Nice location from my experience. Been here several times now in the last few months and it was perfect each time. Wings are perfect and you can tell the fries are fresh they always hot and crispy! Very nice charismatic lady at register too I believe her name was Daisy.
Stopped into Wingstop and had a great experience. The food is always good and the service was excellent. Shoutout to Ty for being so welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our dining experience. Seriously the best service you’ll get!
Outstanding Customer Service – Vinny Deserves a Shout-Out! I just want to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Vinny, the cook at Wingstop on Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park. I had an issue with my order the previous day, it was made incorrectly, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. But when I came back the next day to get it resolved, Vinny completely turned my experience around. From the moment we spoke, Vinny showed genuine determination to make sure I was taken care of. He greeted me with professionalism and respect, listened carefully to my concerns, and without hesitation went above and beyond to make things right. You could tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in the quality of his work. Vinny’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service were on full display. Not only did he correct the issue, but he also made sure I left happy and I absolutely did. In a world where great customer service can be hard to come by, Vinny is a rare gem. Wingstop is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the wings, but because I know there are people like Vinny who truly care about the customer experience. Thank you, Vinnyyyyy!!

I am updating my review because the District Manager, Mr. Andra, reached out to me the very same day to make things right. He was incredibly professional, apologetic, and went above and beyond to ensure the situation was resolved.He made me feel valued and heard, which is hard to find these days. While the initial visit was a disaster, Mr. Andre’s exceptional customer service has convinced me to give them another chance. I truly appreciate his sincerity!
The young lady who assisted us with our order was very helpful and pleasant, and she was also diligently cleaning the tables. The young gentleman preparing our food in the back was very kind; he had long hair. The food was excellent and an improvement over previous experiences. I inquired about his tenure, and he mentioned it had been about a month. I complimented him on the wonderful job he did with our meal. He had a delightful personality, and the entire team was commendable. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience that day. They were efficiently managing their tasks and taking orders, and my food arrived promptly as estimated. I am pleased to see the positive changes implemented at the establishment. Here's a breakdown of the experience: The wings are the star of the show, offering a wide variety of sauces and dry rubs to suit every taste. While the wings are consistently delicious, the sides, like the seasoned fries, are hit-or-miss depending on the location. Service is functional but not remarkable. While the staff is friendly, there are occasional delays in getting orders, especially during busy times. Like my order which was a simple 3 people took 30 minutes to get. Better organization or quicker turnaround would improve the experience. Wingstop's casual and relaxed vibe makes it great for a quick meal or hanging out with friends. The minimalist decor, sports highlights on TVs, and upbeat energy contribute to a comfortable environment. However, it can get noisy during peak hours. Plus, there isn't a trash bin in the restaurant. Wingstop offers tasty wings and a good atmosphere, making it a go-to spot for wing lovers. With a bit more focus on service efficiency, it could truly stand out.
We forgot just how slow the service is here. Waited an hour at home before the food would be ready, then showed up only to wait another 30 minutes and had to ask about the order on top of that. Buffalo Wild Wings was closed so we thought we’d try here. Look, the food is pretty decent for a wings joint, but the owner/GM clearly are not invested. Many upset customers who are just hungry. Dominos wings are inferior, but they’ll get my business because they are almost always on time and dependable.
Most of the time I order from DoorDash since I always mostly crave wingstop at late time, I always get the spicy Korean bbq thing flavor and I ordered it again this time but it was a 10pc with a different flavor. Spicy Korean bbq and hot honey which was for someone else, once my order arrived it was only the hot honey flavor and none of my Korean bbq one. I don’t really blame the doordasher since they’re not the ones making my food but kind of the people that work there. Every time I’ve gone in person to get something to eat it’s just filled with a bunch of teenagers who look like they’re judging me 24/7, maybe it’s just because of my social anxiety but I’ve had interactions where they’re laughing while trying to take my order and taking like 4 hours just to give me 2 big pieces of chicken and the rest just small pieces that look like crumbs.
Stopped in on way home from work for just a chicken sandwich combo.was told 20 minutes as they were busy. 35 minutes later I approached counter to inquire and they said I was next after a big to go order they were preparing. It was a single sandwich!! Even though I really like the ranch I won't be back to wait 40 minutes for just an ok chicken sandwich.
i used to really like this wingstop but recently every time ive been, i’ve waited over an hour and a half for my order, even though i put the order in hours before for pickup! like 3 hours before. i’ll probably have to find another location. insanely slow and behind.
Placed an online order 48 hours in advance for delivery . Delivery was running 30 mins late so I just went up to the restaurant to get my order myself. When I arrived the order was not even started yet. They did not communicate any delays and told me I would have to wait over an hour for my food. Will never come to this location ever again after wasting so much of my time. What's the point of having an online order system if you can't handle managing orders.
