple to continue for so long. To management: as soon as you get a new machine, let me know and I'll update my review to probably 5 stars, since it will be deserved. Although I come enough I'll find out myself most likely.
Their business is very clean. The employees are nice. I got a organic lemonade, & chicken meat bowl with rice, black beans, corn, lettuce, light on mild pico de gallo, guacamole, tomato's, cheese. What's so great about this place is you get to choose wether you want a bowl or burrito you also get to choose what protein you prefer, and you tell the person what ingredients to add to your bowl. It's delicious
Healthy food served MY way🎉 I like to trying the specials when they come out, generally seasonal. I find food is fresh, the staff friendly and they give good advice and opinions of their own when asked. Quick and reasonably priced.
Always like the feeling of eating some healthier food. We always get our order correct until they run out of sour cream.😁👍
Get's crowded during rush hours, so finding parking spots closer might be a challenge. Online order portions mostly tends to be lesser than ordering onsite.

Chipotle seems to have step up ingredients quality. I have really enjoyed the bowls there lately. Love adding fresh guac! The service is very fast food but generally good. Atmosphere is fine, nothing special, a bit cramped and loud, but fine.
We had always heard how good Chipotle was but had never eaten at one until we stayed in Cedar Park. We now understand the hype! We visited on a busy Saturday night. The line moved quickly due to an efficient and friendly staff. The dining room was clean. We enjoyed steak salads, chicken burritos, sweet tea and the delicious tortilla chips. They were all delicious. We would definitely eat here again.
Our first Chipotle. This is where it all started. We love the food, the team and the music. It must be hard to keep such a busy place clean. This is an area for improvement for this chain generally, and no location illustrates this better than the busy Cedar Park branch. Chipotle really should put one team member on cleaning the public areas full time. Apart from that, it’s solid.
The Barbacoa beef was feature on the menu so I gave that a try. Meh, you may wanna pass on that one because it was basically roast beef with some seasonings. The whole Chipotle concept was really cool many years back, but it's basically a big tortilla or a bowl, your choice filled with rice, beans, and a protein. Add a salsa or two for free. And yesz that's it. Everything else is extra, starting at $2.75 per tablespoon-sized dollup. Gauc, sour creme, queso just to make a few. Want a bigger dollup? Double the price. Sorry, kinda hard to get excited about a $18 burrito.
I recently visited this place and was quite disappointed with the service. When I went to get a bowl, the person serving didn’t even check if there was enough food left—he just scraped together whatever was remaining without saying anything or asking us to wait for a fresh batch. On top of that, the staff seemed to be having some kind of disagreement among themselves. They were exchanging words and making unpleasant faces, clearly distracted and not paying attention to the customers.
I am here typically at least once or twice a week, so I like the food and it is consistently of good quality. However, every time I'm in, the restaurant is filthy! Today I went in close to 6pm and all unoccupied tables were disgusting (see attached pictures). The restaurant was not crowded at all. I'm so tired of walking in to only dirty tables. I frequently ask someone to wipe down a table for me (I should have to ask!) and sometimes I just give up and get the food to go. There seems to be sufficient staffing of 6 or 7 people behind the counter at all times, so it seems cleaning up after customers, especially during peak times, would be an obvious necessary task. Please do better!
Chipotle has been in the news for the wrong reasons before and our local Chipotle just confirmed why! Good location, Timely service (for online order), food seemed good until we got to the first live bug!! - our first time ordering here and the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they were supporting a good cause for a local high school. Need better hygiene and controls over the fresh produce they use!!!
I asked a male staff member, Jordan which meat would be the least spicy for my child, and he recommended the chicken. After we paid, it turned out to be too spicy and my child would not eat it. I explained the situation to him, but instead of offering a solution, he required me to pay for an additional meal. Very disappointing service.
Just ordered a double steak bowl on door dash and they send me a half full bowl with only a single serving yet I get charged the full price. They have no integrity when ordering online as my bowl was not even sealed and was leaking all over the bag. Bare minimum effort put into customer service.
They have hours posted on Google and the door but lock the doors just after 10 instead of the 11 posted. I understand if the final hour of business isn’t active enough to justify remaining open that late. But this is an everyday occurrence and warrants a change in posted hours. Instead, they opt to disappoint customers who aren’t aware of the early closure.
This Chipotle is beyond awful. It is not just bad, it is absolute garbage. Every single order is a disaster. Nothing is ever right. The food is wrong, the ingredients are missing, the bowls look like they were thrown together by someone who does not care at all. Some of the food is even overcooked to the point that I almost choked on it. It is disgusting and dangerous, and it is pure trash every single time. And the part that makes my blood boil is when you tell them about their mistakes. They do not care. They do not fix it. They do not remake it. They just hand you the wrong food and act like you should just accept it. It is insulting. It is disrespectful. It shows they have zero respect for their customers or their money. Chipotle is not cheap. We are spending serious money here, and for what? For garbage orders that are never correct and sometimes unsafe to eat. It feels like throwing cash straight into the trash can. This place is a scam. The service is beyond lazy, the staff is careless and rude, and the whole location is a disgrace to the Chipotle name. I cannot express how much I hate this location. It is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. It is trash, it is disgusting, it is worthless. You will never see us back here again. I would rather go hungry than waste another cent at this disaster of a Chipotle.If you value your time, your money, or your safety, stay far away from this place. It does not deserve customers. It does not deserve to stay open. It is complete trash, it is dangerous, and it should be shut down immediately.
