Never thought I'd say this... But best big Mac I've ever had. It actually looked like the photo versions. Never thought I'd give a McD 5 stars...
I was on my way to pick up my RX so I stopped for food and a drink at 3:20 pm. I wasnt feeling well and everything was not going well, including my McDs code not working. Jose was super polite and helped me get it all worked out! I lost my voice so I wasn't able to thank him properly but just wanted someone to know how great he was and about the wonderful customer service I received from him. The young lady who handed me my food was able to provide his name was also so super helpful with a huge smile. I wish I had asked for her name as well. They are both a breathe of fresh air at this location.
We live closer to the Leander location but prefer to stop in here, as the playground here is better for younger kids. We enjoy the breakfast and letting our daughter play. It’s always clean which we really appreciate, sometimes they don’t keep the playplaces clean but that isn’t the case here. It was a chilly in the play area and we let the employees know, they immediately kicked up the heat. All in all the staff is really friendly, orders are accurate and good. We never went to McDonalds pre-kid but it’s definitely a great option and affordable.
This one is SUPER CLEAN!! The team worker s such a sweetheart. She took care of an impatient, long line graciously. I don't know her name. She's young, blonde, slender.. morning shift... The breakfast was fresh, hot. The coffee is reasonable and delicious. Come here instead of those expensive coffee places🤩

Best McD's we've been to in awhile! In door playscape with touch acreen game playing options. Plenty of outlets for electronic devices. Food was tasty and fresh. Service was friendly. Store felt clean and cozy!
Best McDonalds location I have ever been to. The Manager was out there treating everyone and making sure if we needed anything. Later I went up to get some ketchup from the dispenser and he started getting some for me. Absolutely great service!!!
This location specifically deserves a review. I dined in. The place is super clean, and most importantly, finally its not below zero inside like most restaurants. You can actually sit in the dining room and enjoy a meal without freezing your a** off! After self ordering on those big screens, the food came out super fast. Finally a McDonald's that doesn't undercook the fries! Everything was cooked to perfection. Delicious! Restrooms were very clean as well. This location made me love McDonald's all over again.🏆😁💖
Davey the gentlemen that works at the drive thru taking the orders is always so amazing and kind. He is a shining example of legendary customer service! I also want to note that the food is always hot and fresh so it's worth the extra time I have to drive to get to this location.
The play place was clean and regularly attended. There was a cashier (Salvator) who came through the dining room and made balloon animals for all the kids! He made our day, and our kids can't wait to come back. 😀
The volume of customers was only exceeded by the efficiency of the staffers. By their methodology and motivation, the drive-thru crew met rapid-fire customer demands in a positive and businesslike manner. We go there three or four times a week for meals and/or drinks, as the location is convenient to our workplace.

Gotta love having a well-run and premium McDonalds experience every visit. Often I've found other locations pre-make breakfast burritos to the point where the tortillas are hardened and the burrito is not good. Here they make the burritos fresh and the taste is unmatched. Wish all McDonalds were like this one!
No real complaints here just somebody please change the battery in the smoke alarm in the dining area. It’s been chirping on low battery for months !
Every time I've been in here, the employees are awesome...helpful, polite, and patient. Today, Gael was working the front counter and he was so attentive and helped me out when my online order wasn't showing up. It was my fault. 🤷♀️😆 He was great, though. So was Diana (?? not sure if that was her name or not), one of the managers. The food is and always is hot and delicious. ☺️
Stopped through to get something to eat after the Bad Bunny concert. The line was fairly long which I figured I would be waiting a while. I was mistaken. The line moved very quickly. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes from ordering to having my food handed to me. It was very fast service and the order was correct.
It's a pretty easy place, it gets busy sometimes but if you want "fast food" and I use that term literally, this place is your choice
I don't LOVE McDonald's as a brand but now that I have a child I find myself going more frequently than I used to because of the indoor playgrounds. This is legitimately the most impressive of the 5 McDonald's I've visited in the North Austin area. The lobby was kept tidy, the staff was friendly and the playground was awesome. The bathroom could've used some love but other than that it was great.
