Friendly employees, quick service, good doughnuts. I don't know why this place is never full. Alot of the businesses in this particular area have parking lots that are tough to maneuver in, but this one is OK.

Great coffee, I haven't experienced a burnt cup yet. The customer service is awesome and the prices are good. Love the Avocado Toast. Lol

We arived about 7:00 pm, there were few to no donuts. One cinimon bun and some powder donut holes. Really disappointed, so we purchased ice cream 🍦 at 31 flavors at the same location. The staff was very friendly and helpful store for clean.

I've stopped in many times and have been very happy with my donuts and am consistently happy with the customer service I've received.  Employees have been friendly with me and others with customers. I'm a simple donut lover, so I can not evaluate the other offerings Dunkin prides itself on now. The donuts here stand up to Dunkin Donuts standards. Filled donuts have a good amount of filling, and do not leak when you hold them. Regular yeast donuts have been soft. The few times I've ordered a cake one, it has been firm and soft. There isn't a big selection of donuts, but the restaurant is no longer focused on their sale.

Pretty good for Dunkin Donuts. The team worker Amy, was very polite, brought fresh coffee to our table. Midnight roast was really good. I had the Matcha tea with oat milk. Delicious for me,.I'm allergic to dairy. We had the 2 for $2.00 wraps, 2 donuts.. just the 2 of us.. LoL. Just the bathroom needed a cleaning🤭

*Edit: Updated Review March 2019* This location has improved. When comparing to the North Austin, Round Rock, and Killeen locations this one is much better. They always have ample supply of donuts and make the vanilla chai and coffee correctly. Service is much improved. If they put a hot beverage in the wrong cup they will now fix the error upon request. 👍 *Old Review* The quality of the product exceeds the quality of the service. We like to come here for the vanilla chai. For some reason every location in Texas likes to serve a hot chai in a paper cup with an open lid. These paper cups are not sufficient for insulating the heat from the drink. At most locations in texas I have to specify that obvious fact. At this location when I requested a Styrofoam cup for my hot drink I was told that they don't have large Styrofoam cups. I thought the statement was rather bold as the cups were clearly visible from my vantage. If you don't want to put a hot beverage in the correct cup even upon request that's one thing but don't lie so terribly.

Got a breakfast sandwich and some hasbrowns today. The hashbrowns came as pictured, lumped into a ball and over cooked. Service left something to be desired. Lady didn't seem happy to be there, they forgot someone's coffee that was there before I got there, they didn't say thank you one time even after I said thank you. My breakfast sandwich was good though.

Everything was good except they had no coffee brewing. Ironically it's a coffee shop.

Beware and check your drink before you leave. Order 2 medium coffees and see how one of them is 30% empty! That’s just cheating! Why charging me for medium and give small quantity?

I usually love Dunkin’, but this location has been disappointing every single time. The egg and cheese croissant is always burned, and when I tried giving them another chance with the chicken wrap, that was burned too. Even the donuts don’t taste fresh they seem dry and old. It feels like the quality control here is really poor. Definitely not up to Dunkin’s usual standards.

Most place’s provide a receipt with the phrase “How was my service “ this DD didn’t and probably because they knew the quality of the food they were serving was less than subpar. Hash Browns were burnt and hard on the inside and out on top of paying $2 for an order of 5 dried out rounds. Just look at the pics….

My bf & I just got some donuts from this place, hoping to eat them with the rest of our breakfast. We open our box & there’s this jelly filled donut with black & blue spots on it- we thought it was Mold! So we called them to tell to ask them about the spots around the donut & a lady answered the phone saying it was “bruising” from the donut machine. Donuts don’t bruise ever unless that bruise is “mold”. Now we’re weary of eating the rest of the donuts in the box because some others are like that is well. Always check your boxes!

i came here with my brother excited for a good breakfast. when we got home from the drive thru we looked at our food and everything was completely BURNT. so i call the store and the lady on the phone never apologized once, just “thank you for letting us know.” the service here is absolutely awful.