I have been to this location several times but I have to agree with the most recent reviews, this place has gone down hill. We went in on Sunday 4/6 around 7pm. There were plenty of staff but they all seemed completely overwhelmed. It was steady but only about 4-5 people in line (including 2 of us). There was a woman behind the counter taking the order for the kids in front of us and after each item they said she was saying, "WHAT ELSE?! WHAT ELSE?!" ... and that's when I knew it was not going to be a pleasant experience. She was very visibly irritated for some reason? When we placed our order we asked for 2 sides of meat (which we have done many times before). Somehow it was very confusing to the 3 people working behind the register and the girl got involved too... They assured us that they were going to ring it in a different way because it was going to be cheaper. However, somehow we ended up with 2 scoops of meat in a large bowl for $15... more than the price of an actual bowl? When I asked to see the receipt they said, "Yeah it's in the bottom of the bag.. thanks" So I didn't realize this until we had already left how oddly it was rang up. Not impressed with the attitudes, portion sizes, or cleanliness of this location.
I'll just be as real as I can be without being rude like the employee that Fernando (Manager) let talk to me. He wouldn't give me her name which is fine but she is at the Cash Register (Only Blonde Girl Working There) today between 1pm-2pm. I was spoken to and treated disrespectfully by her at the counter after they forgot to include my Free Guac & Queso using the EXTRA25 (FREE GUAC & QUESO) that was ordered through my Chipotle App. This applies to ANYONE'S Chipotle App if you purchase an Entree. Except....for when you go to this chipotle.....you see, when I placed my order it took -$2.75 or -$2.50 (can't remember exactly) off my total for the Free Guac & Queso. But the Blonde girl at the counter told me I can ONLY CHOOSE between 1 or the other because it only took -$2.75 or -$2.50. I tried showing her the Chipotle App & the promotional email I received from Chipotle weekly. I did this nicely, hoping to achieve better customer service. I tried explaining that I understand a Tiny Queso & a Tiny Guac would cost more but it simply isn't my problem. This is a promotion for ANY CHIPOTLE REWARDS MEMBER (who orders an Entree; which I did) and it clearly states it in the app and email. What's the real problem here? I even ordered my own chips because the offer is ONLY for Queso & Guac. The lack of effort or understanding from Fernando and the blonde cash register girl was awful. I am, genuinely, disappointed at the manager, the employee (for talking to me the way she did), and the establishment as a whole. You'd be better off ordering Online and praying that your food is made appropriately and is up to Chipotles standard, as a business. So again, the blonde employee at the cash register (who Fernando is standing RIGHT NEXT TO the entire time) is telling me I can only choose between 1 or the other, Fernando NEVER says anything. After the Real-Time 'ATLANTA' moment, I received my Queso and Guac from the worker at the Digital Only Station. She was a delight and did not want anything to do with it so I'm assuming she just surrendered and gave me what the App shows. Ended up eating my meal there with my significant other (in peace) and at the end of my meal I told Fernando that it would be nice NOT to be talked to the way the blonde employee did to me. I let him know that if anyone else comes in with the coupon don't give them a hard time. Assess the situation and detail what the issue is. And if an employee is speaking that way to ANY customer, pull them aside but don't let it continue. Don't allow your employees to sarcastically and roughly handle your customer. It's sad that I am laying out a fast track on managerial etiquette and solutions on a business that SHOULD run efficiently year round. I mean it's Chipotle. You're SUPPOSED TO BE CONSISTENT. But my experience was everything but that. It was poor management and poor service. A master class on bad customer service from this particular location. They have been depleting for a few years now. Fernando finally responds with "I understand, okay" *head nods. I would hope this Chipotle is willing to express more than an apology for such a demeaning encounter and unpleasant experience. -Your 30 Year Cedar Park Native
Found a fingernail in my burrito, I ordered online so I couldn’t get a refund online which isn’t any of the employees fault but the fingernail thing definitely is. Really gross and the website I’m supposed to use to get my food refunded is no help whatsoever. Wouldn’t eat here, I just threw my food away, the lemonade was good tho.
Ordered a bowl to-go online. Not only were several ingredients missing from my order including salsas, fajita peppers, etc but I kid you not I had to spit out 9 pieces of meat that were not trimmed at all, covered in fat and sinew, and honestly just a gross experience. Everyone should be able to trust the food their eating and the company they’re purchasing from not have to check every piece of meat while they’re eating it to ensure they won’t get another bad piece. I eventually gave up and stopped eating the meal. This is coming after working an 8 hour day straight with no breaks. Just the last thing anyone needs… is to have to essentially do the job of the person who cuts the meat. Update! They told me to reach out so they could provide support and the agent while having seen my message did not respond and was not helpful at all obviously. Thanks chipotle..for wasting more of my time.
We call this the “Worlds Slowest Chipotle”. If you order an online order to be ready at 6:20, it won’t be ready until 7. They get orders wrong. The line takes 30 minutes to an hour to get through sometimes. I’ve never seen a chipotle like this one. The tables are filthy, they are always out of stuff, the tea tastes watered down. If I were the owner I would do a serious inquiry to why the manager has allowed this to happen. It is worth the drive 10minutes down the road to the lake line location. Avoid this chipotle at all costs.
My first ever visit to Chipotle! Not good. After seeing the carne asada commercials, I was uninspired. I really wanted to taste freshness given their procurement parameters, but food tasted plain and basic. I'm a junkie for white rice with toppings. The meat was nothing like the commercials and most was stingy and hard to chew. The multiple on the stock price is a joke. Go elsewhere.