This location is terrific! The drive-through is very quick. The staff is amazing, especially the young lady taking the order at the drive through she always asks you to verify your order and confirm it. I took off a star 🌟 cause my kids love the cookies, and most of the time, it's cold and not appetizing. Overall, I love this place.
One of the more modernized McDonald’s I’ve seen in a long time. Our pretty large order of Food was correct, fresh, and not too long of a wait. They have a play place, but only open 7am-9pm. Main downfall was how filthy all of the tables were, with leftover trash still on them. (I want to place blame on the prior patrons for a lack of manners in that regard!) Regardless, it still needs to be cleaned up more promptly.

I was in a hurry McDonald's food is recently pretty good but their service was slow they were busy and couldn't handle the customer flow of the drive-thru.
We got our food really quickly. Everything was hot and tasty (and best of all they didn't forget anything!) We were thrilled with the play area. They only issue is that tables and windows are filthy while employees are literally just pacing around the dining room. Time to lean=time to clean.
The service thru the app is terrific! My Happy Meal was delivered to my curbside spot across the drive thru during the heavy lunch rush. I was startled when my food arrived since the employee came to my passenger window. I'll be more mindful of my surroundings next time. The Happy Meal specifics were correct, and the employee smiled. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
Don't bother with curbside here. Ordered on phone and decided to try curbside. Waited 8-10 minutes for food while people were driving up, ordering, getting their food, and leaving. Food was hot but was just OK. On par for McDonald's. Girl who brought it out was slow. She approached car from passenger side. Passenger op window to get food and she ignored and went around to drivers side anyway. Not a big deal.
Went through the drive thru and and lady was so rude. Then when I drove up she snatched my card with her grubby sausage fingers. Very rude. Other than that the food was good and correct and it was fast too. Just get a new lady at the window and it's perfectly fine.
As far as McDonald's goes, this place tops a lot of other ones in the area. They always make their food really well and I have no complaints at all about the food here. However, almost every time I've been to this location, they've forgotten something from my order through the drive thru. I highly recommend double checking your order for accuracy but other than that this place is one of the best in the area but they definitely need more training on ensuring that orders are completed. They're always super friendly too, just not accurate.
Weird experiences with the staff. I went to get my usual food, at the drive thru, and one of the staff members very randomly told me about how her son, P.J. (27 years of age) got extremely sick, went into a coma for a month and then had to get a tube for his trachea and couldn’t speak. This was all at the first window, where you pay. She said it very nonchalantly, which was bizarre given the severity of his condition, and unprompted as I was there to just… pay for the food. This McDonald’s has been great the past 20 years I’ve frequented it, but the last few months have dropped in quality and I’ve had similar occurrences from this location where the employees would border more than just unprofessional and inappropriate behavior towards me. I gave this particular employee my prayers, but in the future I would like to see more mature interactions that don’t leave me feeling extremely uncomfortable. The food quality is still great, though there soda machine goes out quite a lot.
I go here one in a while usually between 10 pm and 6 am, using the drive through. Sometimes there's a long line at random times and the wait is a bit long, but if there's no line then things proceed rather smoothly. Typical McDonald's food and service. Nothing above and beyond and nothing below acceptable standards. But they do get your order wrong once in a while but they fix it if you go back.
It's pretty much your typical McDonald's but I never seem to get fresh fries from here never. Now I don't visit this place often but when I do the fries are generally the same. Why doesn't McDonalds even give ketchup any more when you order fries. I mean seriously at least one pack would be nice.
Once again, I work from 6pm to 6am in Pflugerville, on my way I order 20 pieces of nuggets about 10 to 15 mins before I get to McDonald's at 525, and it's almost never ready when I get thier, what's the point of ordering on line if not faster than ordering inside? It's crazy how long it takes, morning shift is totally opposite than afternoon shift.