Been here only twice, both times the breakfast tots were really soggy and had a weird taste. One of the workers seemed kind of rude and mad. Not returning.

Drink received 80% full. This happens all the time at this location. Management has been made aware of this problem, yet they continue to scam customers.

My wife and I went through the drive thru, My wife originally asked a few questions about the coffee then we ended up asking to just take the coffee off the order. The lady at the window asks us to pull up to the window after we took off the order, we hear her say “so annoying” behind the mic at the drive thru before we pull up to the window. Waited about 8 minutes at the window for someone to ask us to pay. I work service to so I understand if it was annoying. At least have the nerve to mute the mic and don’t hide in the back when the customers come to the window. Ps the manager or shift lead was the lady that said we were “so annoying”. Great work guys👍

If you can't fullfill orders you have a bad GM, and owner. Most Dunkins are ran terribly, its up to management to change that.

I ordered and prepaid online for a dozen donuts early this morning. When I arrived an hour and a half later to pick them up, I was told they had sold my order because they “assumed” I wouldn’t show up. That is completely unacceptable. To make it worse, they did not even attempt to refund me until I explicitly demanded it. Selling a paid order and hoping the customer doesn’t come back is either gross incompetence or outright disregard for customers. This is the last time I will ever come here.

Requested prepacked quart ice cream. They didn't have any in the freezer. Tried to charge me double to fulfill the order.

Worst experience. We went here 10AM on a Sunday morning for drive through. They said 10mins wait for food and we were in hurry. So dint want to order. But we were stuck in the line for 15mins. They could have planned all of this better. Never coming back to this location again.

I’ve been to this location multiple times for a chai tea. I usually buy Starbucks, but sometimes it’s too busy - so I’ll try Dunkin instead. Nearly every time I choose Dunkin instead, I unfortunately regret it. I’m not one to write reviews and go out of my way to leave one - BUT, this is the 4th or 5th time my chai tastes like STRAIGHT SYRUP. I’ve also gotten their breakfast sandwiches and they taste like plastic. I know this isn’t the staff fault because they’re always so friendly - but like, maybe talk to Dunkin HQ and tell them to step up their game. Make food and drinks that TASTE EDIBLE.

Today, Sunday, December 21st 2025, at around 12:30pm, My wife and I drove up to the drive up menu to order. I approached and turned my truck off as I usually do because I have a loud truck. After waiting 10 mins w no response at drive thru, we proceeded to pull up to the window because this has happened before do to my lifted truck and sensor not picking up are approach. The Young girl came to window and rudely asked us to pull back around, after a line had already formed behind us. I told her no Ill make my order here at window. Instead of taking our order at window she persistantly kept asking us to pull back around to back of line which I then I asked for a manager. The manager came to window and AGAIN! Asked us to pull back around! We absolutely would not. She then rolled her eyes at us and continued to take our order rudely! I explained to her that we had sat at order menu for 10 mins and showed the employee proof that we had sat there at window for 10 mins w no response. My wife and I come to this store daily and when I say daily thats means every single friggin day! For 7 years! Never have we experienced rudeness from an employee or manager in the last 7 years of us living in Cedar Park. We will no longer go to this store regularly like we normally do. This store needs to drastically re-train there staff and ESPECIALLY mangerment on how to treat there customers!

Came here 5 times and every time, the coffee drink was made wrong. Originally, I thought it was due to the pick up time but no. I've recently made an order at 10:45 and picked up at 10:55 and the drink was completely different from what I ordered (below is a pic of what I ordered vs what I've actually received). Even worse, the coffee was sour this time. There is no way I'm coming back to this location again.

Not only did they mess up my order like giving me kolache’s instead of hash browns, this drink is not a latte. It’s coffee with creamer. You don’t need to taste it to know because of the color. I’ve been a loyal Dunkin customer for the last 8 years coming from Northeast where there was a Dunkin every five minute drive. Dunkin was always >>>> than Starbucks to me, but for the past year at this location, I’ve never walked out of this Dunkin happy. Once every few months, I try again but this will be my last time until I move to Austin next year and hope the Dunkin locations there are better.
