Do not recommend going to this specific Starbucks. Every single time I’ve gone, my drink tastes like complete trash. It’s only ever this specific location. They are slacky with the drinks they just do not care. It’s especially not fair to pay so much just to get drinks that taste watered down and like the milk is spoiled. Never ever going back to this location. Very disappointing!!!!!!!

Got there at 8:50 pm and they didnt want to let me order inside. The doors were already locked they wanted me to go through the drive thru but I'm not going to go to their drive thru only for them to make my drinks wrong. They already weren't looking friendly as is

Customer service sucks. New to the area. I’ve came 4 different times and we’ve had a bad experience every single time. The people there always give attitude and act like I inconvenience them when I ask for anything. Gonna have to drive further to go to another Starbucks because this one ain’t it. Please train your people better!

Waited for our drink for over 20 mins, only to find out they had it sitting in the drive thru area of drinks. And then when I asked to check on the order they were extremely rude. Also, extremely rude when we ordered. I have been coming to this location since they opened and have never experienced this before.

First time at this location this morning and my match latte was absolutely horrible. It’s like they dumped the powder in my cup and didn’t bother to froth it. I couldn’t even drink it because it was so chunky. Worst drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Waste of money. Very dissatisfying.

I clearly had a Starbucks cup in my hand and I asked for a cup of water and that little girl in the front told me she couldn't give me a water because I had to buy something. So I explained to her that I just had my cup with me? And she told me they don't give out any water, no more. I'm not sure if they actually don't give any water or is that girl? Simply add an attitude the problem. I've been to so many Starbucks, I've never had this problem. I'm not sure who's in charge here, but this is ridiculous to not be able to ask for a simple cup of water.

Walking into the store and it was dirty . From the floor to the counter top where you pick up your food. All the available tables were dirty . Trash was filled to the top. Also when we ordered one our drinks with peppermint syrup the barista not only said no they also said Starbucks stopped carrying that 3 years ago which is not true . Very disappointing.

Soon as you walk up to the front of the register, they walk away and they tell you hold on one second and make you wait over five minutes while they make the coffees for everybody else while you could just order yours for a minute and could’ve waited for it to be done but no they want to make me wait so they can finish what they’re doing instead so that way They can take their time ignoring me so I left this place is horrible. I would not recommend it they only prioritize themselves over the customer.

Once again, a horrible experience. These people here have an attitude for no reason, it’s not my fault you have to show up for work. I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by showing up to order. The smug looks, the smug tone. I ordered my drink and the girl said “yea”. Got the entire order wrong. She had to fix it twice. It’s a simple drink. Then when I was at the window she didn’t greet me, didn’t hand out the card reader and so I handed her my card to pay. she looked at it like it was a disease and grabbed it with only two fingers. Then she gave me my drink and of course it was wrong, and they had to remake it. People here need better training in customer service and really need to appreciate their job. They shouldn’t make us customers feel like we are bothering them.