It's McDonald's. It's good. But the service was not the best. It did sound like one of the people were mad when they couldn't hear us when they asked us to speak up once. So, I didn't like him, but everyone else was nice. It still isn't cheap but is not expensive
Waited in the car line. No one spoke for about a minute so I thought the intercom wasn’t working. Got to the widow and was told I would have to wait again because the cashier was told she could only speak to 3 cars at a time. It would have been nice if she at least did a simple greeting and that she would take my order shortly. I was annoyed. Then I went inside and used their order menu pad which was efficient. They were fast. Only 1 error with my order which was I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle and they gave me sausage, egg, and cheese. The food was good.
I’ve noticed one employee here consistently mistreats delivery drivers. It’s been happening since the summer, which is really unfortunate because it reflects poorly on an otherwise decent store.
Not as bad as many prior reviews. Food was good, fries just warm when served and replaced immediately with piping hot fries when requested. Nice play space for kids. One big complaint is not very clean, bathrooms and dining room needed cleaning. Floors were sticky, a couple of tables not cleaned. Much more drive through business than inside diners, could explain lack of attention. However, we did see one employee walking through restaurant on her phone, not paying attention to conditions in the dining room!
Don't use the mobile app, order has been wrong 2/5 times. Tickets are on the box correctly entered, food was just wrong and poorly made inside the box. I do not start with high expectations from McDonald's to begin with and they frequently still under perform.
Staff wasn't friendly or rude, just average. Would have been an average review except for the fact that there was a diaper changing station in the restroom, but no trash can for diapers, and an employee used the restroom and didn't wash her hands before leaving.
Order not taken at 🎤 moved to window and was giving excuses why 2 cars had Order taken after I pulled up. CS at McDonald's will never be like it was in the 80's. Customer was greeted with eye contact and asked " how may I help you" . Drive through service. The worst part the Manager made excuses instead of acknowledgement
I paid $14 for a burger, 6 nuggets and a small ice cream. It took them over 10 entire minutes to make the Mc Flurry and an additional 5 minutes to get me my burger and nuggets. Did they at least get the burger right? Nope! So I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get a burger that was drenched in mayo and ketchup. Keep in mind, I spent $14 for all of this! You get what you pay for, right? Well, it should be fast and fine right, right? Also the lady on QC looked like she had no idea what she was doing. At least I got my food. 😂 That's why I'm giving it at most 2 stars. Absolutely terrible experience otherwise.
Fries have had no seasoning the last 8 times I’ve been there. The employees are constantly the most mindless people I’ve ever seen, and the food is just horribly thrown together. Pathetic.
I keep trying to give MCd a chance. I tried their mobile app but as soon as I get close to their location, my phone locks up. Yesterday, it some ordered coffee at a location 30 miles from mind. Today 7-3-25 I used their app deal to get 99 cent coffee. I had to throw it away - it was way too strong and taste terrible. I give up. I think I have uninstalled the app twice. That is not improvement.
This place has no problem giving you a burger made up of 3 other broken burgers. Dry inedible garbage. I've also seen children urinating on their dumpster a few times. Go to a different location.