Absolutely the worst experience! I will not be back. We pre-ordered a day before in anticipation of the busy super bowl rush for wings. On the day of my order continued being delayed for pickup and doordash drivers continued canceling on me. So I finally drove myself up there to find out what was going on. It turns out that the restaurant was 2 hours behind on orders. Also the restaurant knew they were going to continue being behind on orders as of 3:00 this afternoon when they announced to all of us that one of their fryers went down. This is completely unprofessional given the fact that the staff were more than aware that they were not going to be able to fill all of the anticipated orders for the evening. And in all the chaos, our frustration was just met with the attitude of "t ough luck, You can ask for a refund". No apologies, no nothing. Now I know the staff were extremely stressed out but at a bare minimum communication should have been given to customers about their orders for the evening. Especially with the fact that the staff knew the situation. At a bare minimum, one of the staff members who was there directing doordash drivers to leave the restaurant should have been making efforts to reach out to customers.
Absolutely WORST wingstop I’ve ever been to. They forgot part of my order so I had to drive 20 mins back to get it , the wings had almost no sauce or seasoning, they might as well have been plain dry wings and weren’t crispy, just very soggy batter. There were multiple people that came in missing parts of their order when I went back, the cooks were obviously very careless by taking their sweet time and were fooling around and denied letting the kid from the front talk to them when he was trying to deal with an upset customer. The kid at the front was actually the only pleasant part of the experience as he helped me get the rest of my order quickly and gave me an extra ranch to make up for having to drive back so far. Will not be back.
DO NOT COME TO THIS WINGSTOP. My husband and I have tried giving this Wingstop so many chances and every time there’s something wrong with our order. We are missing food, or it’s completely different then what we order. We decided to give it one last chance and door dashed it. Our order took more than an hour to be ready and our poor door dash driver was stuck there the entire time. When we finally got the food we were missing large ranches which we PAID FOR. I drove all the way over to go pick it up when that was the whole reason we door dashed, was to avoid this. They had 4 workers working. With so many orders. This is a classic example of big companies taking advantage. These workers are probably overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Although this is the only location we have had issues with I am sick and tired of Wingstop and there needs to be something done with management. We will never be ordering Wingstop again. Don’t waste your time find another place to eat.
The most mismanaged food establishment you're likely to find. They can't fulfill orders remotely close to promise time. You might get food, you will almost certainly not get the correct food. I gave up after 90 mins with dozens of other ppl stranded and waiting hopelessly. Pathetic
18 people all waiting for their food. Majority waited for more than an hour. Others asked for refund, some left and never came back. Kitchen looks like its being run very inefficiently. Whoever the owner of this franchise is, please higher a better manager. I've been to other wingstop stores and they never took this long. At what point does the owner think this will not make it to corporate? Unfortunately its the wingstop name so people will keep buying.
Horrible. 9/10 when ordering food here it is either wrong, missing wings, dry/or not even sauces/seasoned. To add to that, when addressing these issues on separate occasions, none of the staff or management has basic customer service skills and do not acknowledge customers when they come in or have any sense of professionalism or order within their process. I will add because I saw it tonight- a gentlemen just tossing the raw wings into the fryer with his bare hands.. can’t be proper food safety handling… god only knows what else is going on over there with the food…. Save yourself and go to another location. I sincerely hope they get outside help to make this location better and worth giving them business.
Ordered 30 wings to go, grabbed my order, came home, opened and was missing 15 wings. Had to come back and explain that was missing half of my order. They made the rest of wings and gave to me. No apologies no compensation, no sense of urgency. Normal practice here. Be careful and check everything before leaving. As for me - it was last time ordering here.
I get they can be busy but a little attention to detail goes a long way. Ordered and picked up. Got the wrong sauce…ranch instead of honey mustard. Ehhh but my boyfriend can’t have anything with milk, so it is an issue. Then found out his order only came with 15 of the 20 wings ordered. Try that’s what you all get paid for.
I ordered the 5-piece tender combo through DoorDash for lunch today and was not expecting what I received. I initially ordered 3 Spicy Sweet Glaze and 2 Garlic Parmesan tenders, 30 mins after placing my order I received a call from my Dasher (she was super kind) that they no longer had the Spicy Sweet Glaze available so I had to change the flavor; I decided to just go with Korean BBQ. When I received my order and bit into one of the tenders I realized it was not cooked in the middle. Disgusted with what I just bit into I decided to cut open the rest and they were all pink and fleshy in the middle. This was very disappointing. Consuming raw chicken is very dangerous and can lead to a multitude of bacterial infections. I hope that this location moves forward with proper food handling precautions and I really hope no one else has to experience this.
The primary issue was with the chicken wings, all 20 of them. They were undercooked, which was evident from the white, rubbery skin, a clear sign they hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. This not only impacted the taste but also raised concerns about food safety. Additionally, the sweet tea I ordered was not sweet at all. To compound these issues, the staff’s demeanor was far from welcoming. Their rude attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, it was a letdown in terms of both food quality and customer service. I haven’t ordered Wingstop in a long time because the quality and service just keeps getting worse and worse. It’s a shame you can spend almost $60 and still not get what you ordered.