We order combo without pickles and tomatoes and they delivered wrong, we told them to replace it and they did but wrong again, I didn't say anything and just left, It shouldn't be this hard to have a small order correct I guess some employees just don't lay attention. People with food allergies just should stay away from this place
Once always great, now often-terrible. This location once had very friendly and competent staff. People were friendly, items were delivered in a timely fashion, and orders were always accurate. Since the recent renovation, however, this place has gone down hill with alarming speed and consistency of trend. To highlight a few examples. We had one night where in a bit of indecisiveness on a drink, we had a wrong drink logged and didn't catch that the wrong drink was entered on screen. Rather than simply correct the error, the employee chose to argue with us about what drink we really wanted, and then "corrected" the problem by handing us a second wrong drink of a different variety. In another instance, we were handed another car's food. The food was shoved out the window, and the window closed without a word as the employee had more important things to do (ie chitchat). When my roommate knocked on the window to get their attention, something that would have been unnecessary had they taken 5 seconds to make sure we were all set (before this place always took a brief moment to make sure you got everything and didn't need anything further), they acted annoyed, switched the food, again without a word, and closed the window again, and went back to chitchatting. On another trip, we payed, then pulled up to the second window and they had no clue who we were or what we'd ordered and needed our receipt to get our stuff ready from scratch, leaving us sitting, after which we had to pull forward and wait for an additional several minutes (it was longer than entire orders usually take to put together and have ready), and the girl who came out to our vehicle didn't offer so much as an apology that we'd have gladly accepted, instead literally just saying "here", handing us the food, and walking off. These are not cherry-picked examples out of a large number of trips. I am highlighting 3 of our last 5 visits. It's not just that mistakes were made by the crew; that I could understand and deal with to a point. It's that as customers we have been consistently treated with outright contempt. Sometimes it's not like that, as *some* of the crew are still great, but as long as I have to roll the dice on getting people who care if my food is correct, timely, and delivered with even a sliver of customer service, we're done with this establishment until things change.
I go here somewhat regularly since it's less than a mile from my house, and it's usually decent for McDonalds. Other times... nowhere near close to it. Today for example, I went to grab lunch for my kids and I. I had a coupon through the app, and the girl at the window tried to tell me it wasn't for what I ordered. I read it to her, and she still said no. I told her that they needed a class to go over the coupons because it's clearly worded. I handed her my cash, and she had a manager come over, who adjusted my receipt. When I got home I thought my burger looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I took a bite, and it was room temp at most. I looked at it, and saw why it wasn't even warm. My meat was completely raw. Please be leery when choosing to eat at this location.
I developed a taste for big mac's back in my college days. They have gone downhill. Mostly bun with overcooked meat, almost like crisp bacon, with maybe a tablespoon of "special sauce", certainly not enough to compensate for the dryness. I gave them a second chance and ordered a chicken sandwich a few days later. Same story, severely overcooked chicken on a toasted bun that was stale to begin with and only teaspoon of sauce this time. I gave them one last try, this time on a quarter pounder. I got it, it looked and tasted juicy and delicious...but...my belches shortly after eating tasted like the rancid, rotten grease bins behind the restaurant smell. There is likely a food sanitation law violation here and is a danger to customer health. This is probably worse than the annoyances with the big Mac and chicken sandwich. Heath department. If you're listening, it's time to do an inspection here.
Worst McDonald's I have ever been to and that's say alot. They hire people who seemingly don't know how to count. I have given them multiple chances but they always seem to forget something. And I called back and came in to pick up and missing item and one of the employees was incredibly rude to me. It's so incredibly frustrating that these children they hire can't count to 4. They are careless and not driven to ensure costumer service. it reflects poorly on the company and the management when they don't count the number of sandwiches in the bag.
Employee named Janet. messed up my order, Then decided to spit in my food. I am going to be back early in the morning & make sure I tell the manager about this. The service was fast.. if only my food was right. I don’t mean to sound like a jerk.. but I am very upset. I usually don’t leave reviews, this got me feeling some type of way.
I ordered 2 BBQ Chicken sandwiches. I didn't want no crispy onions or grilled onions. Well, I got 2 buns w/ both onions & no chicken on both buns. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. I didn't get even get an I'm sorry or anything for my inconvenience. I will never go back to this location.
First off normally it's good service for McDonald, but a someone who has been a manager in the food industry that's the most pathetic crew I've ever seen. The lady practically threw our food at us. We had 2 large chocolate shakes that we waited 6 min for the kid to come with 2 small coffees and then another 6 to come ask what our shakes were. By this point i was livid. then after I asked for a refund he asked the.flavor again.... I'm done with eating fast food in cedar park till these works all get drug tested for employment
Placed a curbside order, get there wait 17 minutes and it was not brought out. Go inside and my order is sitting there. Thinking maybe it was just made. Drive 5 minutes home and the food was cold. Even better, no sorry or anything. As I get to my car someone brings the food to the car next to me who had been there a few minutes. Will go to the McDonald's on Parmer and Whitestone from now on.
Honestly this place is great. I'm only giving it 1 star because of one specific employee. I don't know her name, but she in the mornings, has blonde hair, and wears glasses, anyway I came to this location around 10 a.m last week and was directed to take my order on the kiosk and when I asked to take my order on the register she left me standing at the register like an idiot for around 5 minutes until she finally decided to stop talking with her co-workers and took my order finally she proceeded to toss my bag on the counter when it came out without even calling my number. I don't know what kind of people they hire, but they need to teach her proper customer service.
Worst experience ever. They don't listen to customers. They made a mistake by leaving something I ordered off the my order. When i brought it up to them and I told them about it they wanted me to go around and wait in a long drive thru line to re-order something I already ordered. They denied me the ability to fix the issue and instead made excuse that they can't ring me up anymore items. I asked if they could just charge me the item I'm missing and they denied this and they told me to to go back thru line and order again that they had no ability to charge me. Then the manager came and told me the same thing so something that takes 30 sec to add to my order and charge me. They have a reserve parking for orders just like this but they refused that service to me saying to go around. This was thier mistake but they wanted me to fix the issue. What kind of customer service is this? The manager also has no regard and no ability to problem solve and made the situation worse. This is worst experience I have had just asking for something I should have had in the first place. I understand there is issues but it's not my job to tell them how to do a job just like it's not there job to tell me to wait in a 10 min line to get an order I already placed.
Did order ahead and waited 20 more minutes when I got here and I Had to left without my food because wasn’t ready and the my break from work was over.. I want my money back and I would never come back to this location.
Need to update your times, they are not 24hrs. Drove by there on my lunch time and it was closed all lights were off and nobody in store or drive thru
Ordered delivery from this location and received half my order. We ordered 4 big Mac meals and 4 mcdoubles. When my husband called, the worker who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and refused to help at all. This has still not been resolved nor have we gotten our money back for it. Do not go to this location, unless you want your hard earned money stolen, worst customer service we have ever experienced.
What is going on with this franchise? Is owned by cheap people now?? One napkin, no straw, no ketchup, cold fries?? This one all restaurants are the same
Awful drive thru experience. Ordered on app and clicked "I'm here" before we pulled into parking lot. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru line. Cashier was rude. Manager inside was even more rude and sarcastic. The only benefit to getting food here was supposed to be speed but bad food, bad service, and slow is just tough to understand. Will never go there again.
Got yelled at because I couldn’t hear them yelling at me for my order because I had headphones in. Used the kiosk, got my number and had it facing the kitchen with my number clearly displayed. Seems that can’t use their own system correctly to deliver a McFlurry. Also, they through it away… took them no to to bring it to me so I assume they got it out of the trash.
Extremely slow service at this location. Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes for nuggets and a snack wrap using the app for pickup.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. The meat was still pink. It tasted gross. I was unsatisfied with my sandwich.
Web states open 24 hours. Thought Id treat co-workers to breakfast. Well no such luck. I pulled up to store drive thru saw one person in back kitchen area. Not open; note several reviews indicating same issue. Change your web site hours. Whatburger will be getting our early morning breakfast orders as they are open as stated.
I’m sure the people working were lovely and this review is in no way a negative on any employee at this location. Y’all need to pay attention to this location, the place was a mess, the ordering stations were only allowing take out orders and it was 5pm. The problem lies not with the employed but the employer making your employees do ridiculous metrics without paying them. Hire more people to clean the establishment & expect less not more. Do better management.

How do you put the correct label on a burger for cheese and ketchup only and then give the customer the burger with EVERYTHING on it? Even had to wait in a different lane for the food and then came home and it was wrong. Tried to call to have it corrected, they never answer the phone and voicemail is full.
The hours of operation says open 24 hours, yet when I visited at 4am it was closed. Not all McDonald's are 24 hours, but for people like myself who work overnights it's good to know where they are to get hot coffee during late/early hours.
Instead of nicely telling us over the speaker or maybe putting up a sign that they were closed, even though their website lists 24/7 hours…, the lady taking orders screamed “WE’RE CLOSED EARLY”. If I ever closed my store early it’d be a fireable offense.
This McD location continues to be marked 24 hour service by the business however, I cannot emphasize enough how much of a lie that is. They repeatedly close at midnight on weekdays and suggestions to update their hours here are met with silence or rejection.
This is the worst location to go to. They never get orders correct, curbside will hold your food for 20+ minutes before they bring it out, and when you get home and try to call because the order is wrong, you're met with a busy signal. Do not visit this location if you want food service or warm food.
Apparently they have no "French Fries". Just went through the drive thru and the drive thru employee seemed to have a misunderstanding or confusion on what "FRENCH FRIES" are......we left, but come ON!!!
My grandsons eggs were way undercooked. The pancakes had too much vanilla, they tasted terrible. The sausage was undercooked, breakfast sausage should not be undercooked, undercooked pork tastes weird and is probably not good for you. Placing an order on a screen instead of a person that doesn't speak English us good, but not personal.
A manager there this morning wanted to argue with me. I ordered 6 harsh browns and used my app to get a free one. Yet she wanted to say I only paid for 6 so I only get 6. So I argued back with her because I used the app and showed her where I got my free one. And she wanted to have an attitude and be like well you only paid for 6 but here. And handed me the other one. She was so rude even after I showed her my proof with my receipt. Which clearly shows 7 harsh browns. There was no need for the extra comment by here and she should have just gave me my hash brown once she saw she was wrong. And they shouldn’t ask for the code for the app if they aren’t gonna honor it.
Let me tell y’all how racist these people are. I go in to pick up a mobile order and I was the second one there, woman didn’t even take my name or any of my info just said I’ll be right with you. K no problem . 4 other Hispanic people came through with mobile orders they stood there less than 5 minutes picked up there food and left. I asked if my order was ready and if she needed my name she told me to wait. I waited 10 freaking minutes watching her put together other peoples orders and giving free drinks and food out to her friend. I asked her again can I get my food. 2 more Hispanic people showed up she got them out right away??? The girl she face free food and drinks to came back and got a couple more burgers. What?? I was a paying customer and she still ignored me. I left. Didn’t even get my food. Manager refused to talk to me but spoke all nice and friendly to the Hispanic dude at the drive through with a messed up order. Yall messed up for real.

I have been here after 10:30 PM multiple times over the last 2 years. Anything I order during the day comes just fine no matter what I order. I work late and tend to come to the drivethrough on my way home. No matter what sauce I ask for, they claim they've run out EVERYTIME no matter what day it is. They have gone as far as to tell me they had discontinued bbq sauce. Save yourself and dont eat here
Ordered 4 Filet-O-Fish here the other day which were all very poorly made. Avoid this location at all costs! Totally reflects the general direction McDonald's has been headed for quite some time now i.e., SOUTH.

I placed an online order hoping for a quick and smooth experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t turn out that way. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, and after waiting for a while, I had to repeat my order code three times at the speaker. At the payment window, the person in front of me had a lengthy conversation with the employee, which delayed things even more. When I finally got my food and made it home, I realized that items were missing, and the order wasn’t even correct. Overall, not the best McDonald’s experience.
The lady couldn’t understand a word, got our order wrong, charged us 3 times, and was incredibly rude. In fact she had trouble understanding another customer’s order and proceeded to yell at them?!?!?
I’ve been here a few times and hate the service every time. I’d rather drive just a bit further to not deal with their horrible attitudes and smashed up burgers. Why must they always smash their burgers? Why are they so heavy handed and rough with it? It looks disgusting and I lose my appetite. We threw our meals away and just headed over to Wendy’s.
Trash location. Machines don’t work. No icecream no frappes. Waste of time. Slow slow slow drive thru. Take your business elsewhere.
They messed up my mom's McRib and when we try to call to say something about it, they don't answer their phones. Terrible customer service, don't go here.
The girl who was taking my order, could not listen to anything I was saying. They forgot a lot of things from my order and they gave me the wrong drink. There are plenty of other McDonald’s, who will serve you well.
I wish if I could give this place a a 0 after waiting 10 mins I got my Carmel frappe and it taste very sour and have bad odor like machine haven’t been clean in months then I try calling the store multi times and phone doesn’t work didn’t ring none at all so I basically lost my money. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD NONE AT ALL HORRIBLE OVERALL..
Staff was very rude. Ordered on the app to skip the drive thru line. Once I got to the second window, I was not greeted or confirmed my order. Just handed me my drink and said " number 1 " and pointed at the waiting sign marked with 1. I then continued to wait for my food for over 10 minutes. After over 10 minutes and multiple car getting their order before us we finally get our order. No apologies for the wait, nothing. Just hands me the bag and walks away. Terrible service overall and useless to put the order through the app when I have to wait longer than drive thru orders. Doesn't make sense and should hire better customer service oriented employees. Won't be back at this location.
Notoriously the worst McDonald's location around. Curbside pickup takes 15+ minutes wait time every time I order and they frequently forget items from the order and then there's pretty much no way to claim these back I've you get home and realize that stuff is missing.
So when people are checking out they like to ignore check out at the register, they ignore it and make people wait in line for more than 10 minutes. They rely on the kiosk for their customers to check out, so that’s kind of inconvenient because sometimes when you use those, I’ll do my order and they’ll get it wrong so I’d rather do it in person. They lost about 5 customer today cause they avoided the line inside an only paid attention to drive through an kiosk orders.
I went through the drive through and bought fries and when I opened them in the car there was a full strand of hair in the fries. The funny thing is that I went to go and discretely return my fries, I showed the cashier but she asked for a receipt, so I went back to my car to get it and left the bag with her after showing the hair to her. The cashier asked me what was wrong again once I returned and I told her there was hair but she must have took the hair out because once I got back there was no hair anymore. She told the manager that I claimed there was hair in my fries when she must’ve taken it out. This is why I posted this review because after discretely trying to return the fries they basically made it seem as if I was lying when they clearly have a quality control issue at this location.
I received a quarter pounder last night that was completely pink and raw inside, I had bit the burger completely disgusting…I’ve been calling to speak with a manager since last night still no answer or response the fries were old and unsalted and the drink was literally syrup, I was a good distance from the location and my work schedule dod not allow me to go back as of yet in-person but seems my only option because I can’t get the manager on the phone
Jorge A the manager called the police on me for asking about a toy I was trying to get for my daughter. I’ve never experience of such a low level of customer service from someone claiming to be a manager, especially during a busy rush! I explained how I had already redeemed my coupon on the app and his only solution was to have me wait for 20 minutes for a promotion to redeem through the app. He started asking questions about the previous employees and saying how their jobs were going to be in jeopardy and those type of people weren’t going to work there anymore… Literally the worst management I’ve ever had the experience of interacting with and the fact that he called the cops over me trying to ask about a children’s toy and screaming in front of his own employees about firing people... Disgraceful and extremely sad. There were like two fries in the bag…. Thanks Jorge you ruined two peoples nights and made an extreme line backup for no reason.
